Situated in Sitka, this attractive condo for $427 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This apartment is located in the heart of downtown Sitka adjacent to St. Michael's Cathedral within walking distance of everything you need; restaurants, shopping, bars, harbors, grocery store, library, hiking trails and Sitka Fine Arts Campus. Across the street visit the Sitka Library or Harrigan Centennial Hall where you can watch the Russian Dancers perform during the summer months, visit the Sitka Historical Museum or attend a performance of the Summer Music Festival. The apartment is located on the second level of a downtown commercial/residential building. The main floor has a coffee frozen yogurt bar, a consignment store and on the lowest level a Mexican American Restaurant and a Food Co-op. The second level is a combination of long term residential apartments and vacation rentals. The building is locked in the evening and accessed with a pass key. The building has an elevator for tenants and guests only and the elevator key is provided after check in. The building has 2 entries and will be locked in the evenings. The apartment is located on the second level so stairs will be necessary to access the apartment when checking in. An elevator key is provided after check in. Guests have an access key to use on the main entrance on Lincoln St. when the building is locked. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable and feel at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, just bring the food. We provide basic spices, coffee and tea. The apartment has captivating views of the surrounding mountains, ocean and Crescent Harbor. There is a smart tv for you to add your favorite streaming app. And if you need it, wireless internet is available. We were fortunate enough to have some sunshiney days on our visit. Sitka was spectacular and easy to explore on your own, renting a bike to get to hikes… no rental car needed. Quiet apartment except for road noise and easy access to downtown. Highly recommend Back Door Cafe for coffee and homemade bagels and pastries.

A terrific location. We didn't rent a car and didn't need one. The property is very central. We did a cab from the airport. After being here a while, we discovered that Uber and Lyft serve the community. The unit is on the second floor. The day we arrived it was warm for Sitka, or at least we were told. The temperature was 68 and it didn't cool off that much at night so the second floor unit was a little warm. Fortunately we discovered the fans in the closet and were comfortable for sleeping.

The pictures don't really convey how fun Sitka is. This building is 60's era but the apartment has been redone nicely. It is right next to the pedestrian shop area. Fun places to eat and shop. Thank you, we'd love to stay here again.

It's a great location for exploring Sitka. Lovely views and the apartment has everything one needs to be comfortable. Host is very responsive including when I needed an easier way to check in, and explaining parking. Very glad I stayed here!

Totally enjoyed our stay here for Whale Fest. View from the living room each night featured the moon lit sky. Location is close to a number of wonderful places to eat. Whale Fest venue was just across the street. Amenities were just what we needed to relax and enjoy some family time together.

This property is downtown Sitka so you're close to pretty much everything. We enjoyed our 7 day stay and did rent a car only because we did some hiking in the extreme parts of Sitka, otherwise, no need for a car. There are still plenty of hiking spots in town. Whale watching was a great group trip. Sitka is a lovely town and Katy was always very responsive to our needs. Communication was great and check-in was very easy.

This apartment is center of town across from the harbor. Comfortable for two couples. Walking distance to many attractions. We were fortunate to have very nice weather. Views of the mountains and harbor were stunning.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect right in the heart of Sitka and the view from the front window of the mountains and sea breathtaking. The apartment was clean the beds really comfy and it had everything needed for 4 adults to enjoy a week long comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

It's hard to find a better location to stay in Sitka than this! Incredibly convenient to everything, especially the harbor and restaurants. The inside is simple but sufficient, and the beds were super comfortable. We appreciated the flexibility from the owners.

We enjoyed the apartment. Great location in the downtown. We did end up using the kitchen which made our vacation more affordable. restaurants are expensive so it was nice to be able to make some meals. We were walking distance to a grocery store. Checkin and check out was easy.

Lovely apartment. Perfect for four people. Very convenient location. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen and bath toiletries. Washer and dryer in building. GREAT VIEW of the mountains and harbor. I would stay here again.
