We have stayed at several VRBO in the Florida area and this is the only home we will absolutely book again. The home was amazing - pool, kid space, movie room, bedrooms, Disney decorations. We had two families both with several kids and had space to spread out and have fun. I also appreciated how organized the rental was - information, pictures of kitchen stuff, labeled remotes etc. My kids lived in the pool. We also walked to the club house a few times for bigger pool slide (5 min walk). We had the best time.

What an amazing time we had at this property! It was a perfect spot for our family of 13, ranging in age from 6 months to 78 years! Even though we had lots of adventures planned for our time in Florida, we were all just as content to hang out at the house!
The property was exactly as advertised, and was more than spacious enough for our big group. The check-in/check-out process was very easy, and the host, Michelle, was so great to work with.
I would highly recommend staying here, and hope to return to Florida to try out one of their other properties!

Our crew of 8 adults and 7 kids had a wonderful experience staying at this house. The kids were so excited when they saw the Disney decor. We had made it a surprise. We hardly left the house because we were so comfortable there and the kids were having so much fun. Michelle, the owner was a pleasure to work with and always patient with my questions. Highly recommend!

My brother, our spouses and kids (ages 3-8) planned a little reunion in Orlando since we hadn’t seen each other in 2 years. We decided on Kennedy space center one day but didn’t want to do any of the big parks. We were a bit nervous that we’d get bored for the 2 days with no plans, but we definitely didn’t. This house had so much entertainment for the kids to play for hours together and for the adults to hang out and enjoy quality time. Every room in the house is well thought out and exceptionally decorated. We really enjoyed our stay and are so grateful to the owners, who are really gracious hosts and so easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

This house was everything we expected and more. Michelle made check in and check out a breeze. The themed rooms were a hit with my grandkids (especially the Alice in Wonderland room). The pool was amazing after a long day at Disney and on our down days. The kitchen was well equipped (the pancake bar was another hit). The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels. I could go on and on. Michelle thought of everything. There were even puzzles and toys for the kids. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and can’t wait to go back.

This home as something for everyone. The kids enjoyed the themed waffle, from the amazing waffle bar. The theater room was great for adults and kids! The decor is really well thought out and fitting for the area. We really enjoyed the clubhouse as well. Can’t wait to plan our next vacation at this property.

My husband and I stayed here with our 10 children, 6 adopted and 4 foster kiddos most of which have not been on vacation before or to Disney world, we also had family stay with us everyone from small to big enjoyed this home thoroughly! It was a vacation in itself. We didn't even have to go very many places. The kids just had fun being at the house! Everything was clean and perfect when we arrived and the check-in process was very easy! The home is only a short distance from the community pool. When we had trouble with one of the Roku remotes, the owner responded quickly and overnighted a new remote! Everyone enjoyed the waffle maker station with the Mickey mouse themed waffles, the game room was a huge hit as well as the playroom with slides! We spent many nights in the theater as a family snuggling for movies and popcorn. This was a great place for us to bond as a family and we will almost definitely like to return in the future! Thank you too Michelle for her wonderful hospitality and allowing us to stay in her beautiful home!

A wonderful house for children. Each room decorated in a special theme. The Harry Potter Room was a big hit as was the itty bitty kitchen for three little girls under 3. The alarm on the door to the pool was WONDERFUL and gave us all peace of mind. Communication with Michelle was excellent. House was well equipped. The best review came from our 5 year old grandson “this house is even better than the video” that he watched online.

Everything was as advertised. Two washers and dryers, the waffle bar and coffee bar were excellent. Plenty of towels, the pool was warm. After a long winter in South Dakota we really enjoyed the warm weather. This was our 5th house we have rented and by far the best. Don't be fooled by the cheaper rentals, you get a. better house if you pay a little more. There are so many little things that Michelle has added to this house that just add to the experience. We will be back.

