Very good location
Wrong shower head for the shower rail. Had to hold the shower head with one hand to wash otherwise water was everywhere. TV would not work. Pull out bed unbearably uncomfortable.

Great location.. Well equiped. Nice little outdoor space.
The sofa bed is very hard.
Blinds ineffective which wasn't ideal with the sun waking us up early. I'd recommend an eye mask.

The property was very well located and convenient. It was private, modern and in good condition. It was also attractive and felt safe and comfortable for a family of four. We really enjoyed the large glass doors in the living area, the natural light and having an outdoor space.
The property required some basic maintenance: the vertical blinds were broken in each room, and the oven door handle was missing entirely. The lovely outdoor area is in need of a table and chairs.

Fantastic location.
Most of the blinds were broken, the most uncomfortable couch known to mankind, not enough pillows on beds, very flat and uncomfortable pillows and stains on the bed linen.

Recently renovated and tidy flat. Location is excellent. It’s a few minutes at most to get to the busses that service this area. Shopping and restaurants are really close. location is excellent.
I believe they have their sheets serviced professionally because they are very clean and very much like the hotels.
The back yard is small but very nice to have especially since it’s so warm during our stay. We spend time outside in the evening to escape the warm house (no AC) and enjoy our family time.
Also very good to have is the washer and dryer combo to do a load and have it machine dried. Be warned that it takes a long time to do a single load.
The property management team is very responsive and it is easy to both check in and out of the house.
I don’t believe the cleaning company used does a through job. The floors are really really dirty. My new slippers are black on the bottom from it. The house could do with a solid mop.
The couch is also filthy. It is a fabric couch and with an Airbnb type use, it shows the wear. We had to cover it with an extra linen sheet before sitting on it.
We stayed for a week and were only provided with one roll of toilet paper, one load of clothes detergent, no cleaning supplies, no extra trash bags and the dishwasher soap was empty, they only had Finish (add on w/o soap). We ended up going shopping for what should have been included in the home stay.
Most disgusting of all, and why I deducted stars was the toilet. It has a felt stick-ons on the seat cover. I could not fathom sitting on something that is essentially not able to be cleaned/ replaced before use. If it gets dirty you can’t clean or replace it with a new cover. If you have kids, who are not the cleanest, you can imagine the disgust. I had to put down TP like a public toilet. Essentially treated it like a porta-potty. They fixed the potty cover the day before our departure. But not soon enough for my very disgusting experience.
Neutral - Not Pro /Not Con
The roof was dripping water from the apartment above. Hopefully clean. The property management was on top of it and communicated with me about the arrival of the repair man.
Other reviews are correct, the dishwasher is not installed correctly and tips out when opened fully. This is not a con because the dishwasher works perfectly fine.
So this is my somewhat lengthy review. I wouldn’t mind staying again, as long as they correct the general cleanliness. Not my first choice for a stay but not bad either. Others in my party however did not like the place at all and vehemently said they would not stay again. If you are able to bear with the issues a bit this property will work.

Location of this apartment is great. Five to ten minute walk to Ealing Broadway station and off you go wherever you want. Besides, there are many shops and restaurants in the vicinity so you can find everything.
It was very nice to have a garden.
Dinner table was faulty and even collapsed at one moment. Owner did not manage to replace it during our nine day stay. Quite dangerous. Forget about sofa in the living room. It is like sleeping on the wooden board. So this apartment can really accommodate four people. Dishwasher is not fixed inside the kitchen so it also can fall out when loading it.
No tablets for the dishwasher as well. No handles on the oven. There is a blender, but also not working. One of two chairs in the garden are torn.

Close to Ealing Broadway, shops, train station. Clean towels. Double bed comfortable. Good WiFi.
I rent this flat for 1month. Bathroom empty, no shower gel, nothing to clean the bathroom, not even a toilet brush. In living room when I do my first steps, i've got my feet stuck to the floor. Marked walls in all spaces. Spiderweb specially in living room. Broken blinds in bedroom and living room. The dishes dirty, the kitchen sink was damaged, the handle from the oven was missing, and the sofa it was incredible dirty, was impossible to stay without cover or so. Maibe the pics will be say more about it. In general it's doesn't value that money. It requires many improvements! Sorry but in this condition I will not recommend 😔
