Great location to everywhere!!!!!! The condo was as described in the photos posted. The owners really invested in this property to make you want to book again. Great views from the balcony. Equipped with high end appliances and cookware essential. My daughter loved the bunk beds and bed accessories. There was a TV in about every room!!!!!! Check-in and check-out was a touch of a button!!!!!! The host was very responsive and addressed questions/concerns within minutes. Enjoyed my stay!!

Sweet little condo - perfect location and short walk to the beach. We enjoyed cooking together and playing games, as well as, the pools the condos had to offer. Staff was great as well! We forgot a sweater and it was mailed right to us. We also managed to escape with 2 beach towels that will be on the way back soon! Communication was great. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Our family of 4 loved staying at this condo! Check in and out was simple, the owners send you a property guide and area guide before your arrival which is really helpful if you aren’t familiar with the area. It’s right across the street from Babe’s beach and SUPER close to lots of fun things to do! The decor is super cute and cozy, and even though the area is small for a family of 4, we loved snuggling on the pull-out couch for movie nights after a long day of activities. The pools at Casa Del Mar are also top notch and we’re never busy or over packed. Would definitely recommend!

The location is everything. Quick walk across the street to the beach (kids) and fishing pier (husband). The pool was a hit with my 10-year-old. Also the room has everything we needed. I appreciated the beach towels and all the extra bath towels. My daughter loved the bunk beds with the tv. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach with coffee at sunrise and a cold beverage at sunset was one of my favorite things to do. Communication with management was great and they provided so much helpful area information. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was pretty much exactly as described, unfortunately, my daughter and I had to leave a day early. The beds were just too hard to sleep comfortably in. My daughter and I are both disabled. We both have extreme back problems and it’s always hit or miss for us if the beds are going to be appropriate for our needs. Also, the couch was fairly narrow and was not very comfortable to sit on, or, I should say lounge on but, to be fair, my daughter and I are both fairly large people. Other than those things everything else was great.

This condo was completely as described! It was perfect for our family of three. The main reason we selected this property was for the location and the heated pool and neither disappointed. It took us approximately 15 minutes to get to the beach from the point of stepping foot outside of our condo to getting downstairs, crossing the street, and getting our feet in the sand. Would definitely consider returning in the future.

The process of renting ran very smoothly w/ property management in great communication with you every step of the way. Check in was super easy & convenient w/ key code sent directly to via text. The condo is very small for tall teenagers such as I have in my family but we made it work! Kitchen had all utensils you needed to prepare for any meal. The fridge is small but we only stayed for 2 nights so it was efficient enough for us. Everything was nice & clean w/ extra towels & beach towels were a plus! The view of the beach fantastic! The cool breeze sitting out on the patio whether I sat there morning, noon, or night (I did all 3) it was so refreshing. The convenience of being right across from the beach was awesome! Just walk across the street w/ wagon of all your essentials in tow! The only con we had was parking. Even though it tells you in details that parking was a first come first serve we didn’t expect it to be as bad. There is limited parking so the first night we drove around for 15 mins until luckily someone was leaving & we stole their spot (such an ugly word), but we did. The only time that you would want to leave the parking spot is during the day when everyone is out sightseeing or whatever. But after 5 it’s time to head back & then walk wherever else you want to go. The location is great & has a bike rental shop across the street so if you wanted to go to the pier late at night I would suggest renting one of those or else that $20 you pay to park would be useless. The 2 pools they have on site are small also but we still had fun. Walmart is also conveniently located down the street, lots of places to eat around you. I misjudged the amount of space my family requires but that’s on me & not this beautiful space owned by great people. If it was just husband & I looking to get away I would DEFINITELY use them again!

High quality TV for movie nights or for gamers who might want to bring their gaming consoles. Fast WiFi! When running internet speed tests I was getting 99mbps download and 99mbps upload speeds! Gaming shouldn’t be a problem here! Kitchen has a oven and tall fridge if you plan on cooking at the location but theirs plenty of restaurants near and around the area. Bathroom comes with shampoo, conditioner, and soap if you forget any. Also a fishing pier right across the street for couples wanting to go fishing or dad’s getting away in the evening when the children are asleep. COMPLAINTS: not really complaints just nit-picking…. TV remote to control local television seems damaged have to use really close to TV for remote to work, but there’s a Roku remote that works fine. Bedroom bed is stiff not really comfortable and one of the stove tops doesn’t work. No laundry machines which is fine and there’s one down the hall, BUT it’s $2.00 every wash or dry and there’s no coin machine so I had to find a laundrymat place to get coins. Also couldn’t get livingroom ceiling fan light to work but kitchen light and windows let in enough light. No ice machine in condo or building for that matter but there’s a small ice tray we managed with.
