The area offers great jogging paths by the lake and opportunities for cycling, making it a truly picturesque location. The airport is situated two miles to the west, the ocean is less than a mile to the east, and downtown/City Place/Clematis Street are all approximately a mile to the north. Interstate 95 can be easily accessed nearby via either Southern Boulevard or Belvedere Road. This is in an older part of Palm Beach: Homes that have been renovated and some not and a lot of businesses nearby all of which concerned me at first, however: The home was just as it looked: Best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in! Plenty of all the staples. Based on my experiences with others, I had stopped by a grocery store and gotten most of what we would need for the time there, got to the home and found I should not have stopped for anything but groceries! Lee and David were fantastic hosts and sent a variety of information regarding local restaurants, shops and attractions in the area all of which were extremely helpful and actually checked to make sure everything was alright for our family. We will definitely use this for our annual baseball tournaments. Those going down for tournaments should know it is easily accessible to major ballparks (within 10 minutes of the Ballparks of Palm Beach and others) and the airport. The botanical gardens quality landscaping is absolutely breathtaking around the entire property and takes you from your 90 mph day to peaceful & calm as soon as you step into the yard where there are benches, loungers and a whole eating space set up. The Zen-like pool area replete with water cascading into the salt water and gazing into the lush foliage is the ultimate in relaxation. Thanks for sharing your creation with us. A plus were two nice neighbors and trying out the City Diner; a little hole in the wall, full of good food & character.

Geographically, this house was in the middle of everything! You are 15+ minutes from everything wonderful in West Palm Beach! Enjoyed every minute we spent at this home! Extremely clean and well appointed! We will be back, hopefully soon! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It is absolutely beautiful! When you step onto the property it is like you are on a high end private tropical island.
The house is stocked like your own home with anything you need in the kitchen, lots of fluffy towels, beach towels and paper goods.
Lee was great at communicating from booking to check out. We were at dinner one night and there was a power outage. Lee emailed to let me know. We stayed out for dessert and all was resolved when we got back to the house.
The location is close to everything and very easy to get to.

This property was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, well equipped and locations was perfect in regards to access to beaches and restaurants. Having a pool was special as we used it each day after our beach visits and even in the evening. Communications with owner was easy as well as the check in process and information provided prior to our visit. Would highly recommend

This was a wonderful selection in so many ways. The hosts, David and Lee were the best we have ever had, the house layout perfect, and the pool area is outstanding. We love this location, West Palm is our favorite place to stay, we need a Worth Ave. visit every so often - we hope to return!

This was my first visit to WPB and we loved it. The house was everything the pictures showed. Super clean, super supplied with everything needed to make a house cozy and comfortable. Lee was very easy to communicate with and always replied to any concern or question I had. We loved the pool and surrounding yard, absolutely lovely!

Where to begin ? Everything was absolutely perfect ! Lee and David stayed in touch the entire time just to make sure everything was fine and I was having a great time, which I most certainly did ! I spent literally the entire time in the amazing pool under the palm trees. Tropical paradise truly is the right name for this property ! The house was perfectly clean, fully stocked. I had absolutely no issue during my stay and would totally book again ! Very peaceful neighborhood as well. Great experience overall. :)

This was my first time using Vrbo and Lee and David were the perfect introduction. I had consistent communication with Lee from booking through checkout. He is so nice! We had no issues while we were there. The home was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked! Other than groceries, we didn’t have to purchase anything. We utilized the pool everyday we were there. The home was in close proximity to everything…shopping, beach, fun, etc. If we ever return to West Palm Beach, I don’t want to stay anywhere else! It was perfect!

The host, Lee, communicated very well and gave a lot of information about the area and places to eat and visit. The outside area was beautiful with comfortable lounge chairs and a nice dining table.
The kitchen was well appointed.
The house was tidy and clean, though i think the master shower got overlooked somehow.
The inside of the house is accurately represented on the website.
The only negative is the loud plane noise, but i was ready for that when i saw the proximity to the airport.
Overall i would stay there again.

The house was perfectly located in West Palm Beach. The airport was less than 10 mins and as well as the PB Outlet. We were able to drive to the surrounding beaches with no issues as the house was centrally located. We had a wonderful time at this home as it was very well stocked and had everything you'll need (i.e., plenty of bath towels, beach towels, detergents, paper supplies, coolers, utensils, etc.). Our kids loved the private pool and spent every day swimming in the pool. I think they enjoyed the pool more than the beaches :). We walked each morning to the Dunkin' Donuts down the street. It was a pleasant walk. We also love that there are 2 great eateries right next door - Lynora's Kitchen (Italian) and La Placita Mexican Food. The owner was easy to get a hold of and was in constant communication to make sure we were accommodated. Lee is very kind and is an awesome host! We would stay here again if we're back in the area for sure!

This Place Is Perfect!
David and Lee’s place is the perfect get away. The pool makes it so you may not even want to leave but by not leaving, you will miss some great restaurants within walking distance. The house is fully equipped, perfectly maintained, and spotless. The beds are very comfortable. The owners are awesome. Great communication. If I come back to WPB, my first step would be checking to see if this home was available.

Heated pool with a hit!
Once inside the house the back area opened up to a beautiful pool area which we really enjoyed specifically my grandson. It was heated. Even with a few glitches the owner was very accessible and responsive.

We enjoyed Christmas week vacation with our family. The owner sent detailed information about the house, directions, restaurants, and area attractions. The caretaker checked in with us when we arrived and was very helpful. Everyone enjoyed the pool! We would come back again.

Great property to celebrate being with my daughter grandson and son in law who live in royal palm. Close to the beach and lots of room. Host was very accommodating. Pool area fabulous ❤️Looking forward to next time