We had a large group with two young children. This place was built with families and kids of all ages in mind. Really appreciated the alarm on the doors going out to the pool. The kids had a fantastic time in the play rooms and I imagine your teens will live in the gaming garage. Owners were very easy to deal with. The property was easy to access, safe, and quiet. It's a little bit of a hall through traffic to Disney and Orlando but the perks make the drive worth it. Will definitely have our business in Orlando going forward.

Home was definitely spacious enough for large family. The pool is described as heated but not very warm. Was not able to swim much but was able to use the hot tub. Everything was very organized and instructions for check in and check out were very detailed.

We had a great stay. For any issues that came up, Michelle quickly responded and solved them. The house is perfect for kids. Anyone would enjoy this house. It truly has something for everyone’s taste.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! Check in/out was easy. We traveled with our whole family. 1 infant, 2 toddlers and 2 tweens. All of the kids played all day/night long. The Alice in wonderland room and movie theatre was a huge hit. The alarms for the pool, lifejackets, full size crib, high chair and strollers were so helpful and truly made traveling with kids easy! Keep in mind there is traffic from lots of construction on your way to Disney. Plan for about 45-1hr travel time as we got delayed a couple times. Publix grocery store right around the corner. There was also some damage to the screened in pool area but hopefully that’s been fixed now. If you have younger kids this is the best place to rent! You won’t be disappointed!

This property was just what we needed! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking just about anything. We definitely overpacked (we brought our own cooking-ware).
Pascale was a great host for our trip! He was responsive and very kind.

This property was perfect for us. We came to celebrate our daughter turning 2 and travelling with her and our 3 and a half year old means a lot of baggage, but this house had a crib, extra strollers and all kinds of toys which saved so much work for us. The kids played in the play rooms every day and loved swimming in the pool. (We got it heated which was definitely worth it). There were floaties and float vests there which was great! The clubhouse has a splash pad, but it wasn’t heated so would recommend that on a very hot day. The popcorn machine and movie room was a big hit as well.
There were all kinds of towels, enough toilet paper provided to last the week, the waffle bar was awesome (especially when arriving at night and being able to have something to feed the kids first thing in the morning before getting groceries).
Having the themed house definitely made our trip an actual vacation because we got to relax while the kids enjoyed the home.
Definitely recommend booking here! Hope to be back again soon!

Was a family trip to Disney there where 11 of us! We had plenty of room, everyone enjoyed the pool and the movie room, if and when we come back we may stay again!

This place was amazing! The owners replied quickly to our messages and questions. We spent most days in the park and 2 full days in the house. There was plenty to do and plenty of rooms to relax in on our down days. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation with extended family (14 people total), thanks in large part to this wonderful house. The kids loved all the activities, and were perfectly content hanging out there on our down days. Some Disney days it was even a struggle to convince them to leave. The drive to Disney and other area parks wasn't bad, and was worth it to have so much space and added amenities. Michelle was wonderful to work with, and quick to respond whenever we reached out. We will definitely stay at one of her properties next time we come to FL!

We searched high and low for the perfect villa for our family home, and came across this property.
I have to admit I’m very picky when it comes too a clean home and finding the perfect one for my family, I could not fault anything, on entering the home walking around it was so breathtaking I almost felt emotional haha that’s how beautiful it is, and too see the joy on our children’s faces blew me and my husband away.
There was absolutely evreything and the vibe in the house is so posative and welcoming, from the moment you walk in the owner’s have thought of absolutely evreything , large light spotless clean rooms,
The beds was the most comfortable I have ever experienced and we always stay in the higher end accommodation, these was the best by far we have ever had.
The home was in a excellent location near to the club house, before we had checked in here we did the first part of our holiday in a Disney hotel, when we got to the villa for me that’s when the holiday really started.
Thanks so much for creating such a amazing home and it’s gave us a memory we will never forget as a family, we was completely blown away.

