Nice house, with large backyard and hot tub on back deck just as pictured. The beds were really comfy. Kitchen had everything needed, decent supply of cups, plates, and variety of pans. The best coffee shop located at the corner and easy walk to main Street. The property manager responded quickly with any questions.

We stayed for Christmas with four adults (including one older family member with limited mobility) and an almost two-year-old. The kitchen had everything we needed to make big multi-course meals -the pots and pans in particular were really nice quality. The playpen and high chair were very helpful. It was pretty accessible for my elderly family member who can still negotiate a few steps, although wouldn’t be wheelchair-friendly. The hot tub was great and we really appreciated the extra towels. We loved walking around the corner to the local coffee shop and just a couple more blocks to everything in Murphys. Overall we had a great time and multiple family members asked us to share the listing for next time!

Spent a wonderful 3 nights here for the Thanksgiving weekend. Great place, walking distance to Main Street. Loved that it was dog friendly! Had everything we needed for a family get away.

The location of this home is beyond perfect. The beds are all so cozy and the blankets are cozy and soft. The bathrooms are amazing with good water pressure. The hot tub... BONUS! The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. Really a great place to stay while visiting Murphy's. This was our 2nd stay and we hope for more in the future.

My son had his fall break and I wanted to escape to nature. So with him being 11, we got to hike at big trees, went down into the caverns, and walked up and down the streets of Murphys with our little dog. The location was perfect and couldn’t have asked for a better setup for us. The hot tub was a great perk. Looking forward to going back again with my boyfriend so we can do the adult version (wineries) of this trip.

Location was absolutely wonderful, easy walk to downtown. Reasonably well stocked kitchen (but bring your own knives if you want sharp ones!), great back patio, BBQ worked. All the bedrooms were comfortable, there were lots of towels. We did not use the washer/dryer but there is one there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful home in Murphys, CA for my girlfriend's birthday weekend, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish!
First and foremost, the location of the place was superb. Nestled in the heart of Murphys, we were just steps away from fantastic shops and mouthwatering dining options. Exploring the charming streets and browsing through the unique boutiques added an extra touch of excitement to our getaway.
One of our favorite highlights was stumbling upon an incredible coffee shop conveniently situated on the corner. It proved to be the perfect spot to start our mornings, with flavorful brews and a cozy atmosphere. It truly set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable day ahead.
The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately maintained and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen. It felt like a home away from home, providing us with all the comforts we needed for a memorable stay.
The host of the VRBO Home was exceptional. They were prompt in their communication, ensuring that all our needs were met and offering helpful local recommendations. Their thoughtfulness truly enhanced our experience and made us feel welcomed.

We have stayed here one other time and loved it. Great location and nice home in great location. Unfortunately, the cabinets were recently stained and were still wet. We have several pairs of shorts and shirts which were stained while we prepared meals. Again, this is a great spot, just unfortunate timing on cabinet staining.

Loved the house and decor. Great location for walking. A little bit of an up hill walk back. Not Terrible, but not great with someone with a walking disability. Would definitely stay there next time if available!!!!!

We come to Murphys at least once a year and the Cappelli house is always our first choice. We only stay somewhere else if our dates are inflexible and it is already booked.

This home was perfect for the 3 couples and infant who got away together for a family weekend. The beds were so very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice and clean. Love the mid-century vibe of the place!
My only wish is that the kitchen had a few more things. There were no baking dishes so we had to get creative by cooking cornbread in a skillet. Need Medium or large bowls? Be forewarned, there’s1 large bowl, no medium.
The place is so close to Main Street in Murphy’s. The town is easily walkable from the house.

We spent Christmas at Belinda's property and had a great time. The beds were comfy and internet connection was strong enough for zoom calls. The kitchen has enough plates, glasses, mugs and such, but is a little light on mixing bowls or baking dishes (there was just a baking sheet). If you're going to do some baking I suggest you bring your own supplies or ask Belinda in advance. The house is very close to the Sierra Hills supermarket and Sierra Hills Natural foods store, as well as a short walk to Murphy's main street. It was cold and rainy weather but with the heating and all the blankets provided, we were warm and comfy inside. The house is clean and tidy with lots or storage.

We thoroughly enjoyed the closeness to shopping, park and creek and to the other guests to the wedding in Angels Camp who stayed at Murphys Hotel or other bed and breakfasts or vrbos.
The home was well equipped and we hosted a BBQ on the back porch for 12.
We had a great spot for our rv and other parking for guests. We would love to stay here again when in the area.

Had a great stay with friends celebrating my birthday. The house is in a good location and walking distance to Main St. taking about 4 - 6 minutes. (there’s also a really good coffee shop nearby)
Me and my guests had so much fun spending the day in downtown, then spending the rest of the day relaxing on the outside patio. The beds were comfy too! Would highly recommend to stay.
