Located 5-10 minutes from Disney World and overlooking the world famous champions gate golf course, this resort is equipped all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay; Hot tub, 30 seat cinema, Clubhouse Gym Play Yard Gigantic Swimming Pool with separate kiddie pool Fitness center, BBQ areas, Picnic tables, Complimentary wifi Aircon Security There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away such as Mcdonalds, Chili’s, Subway, Pizza hut, Publix Grocery Store, and Walgreen’s drug store. This condo is as good as new! It has been fully renovated with brand new modern furniture and televisions (April 2017). The master bedroom boasts a brand new king size bed with a new 43 inch flat screen TV (2160 Pixels). The second bedroom has 2 brand new twin size beds with a new 43 inch flat screen TV (2160 pixels). The living room is equipped with a new 55 inch TV, DVD player, and new pullout sofa which sleeps two. The dining room is also new with 6 chairs to suit a bigger family. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, granite counter tops, and new plates and utensils. Improvements since April 2017: The unit is now stocked with laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, hand soap. Why rent a cramped hotel room when you can rent your own personal condominium? The unit is completely renovated and sleeps up to 6 people, with in suite laundry. The pictures listed above are accurate, and the place was clean for the most part. However, there was a mildew smell and we could not get rid of it. I reached out to the owner 3 times , left messages, and no call back. There were no keys in the house for other services to use. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean.

We truly enjoyed our stay and were given everything we needed for our vacation. The property and surrounding area were ideal when it came to accessibility. Overall a great stay, and we will consider the property again.

Arrived a little before 8:00pm and everything went smooth as the property manager provided everything in the email no question needed to be asked ! Except one but as soon as I messaged they responded as needed! Overall cleanness was top notch no complaints at all! Baby play pin as well as high chair is provided which was a big plus! Will definitely be coming back 👍

Quiet location where you can always find a sun lounge or a lounge under a canopy at the warm, large, zero depth pool. Hot tub is hot. Weight room showing some wear but had everything My wife and I needed from eliptical to free weights. Smaller two chair and table on porch but we pulled a couple of the dining table chairs so our family of 4 could eat on the screened in porch. Wish there was a grill to cook out but kitchen was well stocked with a waffle maker, cookware and even an pressure cooker (Instapot?). Publix grocery store and an Aldi grocery store(our go to store) nearby.

The location was perfect for everything that we wanted to do. The condo was nice and the check in process was flawless. Parking was no problem and overall we would come here again. The owner made sure that if we had any questions that we could reach out and he also checked on us throughout our stay.

Very disappointed to discover everything around the pool was boarded up except the gym. When speaking to local residents apparently it was closed recently but we were unaware of this. Still paid full price though

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It’s very clean. The new furnishings (not pictured) are nice, clean and comfy. Perfect location, close to the pool and gym. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary dishes and gadgets you need. Restaurants and shopping very close by. Disneyworld is a 15 minute drive. Traffic can be annoying but that is everywhere in Florida. FYI: the property is switching management companies so at this time you do not need a key card for the pool. For the complaints about not enough hangers I left a few extra in the closet. So you should be good now! We were so sad to leave, but we will be back for sure!

Easy check-in, good communication with Mark, good location as we were between Tampa Bush Gardens (1hr) and close to Disney and Apopka. Place was very clean. Comfortable master bedroom. Stocked kitchen amenities, washer, dryer and two full bathrooms.

I can't say enough about how great my stay was in this condo. It was super clean and very well decorated. The beds were also so comfortable. Communication with the manager so very fast and easy as well. The resort is also very well cared for and the pool was perfect. The location is in a VERY nice area basically inside of Champions Gate, with tons of food options and a grocery store very close (but still close to the parks). I'm definitely going to be staying here again on my next trip to the area!

We had a great stay here! Very clean, great pool, 15 minutes from Disney. It had everything we needed and was the perfect size for my family of 4. Being on the ground floor was a plus too, very convenient.

On the surface things looked ok but only on the surface. There was a dirty wash cloth in the master bathroom. The floors were so dirty the bottoms of our feet were black and we had to wash them off with baby wipes when we got into bed. There was crumbs on the inside of the pull out sofa. The shower rods were rusted and gross. The bath tub was dirty. We kept a hand towel in the tub to stand on when we showered. And we saw no less that 10 cockroaches. The pool was amazing we would stay in this complex again but definitely not this unit.

Apartment was dirty! Furniture had stained all over. There was long black hair all over the apartment…disgusting. The shower curtain had mildew/mold. It was not clean at all. The cable was not working, we contacted the property manager when we first checked in and we had to follow up and they reached out to us on our last day. After before checking in we were told there was. “No walking with shoes in the apartment” but do not know why if apartment was not clean at all. There was a weird smell inside the apartment…as if they used a dirty, wet towel to wipe it down. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it. It was not a good feeling to stay in an apartment that was dirty. There is no security and no parking pass is needed. Which we would told we needed to get one. Waited like 20 mins to get one and was finally told that one was not needed. Was not happy to stay here especially with upping kids.

The best thing about this lodging is the pool, which our 5 year old loved! It was a perfect place to relax after a long hot exhausting day at Disney. The condo size was perfect for our family of four though the twin beds seemed smaller than a standard twin which was rough for our 17 year old. We loved having two bathrooms. Far more comfortable than a hotel. The condo felt quite stuffy and we couldn’t figure out how to open the screened porch door to air out. The check in process was a bit confusing. We arrived around 5pm with check-in instructions in hand but found ourselves driving in circles before my husband went into the main lobby for help. The condo is conveniently located close to a Publix and several restaurants and fast food options. It’s also a short distance to Disney though there’s quite a bit of construction in the area that caused daily traffic delays. With construction traffic it took us about 20 mins to get to the parks. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Everything was as advertised. Lovely property.Attentive host. Only negative were the people in unit above .Extremely noisy , running kids, heavy stomping,, and pounding sounds very late into the night. I read about this same issue in other reviews but thought it would not be do bad, maybe even exagerated - it was not.

The condo was clean and looks just like the photos! The decor was lovely! We had all the essentials we needed for our week in Championsgate. The community was so pretty and the pool and club house were wonderful. Mark was awesome with his check ins! Highly recommend!

The unit was extremely clean, and everything was in working order. The A/C was excellent, a requirement for Florida. The drive to Disney would be easy, but there was quite a bit of construction on I-4. Even so, a little patience helped. The check-in process was difficult, as no one was available to open the gates to the community. Once again, all worked out.
