The apartment has a great view of the bay of Golfo Aranci, however, you can only enjoy it early in the morning or in the evening as the terrace has no sun protection.

The apartment was unbearably hot as it is located under the roof and heats up as soon as the sun is out (we visited in July). We could therefore not use it during the daytime which unfortunately kind of ruined the experience for us. The apartment is furnished very minimalistic. No tea cups, only small number of glasses and kitchen utensils. Other landlords provide some basic amenities like salt, pepper etc. But not here. We have had much better stays in Golfo Aranci.

Good location, walking distance to lovely beaches and about 25 mins to the port. Apartment was well equipped and spacious. Check in process was efficient.

This accommodation was terrible. The photos do not reflect the real conditions of the apartment, especially the bedroom. The kitchen was not supplied, we booked an apartment for a reason, it was impossible to prepare any kind of meal there. Very disappointing. There was only one roll of toilet paper left for us. Very poor value, unacceptable at this price range.

Golfo Arinci is a lovely city for tourists with great beaches and many restaurants and great views. It's close to cities like Palau and Olbia. The place is on a slope, and although you can walk to the beach, having a car is definitely more convenient, as the closest beach is about half a kilometer away (supermarkets and the port with many of the restaurants are even further, 1KM+). As to the house itself: it's in a fairly quite location, overall very spacious and there is enough privacy (gated and there is a private car park). Communication with the people renting this place was spot-on. As to the beaches: I can highly recommend visiting "Prima Spiaggia Golfo Aranci". You can park right to a lovely sand beach and it's never crowded (and there is a great beachclub called Coco Drink).

The interior overall felt a bit 'cheap' and in our view required attention. For example, the sofas were pretty terrible to sit on (nobody liked them), and some of the kitchen chairs legs had completely worn out. The kitchen was missing many essentials (many expected utensils and tools were lacking). One of the ventilators was broken. Cleaning could have been done a bit better as well. There is a garden, and although there is a table and chairs, it is not very inviting, and lacks 'relaxing' furniture such as sun-beds, sun-umbrellas). Overall, we felt that with just a bit of attention that this place could be so much better.

It is a functional apartment equipped with everything you need for a short stay. If you have the upper apartment, you can enjoy the balcony with sea view. View of the lower apartment is garden view only. Staff is really nice and supportive, if you have any questions. Free parking spot for the car is available. Supermarket is nearby, however, a car is recommended. Price performance ratio was okay due to low season.

Furniture and equipment is functional, but needs a little renovation/renewal. Beds are not that comfortable and make loud noises when you’re moving during the night. Shower is with low water pressure and combined with a corner bath. This circumstances combined with the shower curtain doesn’t make it comfortable to take a shower.
