Tree filled lot with 45 ft fenced pool (unheated but warm July -Sept), patio/barbecue area and lawn. Living space has open floor plan with high ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, bay windows, woodburning fireplace and eat-in kitchen. Living room is entertainment focused with 55" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, surround sound, cable//DVD and a baby grand piano. Dining room seats 5-6 comfortably. Computer area has antique desk, printer, 5G, and high speed wireless internet. Master bedroom has queen bed, French doors to deck and yard, large closet with overhead suitcase storage, and 40" Smart TV. Master bath has two-person jacuzzi tub/shower with antique vanity and bidet. Second bedroom has double bed, additional single bed and 40" Smart TV. Queen sleeper sofa in living room and single rollaway bed in closet. There is a Ring doorbell/camera on the front porch.

We had an amazing stay in this wonderful home! The pool was great and the yard was so pretty. It was like you were in your own little world. Great area and was close to all the attractions we had on our itinerary. I would definitely recommend!!

We found the hosts to be super accommodating, kind, flexible and helpful. The house itself is surrounded by gorgeous landscaping that feels like an oasis in the middle of LA. The house itself is very well situated within walking distance of a grocery store and some restaurants (try the BBQ place down the street!). Everything you need is available in the well stocked kitchen and the house was cozy but plenty roomy for our family of four. Master bath shower was divine with excellent water pressure! Pool was unheated and still cold in late April but our son swam anyway! Would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 3. Our toddler loved the piano, the master bath was fun to play in, and we had everything we needed. The location is so convenient to LA adventures as well.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. In warmer weather it would have been lovely to enjoy the pool and outdoor dining area. Unfortunately we were there in a rare rainy week. The house was conveniently located. There’s a grocery store just a block or two away and some restaurant options nearby. The neighborhood is lovely for walking. And it’s just minutes to the highway to easily get anywhere. We had a great stay!

Check in was a breeze, exactly what we expected. The place is clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are very good size and very nice. Beds were perfect for me and everyone else in our group. Host is very easy to contact and reply’s to all messages in a very timely manner. I would absolutely recommend this place for your next stay and hope to possibly be back some day.

This house is perfect and exactly what we needed during our vacation in LA. It is an incredibly clean and comfortable house stocked with every amenity you can think of. Check in was easy and smooth and the property is beautiful. One of my favorite features of the house was the lovely, huge avocado tree out front! We hope to visit LA in the future and would love to stay in this house again!

So terrific in fact, that we have already booked a return trip. WOW. The pool, the place, the touches, the location - wonderful. I wasn't expecting California to be so cold at night, especially during a "heat wave", but no matter - they even had warm housecoats in various sizes, and tons of warm blankets and quilts and covers and towels galore and toys for our visiting grandbabies. It was simply great. 5 stars. Wish I could leave 10!

It is a charming house, well-designed, comfortable, and very well-stocked. The amenities provided by the hosts were excellent, from kitchen supplies to board games. The garden is lovely and has plenty of seating areas. We stayed in October when it was too cold to use the pool, but my husband swam in it anyway and enjoyed it. The piano in the living room was a great source of joy for my daughter, who relished the opportunity to practice while traveling. Owners are very responsive. The communication was pleasant, and Jeanine was very helpful and empathic when our flight was canceled, and we had to stay for an extra day.

My family and I enjoyed the relaxing stay. Excellent location for visiting Universal Studios. Also, a drive to Santa Monica didn’t take very long (of course it depends on traffic). The kitchen is equipped for family meals and the owners are kind. I loved sitting in the garden. The weather was a little cool so we didn't go into the pool. Great value for money!

The house was perfect for us. There was plenty of space inside and out. It was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and there were lots of nice seating areas in the garden making the most of the sun and shade throughout the day. Jeannine and Steve were very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property!

This location is a gem! I stayed with my 12- and 9-year-old children. The home is well stocked with every possible amenity you could think of including accessories for the pool, multiple robes for guests, extras in the bathrooms and fully functional kitchen. It's also perfectly located to Universal Studios and minutes to Hollywood. The grounds were well kept, and the pool was used multiple times throughout our stay. The owners are communicative and were a pleasure to work with - even when we locked ourselves out! Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at this property was nothing short of magical. We loved that our son could play the piano for family singalongs. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool and yard daily. The location was perfect for walking convenience for coffee, dining, and coffee. The amenities provided by the incredible hosts were excellent. Towels, Kitchen supplies, Soap, Paper Products, Games, Entertainment, Connectivity, Extra bedding sets and pillows - it was truly a comfort to be there. Our family has decided that we would definitely stay at this property again during future visits. We had a great time at this lovely house. Jeannine's house is beautiful, large and clean and perfectly equipped for a family of five. The pretty garden and the large swimming pool are perfect for relaxing after visiting the L.A. attractions. Valley Village is a very nice and safe neighborhood and you can easily reach all points of interest by car. Jeannine is a very kind and caring host. If we return to Los Angeles we will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Musician’s Dream. It was a great location, easy to access the surrounding areas, nice grocery store 2 blocks away, short walking distance to a Starbucks. The house is older but very well maintained with lots of old Hollywood bungalow charm. The pool is HUGE and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped with little touches… extra pillows, towels, aluminum foil, baggies, dryer sheets, dish tabs, etc. Pool was large and had plenty of seating. Hosts were very nice, helpful tips, but respectful of our privacy. Perfect stay for a family of four. Neighborhood felt safe and was well located to sightseeing LA.

This house was the cherry on top of an awesome first visit to Los Angeles. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to relax, cook, and do laundry. The pool was great to have when we wanted to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Steve and Jeannine get an A+ when it comes to communication. After a website glitch with VRBO, Jeannine promptly reached out and helped fix the situation. Steve was easy to get in touch with and was fast to answer any inquiries. My kiddos are already asking when we can go visit "the LA house" again.

We booked this place after looking for somewhere close enough to Universal Studios that would work for our trip. The photos don't do It justice as we were very pleasantly surprised at the size and beauty of the home. The pool was an extra bonus and the owner was very kind and easy to work with before and during the stay.
