Beautifully decorated condo right on the water with plenty of space to spread out. Plus it's an end unit so the balcony is extra big! We loved our stay and Mock's was great to deal with.

Front door punch lock didn't work or the new one that was installed. Light switch for kitchen overhead light is electrical hazard (replace). Checked out at 9:00 am. Cleaning staff was there & began.

Three of us go to Amelia Island every quarter. We've stayed in numerous units in Ocean Place and this one is by far the best!! Beautifully refurbished. Looks better than the pictures. Perfect location on the 4th floor overlooking the ocean. Best of all is Mocks Amelia Island Vacations. We travel a lot and almost always go through VRBO. I've never experienced the level of professionalism as evidenced by Mocks. Phenomenal communication and they have a state of the art communication system. We've already booked this unit for August and December. Enough said!

Our stay at Ocean Place # 16 was a exceptional. It was roomy, clean and beautifully decorated with a spectacular ocean view from the very roomy corner balcony. The 2 pools are of ample size and very clean OP16 has a closet with many beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon. No details were left out to ensure a wonderful stay. The Ritz Carlton is right next door which is convenient for a dinner or cocktail. We truly enjoyed dinner and sightseeing in the Historic Downtown where we also took a boat tour to Cumberland Island; a must do. We were 4 adults and we all had a fabulous time. I will suggest to purchase extra paper towels, TP and laundry pods. We went to Publix just a few minutes away where we also purchased other essentials food items. Do not hesitate staying here. You will not be disappointed.

If you want a luxurious stay in a clean, spacious 3 bedroom condo, look no further! This property will be on our short list of places to return to. No complaints ~thanks for access to the beach wagon too, so many thoughtful items left for our use!

The stay was great and we will rent this again, but the unit needs some repairs. Here are some of the items: 1. The washer did not always work 2. The shower heads in the master bath are clogged up 3. The lights in the master bath shower do not all work 4. The toilet paper holder falls out of its bracket in the master bathroom 5. The RH sink in the master bathroom has low pressure and sprays 6. The faucets in the front bedroom are loose 7. The spray head in the kitchen sink will not stay up, missing a locking screw 8. Curtain rod in Living Room is loose on LH side

This was our second stay at this apartment and once again it was close to perfect.It is beautifully decorated and well stocked and extremely comfortable.Any small concern had were immediately attended to by Darcy and Mark who were both great! We will definitely return! Thank you to the Mock team for everything

WE LOVE THE UNIT. WONDERFUL APPOINTMENTS! ESPECIALLY LOVED HAVE TEMPUR-PEDIC BEDS IN ALL THE BEDROOMS. THIS IS THE ONLY UNIT WE HAVE RENTED THAT HAS A SAFE. THE OCEAN VIEWS WERE FABULOUS. WE HAVE ALREADY BOOKED AGAIN!!! MOCK MANAGEMENT IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!

The condo was lovely—spacious, comfortable, lots of amenities, including many beach towels, a sand cart to take umbrellas, chairs, etc. to the beach. Kitchen well stocked, lots of dishes, Tupperware, bowls, jugs, etc. the beach is never crowded. Loved the keyless entry—So great not to have keys! The balcony floor was quite dirty—lots of spills (don't go barefoot), the dishwasher was not very functional and did not get repaired while we were there (parts were ordered). We had to call Maintenance a couple of times and they were very responsive. We were told that as we were in FL, we could not ask vaccination status of repair people nor ask them to wear masks. We have used Mock's Realty before and highly recommend. They are lovely to work with

Everything was great at the Condo, could not have a better location to enjoy the Amelia Island Car Show and RM Auction. Mocks was great to work with and very helpful with any questions or issues.

We had a fabulous time and everything was so neat and clean. The beds were super comfy. Kitchen extremely well-stocked. It was just a very beautifully decorated unit and such a relaxing time. Enjoyed it so much!!

Excellent location, but rough start, wrong gate codes and no toilet paper. We stayed here years ago, beautiful island!

Everything was fabulous! The condo was great, the location is perfect and the Mock's are wonderful people. Can't go wrong with booking this one!

Great stay and terrific property.

I have only one major negative comment so I'll get that out of the way upfront. Whomever stayed in this condo prior to our visit, left a STRONG fish smell in the refrigerator. There were 3 boxes of baking soda inside when I arrived. I replaced all three twice and still never got the overwhelming fish smell out of the refrigerator by the end of our week's stay in this beautiful condo. Ugh! This is really my only major complaint and it's not even about the property itself, it is about what the prior occupant did to the property. I would not expect this to be the case for anyone renting in the future, though. Now for all the good stuff... Not only is this condo beautifully, comfortably and thoughtfully decorated and appointed, it is beautifully situated on the 4th floor corner and the views are expanded by the HUGE wrapping balcony! Not only does this large oceanfront opening allow so much natural light in, but there are additional large windows on the side at the living room and in a popped out window seat at the kitchen. You will not feel claustrophobic or depressed in this well lit interior. The convenience of the keypad parking gate and door entry, as well as elevator and trash room, make this such a nice and worry-free property at which to stay. The shower heads in the bathrooms could use a little cleaning of the mineralization that slightly clogs them but the water got warm quickly and there were plenty of thick towels and wash clothes to be used. Also, there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows (just look in closets and chests to find them), as well as beach towels. There are blow-dryers in each bathroom so no one has to share. The large soaker tub in the master bathroom provided a welcomed spa-like way to relax at the end of the day before going to sleep. The beds were super comfy and provided a relaxing night's rest with easy and convenient access to plug in and charge our phones, bedside. We did purchase a kitchen dish drying towel, which was the only kind of towel missing, that we left there for future renters, but otherwise, the kitchen was pretty well equipped for making meals. Just do a thorough search through all the cabinets, drawers and pantry when you first arrive and you will likely find almost everything you need. We also appreciated that there were a few necessary items available in the cabinets, such as coffee, tea, sugar, and spices. The close and easy, uncomplicated access to the pool and to the beach was so nice. And a lovely little shopping center with a good grocery store and restaurants is just 1.5 miles away - super convenient! An added bonus is that the Ritz is right next door, in walking distance, where you can shop and dine as well. For further exploration, it only takes 15 min. to drive up to the adorable historic town center where there's quite a lot of great stuff to see and do. Everyone we met on Amelia Island, from neighbors to those we spoke to in town or at restaurants, were as nice as could be! I will DEFINITELY will be coming back and have already mentioned this beautiful condo to several friends and family!!! The property management team where very quick to respond to any questions we had and easy to work with prior to and during our stay. As the title of this review states, this is a real home away from home type vacation property, clearly loved by its owners. We could not have been more pleased overall!

We have been staying in this condo for years and love it! The unit is absolutely beautiful and so very comfortable. The view of the ocean and the Ritz Carlton is amazing! The amenities with the pool, beach access and tennis are fantastic. Highly recommend!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen had all the cookware needed to cook for my family of 6. Plenty of eating room. The view is spectacular! Storms came in every evening and it was just amazing to see the storms roll in. We will stay here again soon!

The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The bedding was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We hope we can rent the same room next year.
