Great location close to coffee and beach. Great yard for the dog.

Small leak on patio got my dog bed wet overnight. I moved the bed the next night.

Very self contained. Excellent location.

The step between the sitting and the kitchen to the dinning room is risk to falling down as there were no sign or mark on the floor to warn about the steps

If the home wasn't infested with cockroaches, the house would be nice and comfortable.

The kitchen is infested with cockroaches. We found them in the fridge, all cupboards, the pantry, inside the kettle. They also were on the couches in the living room and in both of the queen bed rooms. I do not recommend you stay here until this has been resolved.

outdoor furniture either dusty OR covered in bird/possum poo! In shower floors,VERY slippery! mat was provided but still felt unsafe bbq old AND greasy . We cleaned it BEFORE &AFTER use! it would have been nice to have 2 hand towels per bathroom. a box of tissues would have been appreciated. a lot of cleanup rules!! and threat of Fines in the manual. a bit off putting when you are paying a good daily rate. bugs crawling in kitchen on bench and fridge sides/door

Location was excellent. Value for money. Fire was wonderful.

Location was excellent , quiet location, my bed was very comfortable, kitchen facilities were good.

it could have been cleaner - it was clean on the surface but , as an example, the windows looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. The instructions for accessing the TV was complex and we were unable to find a remote to operate the TV. In the main bedroom I opened the drawer to check if anything had been left and the drawer front came off. As the Visitors centre in Dunsborough has been closed down it would have ben very helpful to have a folder of local maps. We didn't not expect not to be able to access hard copy maps.

This property was a very pleasant surprise to us all! Easy parking for the 12-seater bus we had hired to carry our multitudes of luggage (we were attending our daughters wedding) was a great start. The house has just about everything you could possibly need including a lot of things you probably wouldn't expect to find in a rental home. Kitchen is well stocked with crockery and electrical appliances and laundry is fully setup with washing machine and dryer, all in superb condition. The bedrooms are well appointed with very comfortable beds. Bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioners, hand wash, etc, nothing was lacking! Back yard is very nicely setup to bring your fur baby as we did, she had plenty of room to move around and we had no worries of her getting out. Cannot recommend this property highly enough, we will certainly be back next time we are visiting this area!

Only two issues we had were losing hot water late Sunday evening. Instructions in Welcome book were insufficient to fix the issue, which I eventually fixed next morning with help via a phone call. No shower on Sunday night and a very luke warm one on Monday departure morning was a bit of a disappointment. Other issue was the remote control for the living room area TV was missing leaving no way to watch anything on it.
