Fantasia Cottage is waking up from a major 4 month refresh (2023). Ready for you! You may know that a Fantasia is a musical composition that is improvised and freeform (as your vacation should be!) With that in mind a very few notes to enjoy your stay. Best place to view the sunset? Trek to the 4th floor tower- after sunset the lights of the town coming on as night falls is magical. Best breakfast spot? The spacious screened front porch- ideal for morning coffee, watching the show unfold around Tupelo Circle. (Nice outdoor room to send the kids or escape them too) Shower? Definitely the outdoor private shower-Rain or shine, winter or summer it’s refreshing with a live oak canopy above Biking? As the highest elevation in Seaside you can (almost) coast to Modica Market or the beach. Artworks? By Libby Gee Cooper (mostly) Bedrooms, Small! Master has a queen bed, bedroom 2 with a full bunk, bedroom 3 with a trundle. (Remember life can be simple) That’s the essentials to get started. Hope you have a Fantasia stay! Sleeping Arrangements: All bedrooms are located on the second level Floor 1: Fully Stocked Kitchen, Updated Bath with Large Shower (connected to the outdoor shower), Living area and TV with ample seating including wall to wall wrap around designer bench Floor 2: Queen bedroom with TV Bunk room (full bed on top and bottom) Twin bedroom with trundle (sleeps 2) Hall bathroom with tub/shower combo Floor 3: Escape to the tower and viewing area for an enjoyable evening of watching the sunset! Updates include: Custom kitchen, updated bathrooms, refinished hardwood floors, new furnishings, lighting, etc.. *Please note we automatically include the cost of swim and fitness passes to our Seaside reservations. This charge is optional with Sandpiper Vacation Rentals and listed as part of the “HOST FEES” in VRBO’s cost breakdown. The cost for this cottage is $70/day. The history of Seaside is so interesting. Tupelo St. was the first neighborhood. Gazebo in front of the house was in The Truman Show. The house is beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching people walking by.

Good house. Excellent location. Front porch great. Top porch was great. Only criticisms: bedrooms were small, a little cramped, no king bed. Furnishings showed some wear, age. Exterior trim needed a little paint. Televisions were small. Overal it was good. Would probably stay there again.

The location is excellant, close walk to the beach and town. The third-floor lookout on the house is awesome. We loved having our morning coffee up there. The house was clean when we arrived but it is well-loved and definitely needs some updates.

We all enjoyed being at Seaside and enjoyed staying at Fantasia. The house was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything we needed. I was disappointed in running out of toilet paper the night before leaving. That should not have happened. We had a memorable weekend.

The Seaside community at New Year’s is so much fun and we were in the middle of it all! Quick walk to the hub of activity: food trucks, quaint market, bookstore, post office. Just steps to the private beach too. The community is around 40 years old so there is a little bit of wear and tear here and there but only the highly discriminating will be disappointed. The management company was super responsive to our questions and one service call. We immersed ourselves in the whole experience and had a wonderful time!

The property was clean and pleasantly decorated. We loved the rooftop access for evening cocktails. Having two bikes was an added bonus. It was really close to the beach access and comfortably far away from the hustle and bustle of the town square. I would highly recommend.

Lovely cottage with lots of unique architectural details that make it fun especially for teens or kids. Just a 3 minute walk to beach access. 5 minute walk to Seaside shops/restaurants. Around the corner from the fitness center. Would stay again. Kitchen was small for the house but not a problem for a short stay. Plenty of other space. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Loved the screened in porch with lots of chairs. Sadly Tropical Storm Nestor made our stay a wash out but we did enjoy having such a lovely cozy place to hang out!

This is a nice house! The location is fantastic for the beach and Seaside activities. You can see the ocean from the viewing deck which is enjoyable. The living room could use a larger television for viewing. There is only one bathroom upstairs to service 3 bedrooms. There is one full bath on the first floor with no bedrooms. The screened front porch is large and enjoyable for relaxing and reading.

This was our first trip to the 30A area and we loved it. We have (3) kids under 7 so the extra bedroom in the house along with the bunkbeds was a major perk. The descriptions of the house are accurate and is very clean and open. The tower overlooking the ocean was very nice in the late afternoon and evening with the breeze. The beach is easily accessible and was not crowded compared to other areas during the week. Once we parked the car on Sunday, we did not drive it again until we left on Friday. Everything is bike accessible. The only negative, and it is minor, is the location of the pools. They are not very close to the beach and the shaded family pool near the house was too cold for the kids to have fun (no sun/no warmth). The property manager (Sandpiper) was easy to contact via their app and responded to any questions we had very quickly. We look forward to our next 30A trip!

This was our first time to visit Seaside & we loved it! We feel like Fantasia is now our 2nd summer home. The house was perfect for us (2 adults, 3 year old & teenager). We didn't get to utilize the top deck as much as we would have liked, only because it was so hot. It was however perfect for fireworks!!!!! The location could not have been any better. Having washer / dryer onsite is so nice, that outdoor shower was probably my favorite part of the entire vacation & now I want one at home, and the front porch so awesome to hang out & leave things to dry, etc.... very pleased with the house & already figuring out when we will return. Maybe not July again....it's pretty hot! Not too bad for mom and dad but the toddler wore out quickly with the heat. Don't rethink this, BOOK IT if you have it saved!!!!
