Nestled in Virginia Beach, this charming condo for $430 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This clean and bright apartment in Virginia Beach is perfect for your stay. It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 guests. The apartment is conveniently located near local restaurants and shops, so you can easily explore the area. The Oceanfront Boardwalk, with its restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, is also close by. The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, allowing you to cook meals for your family. There is also an on-site laundry room, although there is a fee for equipment use. Please note that the city's health rules limit occupancy to 3 persons per bedroom. The bedding in the apartment offers flexibility in sleeping arrangements, but it does not exceed the occupancy limit. A linen package is included with your stay, which consists of fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed, as well as a towel set for each guest. The towel set includes a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. If you require additional linens, they can be rented through the in-house linen company. Please note that this apartment is located on the second floor of the building, and there is no elevator or pool available. However, there is an on-site laundry facility for your convenience. The cleaning service uses EPA certified cleaning products to ensure a safe and clean environment for your stay. Two parking spots included. Parking is available for one vehicle in the complex lot, with the space labeled 901C. Another parking spot will be available in the city garage next door using a parking pass located inside the unit. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment. For more information or to make a booking, please contact us. Non-smoking. No Pets Allowed. Wash all dishes and return them to their original location. Return all furniture back to its original position. Turn lights and small appliances off. Lock all doors and windows and Take out all trash from the unit. Complete any excessive cleaning needs. No dogs, cats, or other animals shall be kept in or about the Premises by Tenant or Tenant’s guests without the written permission of the Landlord and a one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD) non refundable pet fee being paid per pet. In the event that the Tenant has more pets than permitted or fails to obtain written permission of the Landlord or pay the non refundable pet fee, Tenant hereby agrees to pay Landlord liquidated damages of Two Hundred dollars ($200.00) per pet. Tenant will surrender all keys and access to the Premises on the date Tenant vacates the premises; failure to return keys or parking passes will result in a One Hundred Twenty Five ($125.00 USD) charge to cover costs of changing locks. If your keys are left in the property and you require Anchor Realty Group to come and unlock the property, a Fifty Dollar ($50 USD) lock out fee will be charged to cover the cost of this service. All parking passes must be returned to the Anchor Realty Group Office on the date and time the lease expires; failure to return each parking pass will result in a seventy-five ($75.00 USD) charge per pass to cover costs of a new pass.

Awesome location, cute condo. Only suggestions I have are a slightly lower (1-2 degrees) air condition hard set, and buying a cheap toaster for the kitchen! Loved the shark vacuum for sand removal!

Location is literally a 5 minute walk to the beach, short walk to great restaurants and places to grab a drink. The space was big enough for my group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We will definitely be staying here again!

stayed in similar unit a few years ago -this one was much better. the only negative things were the 1-ply toilet paper and paper towels and the tiny bath towels. but otherwise love the decor, space, location, kitchen supplies, etc. just right for us. would stay again.

This adorable bnb was perfect for me and my friends. They had it ready early so we could check in early and had extra paper towels and toilet paper which was a nice surprise. Very clean and great location to the beach!

The property is cute. The kitchen is stocked with many items for cooking in. It is a short walk to the beach about a block and a half. It was nice have beach chairs available for use. We had plenty of toilet paper. I know in previous reviews some said there was not TP. The only small issue we had was that we only received towels and linens for 4 when we had 5 people staying. We were offered additional towels and bedding for an additional $25. I may have missed the small print about linens for only 4...we chose to go buy a towel and sheet set from Walmart. If i had known in advance I would have brought from home. Overall a nice value in Virginia Beach close to the activity.

It was well cleaned before we got there and was beautifully decorated. It is in a bit of a noisy location due to its proximity to the boardwalk. However, I was aware of that ahead of time.

We came and weren’t sure exactly what was included. This place has a queen and two twin beds. It’s nice for a family of 4, but a little right after that. Super close to the beach and right around the corner from a 5 star restaurant. It’s not the prettiest from the outside, but the inside is great. In the apartment, there is dishes, silverware, appliances (including a blender), pans, towels, beach chairs - most of the things that you would need. We didn’t bring many paper supplies, which would have been nice to know ahead of time that there wouldn’t be any toilet paper. Overall, it was a great stay.

I used home away for this rental. Process is generally straightforward. Short walk to beach, but you do need to travel north a block, bc beach access is not on 9th street. We had 2 cars, there is one small parking spot. The parking garage is $20/day on weekends and $10/day on weekdays. Add that into your cost if you stay here and have more than 1 car. There was no dishwasher, there was a spot for one, but it looks like it was replaced with some home made shelves, no biggie, just hand wash in the sink. However, this really bothered me: There was no air Return in the bedrooms, there was only a supply in each bedroom. So, if you sleep with the doors closed, then the bedrooms get hot because there is not an exchange of air. Take in mind, this is a 2nd floor unit. So, be prepared to sleep with the doors open or be prepared to sweat. It was clean, neat, and all I needed for my trip, with the exception of what I stated above. I will also add that you are expected to sweep the floors, leave the sheets on the bed, and put away all dishes on departure. Oh, it is also on the corner of two pretty busy streets so expect some outside noise when you are trying to sleep, it’s not too bad, but it’s there. I gave this unit a 4 star overall.

The space was very nice, and close to the beach with several good places to eat. It was a busy and a bit noisy neighborhood, which is to be expected. The only real problem is when they say they don't provide paper products they include toilet paper. We have traveled over much of the world, including 3rd world countries and have never experienced this. It is a bit of a hassle when the first thing one needs on arrival is the toilet. Other then this it is a great place for a beach vacation.
