Das Itria Palace liegt genau an der Schnittstelle zwischen Ragusa Ibla und Alta, damit ideal, um beide Stadtteile zu begehen. Der ältere Hauptbau wird durch einen modernen Wohnbereich direkt gegenüber ergänzt. Dort stehen helle, moderne Zimmer samt Bädern zur Verfügung. Vor dem Palace liegt ein öffentlicher Parkplatz mit begrenzt kostenfreien Stellplätzen. Unbedingt Hinweise des Hotelpersonals beachten.
Das Frühstück war gut und bot eine reichhaltige Auswahl kontinentaler und italienischer Speisen, Obst, Joghurt etc. Allein der Frühstücksraum ganz unten im Soutrerrain war etwas schwer erreichbar, ziemlich eng und den Anforderungen gerade noch gewachsen. In der Huptsaison könnte das knapp werden.

O hotel é confortável e tem um pequeno almoço bom.
A funcionária enganou se e atribuiu mal os quartos. Um dos casais ficou num quarto pequeníssimo, onde nem se podia andar de pé .
A pessoa que estava sozinha ficou num quarto bom. Quando confrontada não quis corrigir a situação .
Também não é claro no Booking que as tarifas dos quartos económicos correspondem a quartos num sótão inclinado em que pessoas com mais de 160cm não podem andar de pé !

Foi muito agradável estar no Ittia Palace. O local é estiloso, mantém.o ambiente "medieval" com o.conforto de instalacoes modernas. O elevador ajuda muito.na locomocao. Ocafe da manha muito.bom mesmo. Ótima variedade e o.local. é pitoresco. A recepção foi muito acolhedora. Foi.nos monitorando até a chegada. Isso.foi.bom. Super recomendo. A vista da varanda para a encosta da cidade e de cartão.postal. Maravilhosa.
Acho que podia ser mais informativo sobre a chegada ao.hotel a partir do estacionamento pois tivemos que carregar as malas pelas escadas, quando havia possibilidade de acesso.pelo andar térreo desde que informado a recepção. Isso facilitaria muito a chegada dos hóspedes.

struttura ben curata, moderna e confortevole, situata in ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal centro storico di Ibla.
Comodissimo inoltre il parcheggio pubblico che si trova adiacente alla struttura.
Personale molto disponibile, camere con vista.
Per la colazione mi sarei aspettato di trovare prodotti locali invece c'erano yogurt Stuffer (che si trovano nei discount) e altri prodotti non propriamente siciliani: in compenso le torte fatte in casa le ho apprezzate molto. Migliorerei dunque la cura nella scelta dei prodotti da offrire ai clienti, prediligendo marchi locali o artigianali.

Unbelievably good value.Our room was very comfortable and spacious and looked like it had been recently refurbished. We particularly loved the stone walls. The breakfast room is in a sunny location with beautiful views. Staff were really helpful.

Parcheggio comodo (gratuito al momento della mia visita, a febbraio) e di facile accesso all'Hotel. Stanza luminosa ed estremamente pulita. Buono il buffet della colazione, con prodotti dolci e salati anche tipici. Personale molto gentile.
Avrei messo qualche mensolina in più per gli asciugamani in bagno.

The breakfast was fabulous, plentiful, and varied. The location was very convenient to free parking and also walking distance to all of the highlights of Old Ragusa. The staff was helpful and even called me immediately when they discovered I'd left something in my room after checkout.

Room was very nice. Great breakfast....best we had during our whole time in Italy! Very convenient, free parking. There was also an elevator. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and the sites.

Hotel molto pulito e accogliente, ci tengo particolarmente a ringraziare lo staff alla reception per la cortesia e la disponibilità dimostrataci per il late check out post maratona. Comodissimo anche il parcheggio gratuito dal quale si ha direttamente accesso all'hotel.
Purtroppo non abbiamo apprezzato la colazione, per un hotel 4 stelle davvero scadente, sia la qualità delle proposte dolci immangiabili che del salato. Davvero brutto da vedere il formaggio fatto a piccoli pezzetti, impresentabile per lo standard appunto di un 4 stelle.

Estintori scaduti da anni ,una desolazione e mancanza di rispetto per chi alloggia in tali strutture in quanto ,in caso d'incendio ,sarebbe stato un vero problema !!!

La cama era comodísima y enorme. No se oía ni un ruido de la calle. El personal súper servicial, y las vistas eran preciosas. Había parking gratuito justo al lado del hotel.
Que cerrara el bar tan pronto, ya que yendo en enero no había muchas opciones de ocio abiertas en los alrededores.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage .
Sehr nettes Personal. Hatten ein Zimmer mit andrer Haus. War sehr schön . Unten am Eingang Wasserkocher mit Tee und netten Tischen zum sitzen . Zimmer war super.
Frühstück auch gut. Ist etwas anders wie in Deutschland sehr viel Kuchen und Gebäck, aber auch Käse und Schinken gibt es. Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel hatten immer einen Platz gefunden.
Leider beim Frühstück fehlten Brötchen . Oder das Baguette sollte nicht so klein geschnitten werden. Dann könnte man es auch besser belegen. Wurde immer in kleinen Scheiben geschnitten.

Just automatic coffee machine at breakfast, that makes bad cappuccino. It tastes like cocoa/chocolate milk instead of coffee. Would be nice if they had a someone preparing a real coffee upon request.
