The owner is a very pleasant
This property does not have an attached bathroom. There’s a common washroom which is not properly concealed. Also, the shower is not functioning well. The water pressure is very low
We were not provided with a kettle requested to pay for water
There wasn’t a proper washroom

Everything was simply unforgettable!
You have the possibility to get in contact with the real Vietnamese culture.
Lenh’s family is very hospitable and welcoming.
We felt at home with them.
You can even organize the tour through them to enjoy the beauty of their villages.
We highly recommend that you don’t miss the opportunity to check this place.
You wont regret it!

we enjoy the nice view
there was a storm during the night and it was raining on us. Also we were alone in the house and super early in the morning the staff was talking very loud just downstairs and you can hear everything, we asked them to be a bit discrete and they did it. Also the staff doesn’t speak English and we order two meal for diner and they gave us three (we had to paid for their mistake). And when we were living we gave extra money because we didn’t have any change and they didn’t give us the money back even if we asked. (that’s fine because it was not a lot).

Very nice and quiet homestay with mountain view. Clean, spacious rooms and a great balcony. The food was delicious. Thank you. Will be happy to come back again.

I came here to relax and enjoy village life and that’s what it’s perfect for! as a solo traveler it’s also quite easy to meet people there. nice to join the family dinner at least once.
Sweet staff, the owner went out of his way to book a bus ticket for me. called his friend to bring a laptop etc when i couldn’t do the payment. checked up on me when I already left to make sure I made it to the bus.
got a free upgrade to a private room. thanks so much.
if I have to give some feedback, it would be to make the big living room a bit more cosy with for example some couches or books! and maybe to put a little bit more tables outside.

The house is located In a really remote area with incredible views. Su Pan is an interesting and beautiful village inhabited by the Hmong people.
I cannot recommend enough this place if you want to be in a real rural experience as you'll interact and eat with locals everyday.
I have one final ,most important thing to express. May is an Incredible girl who hosts your stay, cleans and cooks. She's also very good at English.
I have built a connection with May who explained me the village life style some of the cultural aspects. She's very knowledgeable and caring. Last but not least a really good friend.
I will miss Lenhs Family and May.
Thank you May , you have been Incredible!
All the best
I did not know I had to pay for everything I consumed. It's not a bad practice but for future help It would useful if Lenhs Family Homestay advise the travellers that everything Is accounted for.

The homestay is in the village center, faced to mountain, so I can sit on the balcony to relax, drink some coffee
The host is very great, they serve me family dinner for USD 5, so I can have dinner with the family and guests staying in the homestay. We drank together happy water and some beer
Thank you the owner for giving me a great moment.

The most friendly and helpful loving people run this beautiful house. Inside looks very luxury with shiny wood and the beds are very comfy!
The road there is bumpy and the shower didn't always had the best pressure. But still WORTH IT :)

Perfect place to avoid the city, very sweet people, we shared a homemade meal with them and spent a very nice evening together
It’s a bit lost in the rice fields (30min away from Sapa in taxi) but ideal if you want to escape reality
The noisy roaster

The owner is amazing! They also offer to join there family dinner with a lot of happy water.
Freezing cold in the winter. They give you a couple of blankets, but be prepared to freeze at night.

Very friendly home owner, clean and nice.
There is no ceiling so you can hear everything that other people do. It may get very cold (depending on the weather) but they provide thick and very warm blankets.

The property is a beautifully constructed wooden building with lovely balcony, set in the mountains about 12km outside SaPa
The expensive taxis to get back into town @250/300 VND although the owners did manage to organise bike taxis for 100 VND

food was really good and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. would be a really nice place to stay if the weather is good!
unfortunately when we visited Sapa the weather was awful, so although this is a good location for hiking, it is a $15 taxi ride one way to town. it was also very cold and there was no heating, unfortunately I was unwell before we arrived and so we decided to move to a hotel in town because of the cold.
7.0
the quietness, the dinner (paid), the welcoming family
the remote location (around 30mins taxi from the bus station and kind of expensive to commute if you don’t drive a motorbike), the cold and no equipment to heat up the room
8.0
Very nice place with friendly and helpful staff, just very cold in cold temperatures due to no isolation. Nice location for people who want to go trekking a little outside of Sapa.

the beautiful surroundings are breathtaking! high up in the mountains with a lovely, warm and very welcoming family. the rooms are a bit more back to basic, a bed and a nightstand. the rooms are built out of one big space separated by wooden walls. there is however no separate ceilings to isolate the rooms. (there is off course a roof on the building!) so it’s a bit more “out in the open” and you can hear the others. it however didn’t bother us, you get into the rhythm of waking up early, hiking and taking in the beautiful surroundings. after a long day you’re nackered and fall asleep straight away. we connected quickly with the owners and we’re invited to their annual family festivity, which was a highlight itself! definitely recommend visiting this amazing accommodation for a once in a lifetime experience!

The place is very nice, the room is very small but comfortable.
We asked for food from the menu and unfortunately was not good. I would suggest to stay on the city where you can find a lot of nice places around since here you don't have nothing too do.

Very good value for money. Friendly hosts. Beautiful location.
Very remote location, wouldnt recommended unless you have booked tours who can pick you up or moterbike (drive down a bumpy hill). Hosts asked us if we would want dinner with their family, they did not state this was at a cost. It was worth the money but felt mislead how it was offered. Beds are not comfy and rooms are dusty.

Living here is like visiting relatives in the mountains. The hosts are very nice and really friendly. A house in the village, which helps to feel a complete immersion in the culture and traditions of this ethnic group! I came for a week and stayed for three weeks.. I managed to make friends with the locals and go to some traditional holidays. I am very happy to be here!! This is a really cool place!
