Another great stay in Ptown! This was our third stay at the listing and it was perfect! Enough space for us all and right on the water for some beautiful sunrises. The hosts were fabulous and I’d recommend the spot to anyone!

Large roomy 4 bedroom apartment in the middle of a working boatyard. Well equipped and just beautiful. Views galore, 2 outside decks and parking. Convenient Provincetown location, on the bay beach side.
There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space. Loved the apartment.

Terrific view and interesting location above a working shipyard and walking distance to the center of ptown. Noise from the shipyard could be a problem for some. The apartment was spacious and well appointed but I wouldn’t call it a “luxury” unit as described in the listing. There was no soap or shampoo available but the landlord graciously got some soap for us. There was no high chair as had been noted in the listing and the grill was on the same floor as the landlord’s unit and not the floor of the listed unit. The unit was great overall except that we twice saw the landlord peering through the glass door when he thought we weren’t in the unit which made us all feel quite uncomfortable.

Just back from a wonderful week in Ptown. This apartment overlooking Flyers boatyard was perfect…centrally located, spacious (easily sleeps eight), nice baths and kitchen. The owner and his wife were gracious and checked in occasionally to be sure we had everything we needed. I would be very happy to rent this apartment again next summer!

This location, perched like a treehouse over a boatyard, wharf and sandy beach is about as central to the town as you could want.
The apartment is large and bright, though the 2 bathrooms are in need of a facelift.
Be prepared for an on-premise owner.

The property is tucked back just off of the main drag in Provencetown. Perfect location to everything, but because its tucked back on the dock it has the most stunning view from almost every room. Just sitting in the living room watching the sunset is worth it alone. Beds are comfortable, house was very clean and well stocked. Could not have asked for anything better.

Took my dog and family for a short weknin PTown. The property was wonderful with amazing views. If you don’t do stairs, this is not for you, but otherwise it was great.
Any issues were immediately resolved by the property owner.

I stayed here for a week with a group of friends, and we all had a great time. The pictures in the listing are all accurate, and the apartment was even larger than we expected. There was plenty of living space for a group of eight. The panoramic views are pretty unbeatable, and almost everything is in walking distance, with the Boatslip just a few minutes away, and a small beach accessible immediately outside the building. As other reviews have noted, it's above an active shipyard, but I didn't notice any particularly loud sounds, and you're also away from the street noise since it's offset from Commercial Street. We also rented a boat from John's business on the pier right outside our door, which was both convenient and one of the highlights of the trip.
John checked in on us a few times but was generally unobtrusive, and he was quick to respond when needed.
There's no AC in the living room, which ordinarily wouldn't be a big deal, but we were there during a heat wave and there wasn't an efficient way to keep it cool. But we were able to keep the back of the house -- where all the bedrooms are -- cool whenever we wanted.
The kitchen was well stocked, but bring your own spices if you plan to cook.
At the end of our stay, John volunteered to transport all of our luggage to the ferry pier in his truck so that we wouldn't have to lug them in the heat. I hope to be back in the future.

There was plenty of living space for a group of eight. The panoramic views are pretty unbeatable, and almost everything is in walking distance, with the Boatslip just a few minutes away, and a small beach accessible immediately outside the building. Right on the Harbor
You can’t get any closer to the Provincetown bay than this rental. The location to the town and the bay is great. We just loved sitting on the porch and checking out all the action.

The unit was perfectly located and had a wonderful view of the harbor. It also has an open living room, kitchen space that is lovely for a dinner with friends or relaxing morning coffee. I would recommend the place to anyone and hope to stay there again on our next visit.

This is our 5th year renting in Ptown in September and this year, because of Covid, we were able to bring more family members because they could work remotely, so we needed a bigger rental to accommodate 8 of us. This rental did not disappoint!! WOW!! From the moment we walked in we were thrilled and so excited for our week there!
The view is amazing! Even if you are not a morning person, you will look forward to waking up at 6 AM to see the sunrise (we have millions of photos!!)! Yes, you are above a boat yard so if you need total solitude this may not be the place for you. One of the best parts about this location and staying above the boat yard is that we got 2!!! parking spaces with the rental and if you have stayed in Ptown before, you know that value of that! We brought our own beach chairs and were able to sit on the beach every day or sit on the deck! We had happy hour every night from our own deck, it was beautiful! We ate out every night and walked to all of the restaurants. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the main part of town but we enjoyed walking after a big meal!
The home is very clean and organized! If you want to cook though, bring your own spices, salt and pepper, and if you want to make coffee, bring filters, sugar, etc. There is a washer and dryer and detergent is provided.
The owners live downstairs but we didn't feel like it infringed on our privacy. There are 2 sets of stairs up to your unit so if you don't want to walk in front of their door, you can use the alternate entrance. John and Lory were both wonderful hosts!
I would not hesitate to rent this location again!! We all loved it....thank you John and Lory!

Absolutely wonderful
I can’t say enough great things about our stay. The place is even nicer than the pictures. We had three couples and two kids are we never felt like we were on top of each other. It was spacious and the views are to die for. Highly highly recommend. We want to come back every year.
John also was a great help. He even brought up a half dozen oysters for us and they were better than what we got in the restaurants.
