Nestled in Townsends Inlet, this attractive house for $1,153 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This well-appointed, unattached custom home features a private, spacious master suite with fireplace, jacuzzi tub for two and a private deck for sunning, snacks and cocktails. This bright, spacious main floor is wide open for relaxing and group dining, including a large beautiful deck for dining al fresco and viewing the ocean. The main floor also features a private sun room with a small TV for kid's movies and quiet time. There's a gas grill on a small deck off the sun room. You'll love the open and light feel of this main floor; vaulted ceilings in the living room, barn-wood classic dining table for 10 and contemporary granite and stainless cook's kitchen are all made more luxurious with a backdrop of warm hardwood flooring. The three bedrooms on the first floor are well-suited for guests, family and children, with a private bath attached to one suite and a shared full bath (with tub) for the other two rooms.. Enjoy family time or movie fun on rainy days on the 48-inch flat screen TV, or download the Sonos sound system app for music. WIFI included. This house is a must see. The location one block from the beach and the bay is incredable.

Cozy beach stay in luxury
It was a great stay!
Everything worked and the house was better than expected. My wife, son, daughter and I all enjoyed the proximity to the beach, Blitzes, Sole, Sunset Pier, Nicklebees, Hanks Sauce, Dunes (for oysters) and Scoops (for ice cream).
We walked the shore line from the bridge to the gazebo in the early mornings (4+ miles), wash off, grab a local meal, then back to beach.
We’d walk to the bay to watch the sunset on clear days and then enjoy Uncle Oogies pizza delivery or steaks on the grill while sitting on the comfy chairs on the deck.
Patrick was a great host!
We’ll try to get multiple weeks next year.

The house is spacious! Ideal for up to 8. Lovely patio table and umbrella on balcony. Plenty of linens and towels, but if you choose to use them, note the house rules ask you to launder them before checking out; wash the bed sheets first, as the clothes dryer takes a long time to dry thick towels.

This is the second time we stayed here and the place is at once grand and cozy. Short walk to the beach and this house truly feels like a home for the week. When we couldn’t go to restaurants or attractions due to COVID, it didn’t matter that much because the house offered enough to keep all of the family entertained.

Fabulous Fall Family Getaway
We have been coming to Sea Isle for summer vacations for over 10 years every summer. This year we opted for a fall retreat! Our September week here was the best! This home is just a beauty! It has everything a family could possibly need. If you like to cook, as we do, just bring the food as the kitchen has dishes, pots, towels and serving pieces to complete every meal. Towels galore, sheets and very comfortable mattresses. Decorated beautifully! Comfortable seating in the bright and airy great room with gorgeous wood floors. A convenient beach block with bathrooms at the beach and the hot dog man for lunch! Multiple decks with comfortable outdoor dining on the front deck. We had the best week without a single problem or complaint. Last but not least, Pat was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much!

Perfect
We had the perfect Labor Day weekend thanks to Patrick and his beautiful home. We had some family from the west coast visiting the jersey shore for the first time and long story short, they will continue to come back each year! Between the beautiful home, the hospitable, helpful host and the great weather they had a great first impression of the shore/Sea Isle.

Fabulous house and excellent host!
Loved the layout which gave everyone plenty of privacy. The open kitchen, family room provided plenty of space for gathering and meal prep. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking for large groups and can accommodate several cooks!
Locations was perfect with a short walk to the beach, ice cream and Blitz's. Highly recommend!

The house was awesome! It was very clean upon arrival, and housed in the perfect location . With a short walk to the beach, supermarket, and ice cream shop it was very easy to get around in very little time . The interior of the house was beautiful and the pictures simply do not do it justice . It is much more open and spacious in person . The house was well equipped with all cookware, cleaning supplies etc . that we needed during our stay . I would 10/10 recommend this house to anyone who was looking to stay here . One of the best properties in Sea Isle!

Perfect beach house!
This was the perfect house for our beach weekend!
A very quick walk to a quiet beautiful beach, and a short Uber to lots of restaurants and other activities. We spent most of our time hanging out in the amazing living room and deck though - plenty of room to hang out and relax.
The kitchen was well stocked, and the house layout is perfect. 4 good sized bedrooms and a spacious layout. Really well decorated too.
The homeowner was really wonderful - answered questions leading up to check-in, and answered the phone immediately when we had a question at check in.
Highly recommend!

Great location, responsive owner, house needs some attention
This home had a great location. The beach, ice cream shop and small grocery store are all a short walk. Pat, the owner, was very responsive anytime I reached out. He was extremely easy to communicate with. There were a few things about the house itself that need some attention. It was not very clean upon arrival. The ceiling fans above the beds had a thick coat of dust. The drawers in the kitchen and the closets in the bedrooms were full of clutter. The mattresses on some of the beds clearly need to be replaced. And new sheets need to be purchased being that some of them had stains. The pots and pans in the kitchen need to be replaced as most of them are unusable. This home was more expensive than comparable homes I looked at but I chose to go with it expecting it to be well kept. I think if you are going to charge a premium price, a premium product needs to be delivered and in this case it was not.

Great House -- Short distance to the beach was unbelievable.
Beautiful home. Accommodates numerous people and is a spread out single family home. Walking distance to the bay, the beach, and various restaurants. I highly recommend renting this home. Not only was the house beautiful but the neighbors along the street were so kind.

Amazing, spacious house with an awesome vibe
Our stay was incredible! The house was exactly as described in the listing. Everything went very well with accessing the property and making our stay enjoyable. To be honest, the pictures did not do the place justice, it was much larger than the pics indicated. Overall, an awesome experience and would recommend anyone to stay here in the future.

Great house, great landlord, great vacation
I don't usually write reviews, but our stay was so good that I feel I should share although it might be in my best interest's to keep this gem a secret! Our extended family of eight joined for a week's stay at Pat's house. The house suited our needs perfectly, the location was ideal, and the beach kept the kids happily occupied. This was our first visit to Sea Isle and the Jersey shore and we now want to make it an annual event.

Great location, well maintained
What a fantastic week we enjoyed at the beach. The property was clean, well stocked with all the essentials and Pat couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Even the 6 month old enjoyed her stay. Hope to be back again next year.
