Diabolical, frustrating, waste of money
Location.
No Hot water for the 2 nights stay. Reached out for help but just received several of the same responses from different people at “Pass The Keys,” with no ownership. With a small baby and tired wife this was unacceptable and ridiculous. I would not recommend this property under current management to anyone.

Passable
The location was great. Short walk to shops, park and train station.
The ‘sofa bed’ was very uncomfortable and came without linen. Upstairs noise can easily be heard. We found this a problem because we prefer early nights and those above enjoyed late nights.

Comfortable but not luxurious. Good location but not up to scratch for the money.
Great location and good communication from the owner/rental company. Bed was comfy.
Not enough supplies. There was one tea towel, 2 toilet rolls and 4 mugs. There is no welcome pack which is something that I thought was common place now, no tea bags etc. The flat could be better stocked. Described as luxury but this is an overstatement, it’s more like nice student digs. Some of the furniture is stained and the security light outside the front flashes all night. This is visible through the bedroom window as there are only very thin office blinds that have been fixed with sellotape hung at the bay window. The flat is clean but a bit tired. The shower tray fills up really quickly so you need to have a quick shower and the fire alarm is so sensitive it went off 5 times when cooking bacon on the grill. The flat suggests it has Netflix but in reality it is just access to being able to log in to your own account on the Tv. There is a really strong agreement that you have to sign before your booking is confirmed which suggests a standard that the flat simply doesn’t reach.

Exceptional
Nice place. Clean inside. Close to shopping centre and underground station. Good communication with the host. Highly recommended.
Considering that the bedroom is in the front of the building, in my opinion I will change the blinds with curtains. In the corners of the window, you can see inside, and personally, I don't like. I'm always sitting "uptight" because i don't want anyone looking out the window. But it's just my opinion. In rest of that everything was ok.

Very noisy place
Overall very clean accommodation. Great location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Close to tube and trains (Heathrow and central London) Nice people on the phone from Pass the Key support team.
Very very very noisy place! There is zero insolation with the flat above. You can hear the above guests walking, running, moving things around, having parties all day long azs if they were in the flat. The bed is by the wall where the stairs to get to the flat above are. Therefore you hear people running up and down in the stairs, talking, banging their luggages against the wall at anytime of the day and night. Out of the 4 weeks we spent there, we had about one quiet week. There are no real curtains in the bedroom but instead tired vertical blinds which do not cover the entire window. Therefore you get light from the outdoor sensor light as soon as someone walks by at night, sunlight early in the morning and limited intimacy given that the blinds do not fully cover the windows. Very confusing communication from "Pass the key". They are using several third parties to do your ID check without keeping track of whether you have completed yours or not. Their third parties are gonna try to ask you for membership payment or deposit which seems irrelvant and abusive. Every time you send an email to Pass the Key they send you 2 acknowlegment emails before responding... All those emails get mixed up and you lose track of the information threads... They also send you parallel texts from a mobile phone but that number is an automated account... Limited support if something needs fixing in the flat. The support team is a remote facility management team. They won't send anyone to fix anything but expect guests to do the handyman work such as fixing the heater and buying batteries to change the boiler remote control. We spent 2 days without heating (in February) in the flat before they accepted to send someone. Before that we spent several hours on the phone with the support team to try and fix the boiler. They even sent us Youtube videos to show us how to fix the boiler as if it was expected from us to fix the flat...

Long Stay in Ealing
Spacious apartment in a convenient location
A bit far from the city center (45-50 minutes), but there was an easy access to various forms of public transportation.

Lack of essential things...
Plenty of clean towels and bedding Location is good, close to Ealing Broadway mall
There was a lack of essential things in the apartment ( there was not a single pan in the kitchen, no cutting board, no table cloths, no wipes...) Also the kitchen covers were very messy with rubbish and leftovers) The apartment in general was not in appropriate condition to be rented. The kitchen bin lid was broken, there was also clothes with dirty Kleenex in the chest of drawers, the wardrobe full of duvets and pillows with no hangers, no shower gel available.... The heating system is not straightforward and we had a few issues during a couple of days.
