We stayed at Blue Waters Cottage for 6 nights. The cottage was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The bottle of red wine provided for us was a special treat. The location is very convenient: two or three km to Sechelt, a short walk to the shoreline and easy driving access to many walking trails. The hosts were gracious and welcoming.

This is a very cute cottage to stay at. It has everything you need to have an enjoyable time. The views are amazing, we especially enjoyed coffee in the mornings in the hot tub watching the birds and ocean. The renovated bathroom was very nice. We had a very relaxing few days.

Very nice stay in this older but extremely well cared for getaway cottage. Lovely decorations, comfy bed, and living room supplied with cozy blankets. Fully equipped kitchen too, all extremely clean and tidy. Nice hot tub near the cottage for relaxing soak overlooking the Salish Sea. The only slight negative was the roadway passing in front of the property. Not particularly noisy, but it’s there. Great spot though, and convenient to Sechelt for anything you need.

The Blue Waters Cottage is great for a getaway. It was just what we needed. The hosts Sherry & Wayne are very friendly and they put a lot thought into their cottage. It has everything you could need!

The property itself is perfect, but so is the location... central to all of the sights and activities available along the Sunshine Coast. Wayne and Sherry provide an abundance of brochures, business cards and even menus. This is just the beginning of their thoughtfulness. They have truly taken care of every detail in a thoughtful and caring way. And the bed is the most comfortable one for a restful sleep. We are already looking at their availability for next year!

Wayne and Sherry are indeed super hosts. They go out of their way to ensure the place is clean, welcoming and complete with everything that makes it a home away from home. It's the little details that make all the difference, kitchen, dining, living and bedroom details - too many to speak of. Not that the big details weren't addressed because they were. Beautiful stay, gorgeous cottage and extraordinary hosts. THANK YOU.

This little cottage had everything we needed for a wonderful first stay in Sechelt. We are not sure which we enjoyed more, the comfy couch with the beautiful view out the living room window or the spectacular sunsets from the hot tub!

The hosts were very friendly, and provided us with all the information we needed. Everything you need is close at hand but it is on a busy road, so as expected, there is a fair bit of traffic noise.

Perfect Location
Being in Sechelt meant were about half way to everything. Lots of paddling in the bays and on the lake. Hot Tub in the evening was perfect.

Blue Waters Cottage is perfectly located. The amazing view of the ocean from all of the windows and from the private hot tub is simply breathtaking. The cottage itself is impeccably clean with many little added touches to personalize our stay. We had a fantastic time away for the weekend and look forward to returning again!

Our two nights at the cottage were the perfect getaway over New Years. 2020 may have been a terrible year, but it ended on a high note as we enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful, cozy cottage. This is the perfect spot to jet off exploring the Sunshine Coast, and soothe your sore legs with a post-hike soak.
Sherry and Wayne are excellent hosts, they even treated us to a bottle of bubbly for the New Years countdown! Excellent communication, and they keep the cottage in great condition. Next time we hope to toast you in person!

This beautiful quaint little cottage over looking the ocean, is a gem. you have the whole cottage to yourself, use of the hot tub which overlooks the ocean. sitting in the living room or kitchen you get this beautiful view of the Bc coastal Island. its a place to go to time and time again

Wonderful get away!
This is a very cozy clean cottage with beautiful views of the water. The hot tub was the highlight of our time there, so relaxing. You can hear the traffic but doesn't take away from the getaway. Would stay there again.

The property was lovely just as the pictures show and described. Owners were awesome at giving us all needed information and helping facilitate our arrival and even offered us an early check in if we wanted to.

Very Nice Place
This was a nice, centrally located cottage in the heart of it all. It was a pleasure dealing with the owners, who were sincerely interested in providing a quality stay for us. Evenings in the hot tub enjoying the ocean view were fantastic!
The only downside was the highway noise down below - but I guess that's the price you pay when you're so close to the ocean! Would recommend.

Lovely property
Enjoyed the cottage very much but because of the weather were not able to do the exploring we had hoped to do. Expected the rain but not so much all the time. Cottage was very cosy, well stocked and our hosts were great. We would recommend to anyone wanting to visit. Thanks to Wayne & Sherry.

Clean and comfy
Blue Waters Cottage was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was roomy and was well-stocked. The bed and sofa bed were really comfortable. The view of the ocean and beyond was amazing. The only drawback was the constant noise of cars on the highway out front but we (sort of) got used to it.

Best deal on the Sunshine Coast
We have stayed in a lot of rental houses over the past several years and the Blue Waters Cottage is the gem of them all. The friendly hosts have provided everything that guests require, right down to an Alexa system in the living room. The view from the both the sunken living room and bedroom is a panorama of the ocean and we had the good fortune to view three sunsets during our five day stay. The grounds are very well maintained and it is obvious that the owners take great pride in their property. The hot tub has a cover for rainy weather and the view of the ocean is even better than that from the cottage. It is also very private, as is the whole property. We also like the location, about midway along the Sunshine Coast. It is only an hour to Pender Harbour and a half-hour to Gibsons. There are plenty of good restaurants only minutes away and we highly recommend the Lighthouse in Sechelt. We think the yearly awards from TripAdvisor and Home-away are well deserved. We will always stay here when visiting the area!

What a great little cottage. It's a bit older but it was comfy,well equipped with spectacular views of the ocean especially from the hot tub! Very well situated to access all that Sechelt and area have to offer especially if you love to walk, hike and explore. The street below the cottage can become quite busy especially during the summer so if you are a light sleeper you may want to keep that in mind. Overall what a great stay. Wayne and Sherry thank you so much.

Our stay at the BlueWater Cottage was very good ! All accommodations were made available to us and we had absolutely everything we needed. It was comfortable and cute and a great getaway from work and city life Sherry & Wayne were incredible hosts and we would be more than happy to revisit next year. Highly recommended !!! ThankU

Gorgeous little getaway
We loved this beautiful little cottage overlooking the ocean. The grounds and the hot tub were definitely a plus. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vacation or getaway in Sechelt. Proximity to beaches and town were awesome. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We loved the wine and the fresh flowers. Everything was great.

Very pleasant
It was a very good experience. We were delighted to find a fully equipped kitchen. The accommodations were nice and clean, and the hot tub on site was definitely worthwhile, especially with the view.
Getting in off the highway can be difficult. The turn off is 100m away from Snodgrass road and has some lights snaked on the pole out front to be visible from the highway.

We just stopped in for two nights. Hot tub is a great addition. Cute simple little cottage with basically everything you would need to stay an extended length of time.

Quaint, great view
Wayne and Sherry were gracious, friendly, helpful hosts. It is a very pretty property and the quaint, little cabin well kept and clean. I was there for a quick two-day trip with my mom. I took the pull out, but she said the bed was very comfortable. My favourite part was the great hottub with the amazing view.
