Good location, close to beach and amenities.
Kettle didn't work. Low level of cleanliness with litter and cobwebs. Broken frame for sofa bed. Shower didn't drain and had mould. Smoking box on side of door even though advertised non-smoking. Cigarette burn on one quilt. Struggle to find van as number not visible from road. Shabby furniture eg fridge and table.

lack of utensils e.g ever tried getting an egg out of a frying pan with a knife? ( no fish slice ). daughter cut her hand on the table because the plastic trim around the table was broken and sticking out

very cramped for five people,and only three forks hardly any cooking utensils

Nice friendly site and welcoming
There wasn't a shop to get milk, bread and toilet rolls from.

Great location close to the beach good for the dogs . Nice clean tidy caravan there's a bar onsite .only a short walk to shops arcades and cafes . will definitely book again.

The steps up to the door and veranda felt unsafe and not ideal for dogs!

Booked last minute and owners were very helpful when I called them after arrival.

Could have done with a sieve in the kitchen. It maybe helpful to put a few slabs down at the side between the steps and the decking area as it was slippy where cars had driven on the grass but it was november.
