About this house rental
Located in Redington Beach, this attractive house for $654 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Why rent the condo when you can stay in the comfort of your own private home with a heated pool. This newly renovated home ( in January 2023) situated across the street from the beach is the ideal paradise for your dream vacation. The master suite contains a king bed, and a private full bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bath down the hall with the third bedroom which contains bunk bed trundle ( twin, full, twin) and 52' TV . The modern family room with a flat screen TV with satellite programming can be a nice gathering spot to retreat after a day full of sun and beach fun. The big stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked and opens with double french doors to a recreation room with ping pong table and a super comfortable couch with recliners on both sides. This is a perfect florida room with screens in the sliding doors that open to the pool area, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors when you feel like staying of sun. Outside you will find fencing surrounding the backyard for extra privacy, the heated & lit pool with a automatic cover ( child protection) and an extra outdoor restroom and shower. The tiled patio has a siting area, four sun beds and a gas grill. In the attached garage we keep everything you need for a beach, as well as washer and dryer. Next to the garage is another outdoor shower so you never have to bring the sand from the beach to the pool and house. Please note, house has a parking space for two cars - one in a garage one on driveway. It’s not easy to park in a neighborhood. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS; The Redington area offers wide variety of dining, shopping and entertainment. You can ride tourist trolley from St Pete Beach all the way to Clearwater. The Clearwater Aquarium, Indian Shores wild Bird Sanctuary, Dolphin watch and Smugglers Reef Miniature Gulf are just a few attractions luring kids off all ages. St Petersburg has weekly concerts, art shows as well as Salvador Dali Museum and world class night clubs. Major theme parks; Disney Word, Universal Studios and Sea World are only 1.5 hours away, Bush Gardens 45min, Weeki Wachee Spring 1.5h. Famous Miami 4h and Naples 2.5h drive.

Really lovely home with a cute backyard and pool. We had breakfast outside on the days we could and it felt like a secluded oasis. The location is great, and it wasn't loud at all while we were there.

Our parents and children stayed at the home. They played in the (perfect temperature in November )pool for hours each day and there was enough space for everyone to sleep and relax in the home. They enjoyed the ping pong table too. There was a kayak and SUP that we wished we'd had time to use but we were busy with a wedding. Great location to be close to everything (beach, mini golf, John's pass, Shell Key Preserve). Nice clean home, well stocked kitchen, and great hosts! Thank you

The house is extremely clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. We stayed at the home with our family (children 4 and 8) and had an absolute perfect vacation. The pool is perfect for small kids and the beach is literally across the street. We couldn't have asked for a better location and a more beautiful home for our stay. We will definitely return for another trip in the future. 10/10 recommend!

We absolutely loved this place!! its just as it’s described. We had plenty of room. The kids loved the pool and it was so nice to be able to use after being on the beach all day. The grill was great because we ate in every night but one so having the grill and kitchen made it easy. The beach nowas phenomenal! We literally had a private beach all week! Casey was amazing at helping out with a couple of things and his communication was greatly appreciated. We have decided we are coming back next year and will be excited to stay here! Great place!!

Right across the street from the beach with great sunsets. Unlike other areas with several large hotels and condos lining the beach. Walking distance to various bars, restaurants, and shops. Loved the plunge pool and outdoor shower.

My daughter wanted a quick getaway with her two-year-old and husband before the summer crowd to celebrate her birthday. I was hesitant about this property at the beginning, because of the busy road and our two year old. However, it was not near as challenging as I thought. It was the perfect location for our time away. the walk to the beach was super easy. It was very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and even a playground for our toddler. The house served our family perfectly with all the toddler necessities already there. The only thing that I feel like we didn’t communicate well on was the trash pick up dates. They were listed on a piece of paper , but we did not see that paper until after the pick up days. We had to leave trash and recyclables inside the house as we checked out. (Which I felt

Once again, this property has been an awesome getaway for my family and I. The backyard patio and private pool are very accommodating to kids and adults. My grandboys, 8 and 10 yo, loved the pool. The house and bedrooms was very comfortable. The beach is right across Gulf Blvd which is easy to access. We loved this place!

