Nestled in Waveland, this charming house for $371 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our house was built to accommodate a large extended family, with plenty of room for grandparents, parents and children and is only a short walk to the beach. It is raised about 4 feet, with only 6 steps to climb, and sleeps 18. Our house has a large open kitchen/dining/den area featuring a kitchen with granite countertops and plenty of space to prepare meals. The den has a 54” TV smart TV and WiFi internet. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed that sleeps 2. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and twin trundle bed that sleeps 4. Bedroom #3 has two bunk beds twin over full that sleeps 6. Bedroom #4 also has two bunk beds twin over full that sleeps 6. The home has 2 full baths with separate sink areas and a full size washer and dryer. A large covered back porch, 10' x 50', featuring ceiling fans, porch swing, patio table with 6 chairs and 2 rocking chairs is available to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Property has an “in ground” charcoal barbecue pit. Coals and lighter fluid are not provided. A driveway with covered carport allows access from car to house in inclement weather. Located on a large lot, there’s ample off street parking for multiple vehicles/boats. This is strictly a non-smoking home. Smoking outside is permitted but do not leave debris from smoking on the property. If debris has to be picked up, additional clean up fee will be deducted from deposit. Small, well-mannered dogs (under 25 pounds) are welcomed but no cats are permitted due to owners allergies. Owner is open to exception on dog restriction after getting additional information from dog owner. Please note that there is no fenced in yard area. There is a non-refundable pet fee required. All dog droppings should be picked up. If not additional charge for dropping pick up may be deducted from deposit. The minimum rental age is 25.

We were in Bay St. Louis for our son's wedding and this was the perfect place to retreat to for rest and relaxation. It is a short walk to the beach and even though it was a bit chilly we enjoyed this perk. The kitchen was well stocked and the porch was a great place to sit and relax. You won't be disappointed in this location if you have a large family.

We had the best time at the place we stayed at in Bay St. Louis!! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and warm/welcoming. The location was also amazing. We loved being so close to the beach and in such a nice neighborhood, while also being close to lots of stores and restaurants. Could not have asked for a better experience! Our host was super accommodating and friendly. We all felt very much at home. Would love to stay here again!!

The pictures do not do this house justice!! It is so much nicer than the pictures. The house is laid out perfectly for a large family. Large open plan living room, kitchen and dining with plenty of seating. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that would be needed. Two bedrooms and a bathroom on each end of the house with the living room between them. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. There is a large covered back porch that’s wonderful to sit on. Our large family was very pleased with our accommodations and all agreed that we would definitely stay here again! The owners were awesome!! Answered any questions promptly and were so gracious and accommodating. The beach is close but too far to walk, especially with children. I would recommend a car or golf cart to take to the beach. Same for going to the downtown area. A car is definitely a must. To summarize… Emile and Donna are awesome hosts. The house is a great place to stay for a large group with 4 separate bedrooms and 2 baths. Location is beautiful and very safe. Very nice houses in this neighborhood. Our group plans to stay here again!!

Have been setting up golf trips for a group of 12-14 guys for about 20 years now. We have been doing vrbo for about the last 10 of those and I have to admit that what I thought I was in for in this house was not what we found on arrival. The pictures sell this house short as they make it look quaint, but it is quite spacious and comfortable. We had a problem with our arrival and got a hold of the property manager and everything was taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. The property was in a beautiful neighborhood that was close to the beach and a fantastic stretch of shops and restaurants. This house was perfect for us and we will look to it again when we come back south.

Our family was in town celebrating the wedding of our granddaughter. Ten members of our family stayed in this lovely home. There were more than enough beds for everyone. This is a great family friendly home. The beach is a short walk down the drive. Beach toys are provided. The great room is a perfect gathering place with a dining room table for 8 and an island that seats four more. Our favorite gathering place was the wonderful back porch that stretches across the back of this home. There is a porch swing, 2 rocking chairs and a large patio table with 8 chairs. Although temps were in the 90’s the porch always seemed to have a breeze and was very comfortable. We had zero problems and only a couple of questions that were met by quick owner responses. I highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay in BSL. The house was big enough to house our family of 13 -age ranging from 1-65 yrs old. The house was stocked with everything we needed from towels to laundry detergent and dinner ware /kitchen accessories. We even had a variety of spices to work with. It really felt like we were just visiting family. We would def stay here again if we come back to BSL. Thanks for hosting us!

Wonderful location: just a quick walk from the beach or short drive to the cutest and friendliest town. Restaurants, shopping, fishing.. all super accessible to the house. The house itself provided all the comforts and conveniences of home. Sweet details like hand painted light switches that matched each themed room and books and decor that really allows a connection to the local history. We had started planning our return before we even left.