We booked this villa in Aug 2019 for a 40th Wedding Anniversary family holiday in April 2021 but due to the pandemic and the cancellation of flights between UK and USA had to cancel and rebook for April 2022. While we were all disappointed with this Michelle was very understanding of the situation and the booking was re-confirmed for a year later.
All communication back and forth to rebook this event was excellent and the pre arrival info in April 2022 was first class as well.
The villa certainly lived up to our expectations. The villa was clean, comfortable and exceedingly well furnished. The cinema room was excellent and the kid’s loved the theme rooms and play equipment. The pool area was obviously well frequently by the kid’s and adults alike. The BBQ was brilliant – we had 4 or 5 during our stay. The villa was well stocked and of a high standard throughout. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen and plates, cups, glasses etc for our party of 10. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels in the bathrooms together with beach towels etc for the pool area. We loved the house and everyone had a great time here.
An extra mention should be made of the Oasis Clubhouse on the complex. It actually turned out to be a lot bigger than we thought it was going to be. It is only a 10-minute stroll down the road to the Oasis but there is a large pool there together with waterpark type slides etc into another pool area. There is also a lazy river around the complex which the kid’s loved. There is a restaurant on site and a snack area and the pool bar had everything you could want. The best thing is the whole club is contained within in own boundary so we could let the older children wander off by themselves.
Overall a fantastic 2 weeks at Champions Gate. Villa, complex and whole area was brilliant. Plenty of restaurants, take-aways and supermarkets only minutes by car away. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone.

We’ve had a blast staying at your house. Everything was great,especially the play rooms, slides which entertained our little ones every day for a week, cute little super heroes costumes and so on. The host was very receptive and answered our questions right away. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen.
We would recommend the place to anyone with kids. This house is truly a wonder!

Right off the bat I have to say the pictures are 100% accurate for what you are getting. Everything was exactly as shown in the online listing. It is in a great location, right near the club house but no noticable crazy traffic. The clubhouse is fantastic and our little ones (3years old) loved it. In addition to what is listed and seen in the pics there are pool toys, and some floats and even some kids swimmers available. They really did a good job of providing little things that made the stay more enjoyable. From the pool toys, to the kitchen supplies, and even things like q-tips and floss sticks in the bathrooms. Of all the things in the house, the kids loved the super hero masks and capes the most. The Alice room was awesome but it is definitely for littler kids. The game room was well done. I tried the SNES emulator and it was easy to use and a fun throw back to some old school games. The theatre room is already logged into most of the major streaming movie sites so you have access to a great amount of media to watch. Overall we would absolutely stay again. As for the negatives, there were a few issues. Prior to the trip communication was in and out. Some days instant responses, other times it could take a few days to get replies. Replies were very fast when we were at the house. The house could use a maintenance walk through to fix minor issues. There were light bulbs out in almost every room but when you have a 6 light chandelier having 1 bulb out doesn't have a lot of impact. The hot tub light was out and the laundry room light burnt out while we were there. Michele (owner) offered to send someone to fix the laundry light immediately but it wasn't that big a deal to us. There are other small things like loose door knobs that could use some attention but in no way impact the overall stay in the house. The pool screen has 2 holes, one small one down low to the ground and a big one on the ceiling. It had no impact on our trip but if it was more hot/humid I wouldn't want the bugs and critters coming in. . When notified the owner said the pool maintenance company would fix it. Lastly, sound travels weird in the house. There is an opening between the theatre (right of the TV behind the red curtain and I think voices echo through the AC system. Sometimes you hear people on the other side of the house. None of these were major concerns and had minimal/no impact on our stay but wanted to point out the minor headaches

Extended Family Trip
Right off the bat I have to say the pictures are 100% accurate for what you are getting. Everything was exactly as shown in the online listing. It is in a great location, right near the club house but no noticable crazy traffic. The clubhouse is fantastic and our little ones (3years old) loved it. We had a wonderful time at this property. House was beautiful, inside and out. Neighborhood was convenient to everything. And Michelle was a delight to deal with. We had 2 infants, 2 toddlers and 2 teenagers and didn't even need to go to the parks. They all had a blast staying here. Would definitely go again.