Exactly as described. It’s not huge but it was perfect for six of us. Able to accommodate little ones. Pool was great, no issues all week. Had a fluke where the hot water heater died. Eva responded immediately and it was replaced in about 4 hours. While there are many comments about the busy street, it is absolutely not a problem. Doesn’t detract from the oasis that is the back yard, crossing to get to the beach or backing out of the driveway is a breeze - traffic is heavy when the light down the street is green, but then there are HUGE gaps to back out or cross with ease. Trolley stop is a huge help. Walkable to restaurants and stores but sufficient distance so you don’t feel like you are staying in a business district. Great spot!

This property exceeded my expectations. The private pool was wonderful. Location is good. Busy road in front but we didn’t have too much trouble crossing to get to the beach. I personally would have like a tv in the bedrooms but otherwise is was excellent.

We stayed for 16 days and the pictures do not do it justice. We were so pleasantly surprised, what a beautiful home. The beds were so comfortable. House was so clean, well-stocked and in great shape.
The location of being able to cross the street and there’s the access to beach was perfect.
The pool was heated and so warm, perfect for a chilly night after a day at the beach.
The owner was fantastic. Easily available for any issue.
Restaurants were all in walking distance and the food/nightlife was perfect! Conch house for the Mahi coconut crusted , Capt Bills for BBQ and Football game, Frabattas for Pizza (pizza was fantastic) and the salt water hippie beach bar for live music.
Overall,I would absolutely love to stay again. What a perfect place and location!!

My sister and I stayed here over a long weekend. Pool was a nice amenity and proximity to the beach can’t be beat. The backyard was especially great to lounge around in, lots of nice seating and landscaping.
As others have mentioned, the house needs some upgrades (the beds are just flabbergastingly bad, I wouldn’t stay here with any back problems) but we didn’t spend much time inside so not really an issue for us.
One piece I haven’t seen mentioned is, the house is located on a really busy road. Cars go extremely fast, and the traffic sounds are pretty consistent —again not really a bother if you’re mostly on the beach, but I’d be wary with kids.

The property was just as advertised. Three bedrooms (1 x king, 1 x queen, 1 x bunkbed with full size bottom, and twin size top). Four of us slept very comfortably. Two full bathrooms inside, plus one full bathroom outside by the pool. Game room/ Sun room with a ping pong table feeds directly into the backyard, which was a gem. Pool was on the small side, but a great spot to hang out. Vegetation provides a lot of privacy. And the best feature? Just cross the street, walk 2 houses over, and you're on the beach! Would recommend.

The location of this house is perfect. You literally walk across the street and down a small path and are on the beach. They even have tons of beach toys, boards, and a cart for you to use. The beach is pretty much private too. Tons of room, quiet, quaint. Clear water, soft sand. It’s beautiful. The house was very nice. The backyard has a very small pool and the deck is great. Tons of seating. Very secluded. The house has 3 bed rooms. One is great for kids with bunk beds. The other two rooms have a king and queen bed. The house was great and location was superb. My only suggestion would be new mattresses, they were all very used looking and not very comfortable. Furniture could overall use updating. But like I said, great house and location for the price! Highly recommend.

This was one of the closest stays to the beach without actually being on the beach! Very easy to walk across the road to the beach entrance, 'Moon Park' . There are no hotels near so the beach is very quiet. The house worked well for our family of 6. There are pretty minimal kitchen supplies, I bought/left measuring cups/spoons, no ice maker, and the fridge had a hard time getting cold. The pool turned green 2nd day there and unfortunately the pool guy did not come until the scheduled day Thursday. We were told not to use it Thursday after he shocked it and then due to having to shock again could not use Friday. If you are like us and pay more when vacationing to have a private pool just beware this is a possibility. The location made up for the poor pool experience. There are plenty of restaurants/ shops in the area that make this part of Florida a great beach destination.

You need a electrician , battery keeps draining down & restart you have a bad connection , but in all the place needs attention & groomed
Also all the greenery around deck area need trimmed badly , way overgrown & not taking care of full of leaves.
Also kitchen counter had sugar little ants
Had to not leave anything out or they would come on stove
Also deck is super hot without shoes even for a second the application is not feasible for that I stubbed my toe trying not be Burt!

Location and cleanliness were excellent. Amenities as well. Biggest issues were the mattresses were rock hard and the A/C was struggling to keep the house cool. One day it was over 80 degrees inside until midnight. Ceiling fan in living room was not functioning either.
