The perfect venue. Relax in this stunning and meticulously maintained 2500 sf. home located on one of the most beautiful and prestigious streets in Cape Coral, Savona Parkway. The main living area has an amazing open floor plan with 4 spacious bedrooms (2 kings & 2 queens) all containing their own flat screen televisions and Wi-Fi throughout. The first master bedroom has an ADA equipped large walk in shower, 2 person tub and double sinks. House also has 2nd spacious master suite with access to pool area. The glass multi slide patio doors open up to a beautiful screened in lanai area where you can relax in the amazing heated pool with a waterfall overlooking the canal. The fully equipped kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a large breakfast bar. The private dock and gulf direct canal give access to the Caloosahatchee River by boat in only 5 minutes. If you choose to rent a boat, you can cruise to Sanibel or Captiva Islands for a day in the sun. If you like to cook your own meals, feel free to catch your own fresh fish from your private dock located only a few steps from the kitchen. Great location. Home was clean. Check in process was easy. The property maintenance company was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. There were six adults in our party. The home was very spacious and none of us felt crowded at any time. Pool was excellent and the dock was fund to fish off of.

We stayed at this home for 5 days at the end of April. It was by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! The house is very spacious and well laid out. Being able to go right out to the lanai with food through the full wall of sliders directly off the kitchen, as well as having full view of the pool from the kitchen was perfect with older kids. The house is advertised as 3 bedroom (due to a lack of closet in 4th room) but there are 4 bedrooms much to our surprise! We didn't even set foot in there since we only needed 3, but it was good to know for the future when we visit again. The kitchen is well stocked with every pan and pot you may need as well as waffle makers, blenders etc! The furnishings are beautiful and modern and the size of the rooms FAR exceeded our expectations, beds were comfortable and the bedding was very nice. Having YouTube TV being provided was much appreciated because we visited during NBA and NHL playoff week and we appreciated being able to tune in at night :) The pool was clean and there is plenty of seating available out on the lanai. We took advantage of the two bikes a few times and rode around the neighborhood and it was nice to have them there. We needed to reach the property manager while we were there to ask for her to bring a couple trash bags when she came for check out since there were no spares, and she responded quickly and was so informative and helpful during the visit. We just loved this house, and the property and are hoping to come back next April again.

This house was absolutely gorgeous. We had 7 people in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. You can fish down at the dock, sit by the water under the Tiki hut, swim in the pool, use the grill for dinner, etc. Paula and the property group are super easy to work and communicate with. We will definitely be booking this in the future, as it is the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed at. If you are on the fence about this place, rent as soon as possible - you won’t regret it.

My entire family loved this property. Everything was very clean. Loved having our morning coffee and afternoon games down under the tiki hut. Pool was clean and in very good repair. Patio furniture was also in excellent shape.

Do not hesitate to stay in this beautiful home. This is by far the cleanest home we have ever stayed in. There was six of us and we had ample room for every one. Furniture was comfortable and lots of room to spread out if you wanted to. Bedrooms were nice sized and the beds were nice to get a good nights sleep. Kitchen had every appliance you would ever need for cooking. The pool was nice sized and toys for the kids were provided if you wanted to us them. The home is located on a quiet canal. We rented a boat and was able to dock in front of the home. The lanai area has a large table with six chairs to relax. We had a small problem the the sliding door but that was corrected immediately by the property manager Petra. She was awesome. We do not have a bad thing to say about this home. We would rent this home the next time we come to Cape Coral. Loved our stay.

I could not be happier with this property and our vacation. It had plenty of space for our group of 7 (which included 2 little ones). Having the pool enclosed and right there was great, we didn't have to leave if we didn't want to. The house was close to great restaurants and grocery stores. They had everything we needed for the kids so we did not need to travel with more than necessary (i.e. pack & play, high chair, pool fence and toys).
Paula (owner) and Petra (Property Manager) were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely love to rent to the house again in the future!

The house and property were great, I did not appreciate the check and out process with the property manager. She was very loud and acted like she was being put out by doing her job. I did not like all the extra charges that I was told I would have to pay(like cleaning the grill and putting new foil in the drip pan sheet. It wasn’t new when I got there to began with and a 50.00 charge I think is absurd. I will spend more money next time so I won’t be charged if I do t wash the towels before leaving and or clean the grill. If you are going to lease your house out on VRBO and already charge a cleaning fee then why nickel and dime someone if they don’t clean to your property managers guidelines. I hope you read this and either adjust your guidelines and make sure they are explained in the contract then search for a new property manager that has some couth when addressing your clients.

They have a tiki hut on the dock and we spent many nights out there enjoying the serenity and the view. There were a few tiny things that came up during our stay, but the property management team was very responsive and resolved everything very quickly (small toilet leak, and user error on figuring out how to start the dishwasher ha!).
We had the most wonderful vacation and are so grateful that they shared their home with us. We would love to go back again in the future!

Our multigeneration family had quite a wonderful stay here. Great location and easy to access FM, FMB and Sanibel! The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need from super comfy beds and well equipped kitchen to pool toys and fishing poles.
All communications with the owners and the property manager Petra were timely and informative.

The property worked out very well for our party of 5 overnighters and some family visiters.
Property and features were accurately represented and clean. Process of check in and out was easy. Great location on canal for renting a boat with convenient access to boat rental company, river and the Gulf islands. Owner was very responsive, pleasant and helpful. Our only concerns were a difference in opinion with the property manager regarding the cleanliness of the grill before and after our visit, and the living room tv system could be upgraded. We would definitely consider returning to this property!
