Nestled in North Forest Beach, this lovely villa for $945 per night is a great choice for your next break. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is the most beautifully furnished villa at The SeaCrest Properties. It is located across the street from the shopping and dining hotspot, Coligny Plaza. All bedrooms and living areas have flat screen TVs. There are security codes for all elevators and stairways to ensure only guests have access to the villas. There are 2 outdoor pools with baby pools and a hot tub. Indoor endless swimming pool, spa and workout room. Food and beverages available for purchase pool side, or take your own cooler. We love Sea Crest, and this was one of our best stays. The location is perfect with wonderful ocean views. Clean and comfortable, and communication with the owners was timely and made the experience very easy.

This unit on the third floor was very spacious with three master suites. It was perfect for our family plus our girls' two friends to give everyone a private room and bath. It has an attractive balcony view of the lagoon, pools, and beach. The unit was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. the TVs in each bedroom and the very large one in the living room provided nice entertainment in the evenings. There also are several board games provided in the unit as well. It is conveniently located across the street from Coligny Plaza, which was great for our teenage girls to explore. This is an end-unit and was overall very quiet from hearing other guests in the building. We were impressed with the speed of the elevators (never waited long) and the cleanliness of the complex. In a previous review we read about placing your beach stuff in your car strategically near one of the ramps to the lagoon area. We followed this advice and it made our back and forth from the beach much easier with the beach wagon we brought. There are not any beach chairs included with this unit, so remember to bring your own. This area of Hilton Head and the beach is more congested. We suggest going out to the beach early to set up a good spot. Jim's beach bar on the property has great frozen drinks, food, and fast service. Jim's does get crowded, but the security is managed well to keep the pool crowd separate for owners/guests from the patrons. Overall we would definitely stay in this unit again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The condo was beautiful and clean. The view was incredible. Also have pool bar Jims on-site was the icing on the cake. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We made amazing family memories here!

Perfect location, beautiful property
We have been going to Hilton Head for 30 plus years and this has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed. It is spacious, beautifully maintained and decorated, and an easy short walk to the beach, pools, restaurants, and shopping. Leslie was great to work with too and was very responsive.

We were all very disappointed to find out that the indoor pool, fitness room, and outdoor hot tub were all closed. Knowing that it would be a chilly time of year, I specifically looked for a property that had an indoor pool and hot tub. Covid was the reason for the closure, so presumably these amenities have been unavailable for over a year but the owner did not update the listing. The property manager was on vacation and never returned a phone call.
My husband opened a blind the first morning and it broke. The blinds are roman shades that are clearly old because the fabric is discolored and yellow with age. We were charged $100 for this damage, yet were given zero compensation for the lack of amenities included in the listing. There was a note posted about the blinds stating that the cleaning staff will inspect for damage, so clearly this is a recurring problem. I am not surprised because these old shades are supported by a string not much thicker than a fishing line.
The property was mostly quite clean, but there was food in the couch and the chair, so the cleaning crew may want to add this to their routine. The condo was well stocked with towels, blankets, and toiletry items.
We were locked out out the unit an hour before our checkout time and that led to some stress. Thankfully the owner was responsive and gave us a new code quickly.
Overall, we had a great trip, but this unit had some significant disappointments.

Three 65+ couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leslie's Hilton Head beachfront place. Great location, clean, amazing view and well supplied. Three King suite rooms each with a tv, large bathroom and walk in closets. Walk to shops and places to eat. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The location is great. Everything you need is close by. No car necessary. The villa was wonderful. It was spacious, well equipped and felt like home from the very first day. Leslie provided great information about the area and always responded quickly. I look forward to my next stay.

The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed including a new washer and dryer. The windows and balconies had an amazing view of the water features, pool and ocean. You can't beat the location across the street from a great shopping area with restaurants, shops and a grocery store. We rented bikes for the week and hardly drove the car at all. The owner was very organized and did a great job communicating with us. The process was flawless and the condo was the perfect place for us to spend the week. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing Vacation
A wonderful vacation on Hilton Head. Not only is the view amazing and the condo with all the amenities is far superior to other places we’ve stayed but Leslie was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this unit with its ease of booking, view of ocean, location to Coligny, Sea Crest amenities (2 pools, beach bar, parking) and beautiful well stocked condo. A perfect vacation.

Much needed R & R!
There was plenty of room for all of us (6) and the king size beds in each room were a bonus. The view from the condo is awesome. Leslie was super helpful and quick to answer any question I had. Truly appreciate the accommodations as well as Leslie and her kind demeanor and helpful attitude. Definitely would stay again and recommend to anyone!

COVID 19 Getaway!!
Had a great trip to HH. Property was very nice with great amenities. We had 2 adults and 4 kids (our two kids and each of them brought a friend) and the unit was great for us. Bedrooms were very comfortable, spacious and plenty of room. Great patio that has direct view of the of the property, beach and ocean. Watched a couple awesome lighting storms out in the ocean two different nights.
Location of Seacrest is very good as it is literally across the street from Coligny Plaza which has numerous restaurants, shops, ice cream/dessert options, etc.
We would definitely rent the place again. The only downside we had were the pools closed at either 5pm or 6pm (they extended the time to 6pm about half way thru our trip) every night which was definitely a bummer for our kids as they really wanted to do a post dinner swim. We were told it was because of COVID and needing to clean but there was no cleaning going on after they closed. I know for a fact that other complexes did not close their pools early.

Perfect!
I highly recommend this property. Everyone was blown away by it. It’s felt like the owners’ private property they’ve been enjoying themselves that they just recently decided to start sharing with others. It has so many surprising amenities/enhancements, doesn’t feel like a rental.
Here are the things that make it perfect for a family vacation:
1. The View - oh the view, it is beautiful and the vast windows in the living room take full advantage. The ocean is right there, but also the pool, lagoon, and palm trees make the view spectacular. Two of the master bedrooms also have ocean views.
2. Everything is really really nice. Floors, counter tops, microwave, stove, dishes, pots/pans, giant TV (must be 75 or 80”), decor, and bathrooms are all high end.
3. Two recliners (rocker and swivel) in the living room perfectly situated to Be able to see the incredible view, the dining table, kitchen, and the huge TV. So comfortable and enjoyable.
4. All three bedrooms were master bedrooms with king beds. The third (without ocean view), had a queen sleeper sofa air with mattress and their own master bathroom with tub and shower. Our 3 kids loved it. Black our shades helped them sleep in too.
5. Location was perfect. The walk to the beach was short, maybe 5 minutes if u include the elevator ride down. We parked the car nearest to the beach in the parking garage and kept beach stuff there so we literally only carried it about 50 yards to the beach. It’s also close to Coligney, but just far enough away that the beach wasn’t as crowded. We setup each day between 10-11 and always had a prime beach spot. Right across the street are cool restaurants, Piggly Wiggly grocery store, shops, live music, and the best 92 flavor ice cream shop I’ve ever been to.
6. Pools, pool bar and restaurant, lagoon, hot tub (and indoor hot tub, fitness center, and endless swimmer pool) were all perfect for us. It was great to have 2 pools and one with a deep end up to 8 feet.

We stayed in this unit 2 years ago and again over this past New Year's. The unit is very clean and spacious. It was very comfortable for 5 adults and one child. Communication with the owner was great. Thanks Leslie. We would recommend this property.
