Situated in Aosta, this charming condo for $106 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Bright apartment, recently renovated, located in Aosta just a few minutes walk from the historic center. A short walk from the cable car to Pila, the train station, the bus terminal and the market. Excellent base for visiting Aosta (Christmas markets, square events, Sant'Orso fair, foire d'été, Roman monuments, archaeological museum, Saint-Martin-de-Corléans megalithic area, astronomical observatory of Saint-Barthélemy, medieval castles and much more ...) and as a base for your excursions on foot, by bike and on skis or to discover the side valleys (Cervinia, Cogne, La Thuile, Courmayeur: Ski Way, Fort of Bard, thermal baths of Pré- Saint-Didier). The unit is located on the second and last floor of a building in a quiet area. Free parking on the street in front of the building. Furnished in a modern style, the appartment is composed of a double bedroom, a little bedroom with bunk beds, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a small balcony. For couples: possibility to have a second double bed in the kitchen (sofa bed cm 140x200). The apartment is equipped with all the amenities: crockery, gas cooker, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer, 2 fans and 2 TVs (one Smart TV) and Wi-Fi. We provide sheets, blankets and towels. For the little ones we have a cot with mattress, sheets, blankets, high chair, stroller, reducer / potty and stool. Guests will have all the apartment at their disposal and the possibility of storing skis or bicycles in the basement cellar. Check-in is normally scheduled from 17.00 to 24.00, and check-out by 11.00. It is possible to arrange other times if there are no other guests leaving or arriving. We are at your disposal for information and to try to meet your needs. We speak your language!

I have stayed in many appts in Aosta, this one was definitely my favourite one.
It was very clean, warm and well equipped.
The owner, Edda was very kind and ensured we had everything we needed.
We were just a small walk from the old town, and 5 min in the car to the gondola for Pila.
Would definitely recommend to others.

The apartment is ideally situated for a week in Aosta. The main sites of interest, several supermarkets and also the Pila cable car are all within easy walking distance.It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The owner, Edda, was very helpful. She collected us from the bus station. It was nice to have a balcony to sit out on in the evening.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very kind and helpful and met us on check in and check out. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. It was easy to find parking on the street right in front of the apartment. Most days we walked to the center of town.

Really had a great time here . We had a month and the apartment came with everything you need .very close to the centre of town which is big and in scenic valley of aosta . .well situated to get around the whole of the Aosta valley.

Zaten 3 hoog in de achterbuurt van Aosta. Foto’s overduidelijk met groothoeklens genomen. Een balkon waar je alleen met je benen in je nek kon zitten. We zijn eerder vertrokken

Small but very clean, extremely well equipped apartment. Short walk to historic centre. Host kindly allowed us to check in early and we were met and shown around by her English speaking son which was very helpful. Parking is on the street but we had no problem at all finding spaces. Spar at end of road and short walk to Carrefour.

La casa è ben fornita, molto pulita e la proprietaria è molto cordiale. La location è molto strategica sia per chi vuole sciare sia per chi si vuole godere il centro d'Aosta. Consigliato!

Super netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt und tolle Wohnung. Voll ausgestattet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Von Essig/Öl, Salz/Pfeffer, allen denkbaren Küchenutensilien bis hin zu Kinderstühlen. Haben uns super wohl gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit lieben Nachbarn
Das Objekt ist in einer nebengelegenen Straße, wo allerdings recht viel Verkehr ist. Eine direkte Parkmöglichkeit zum Objekt gibt es nicht, aber mehrere Möglichkeiten in der Straße.
Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Es war soweit alles da, was man braucht. Die Kineernische zum schlafen (welche wir nicht brauchten) war durch eine Holzwand im Elternschlafzimmer getrennt und durch einen Vorhang „verschlossen“. Die Küchenstühle sind leider furchtbar unbequem, da es einfache Klappstühle sind.
Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, die Tochter der Vermieter hat uns öfter gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei und wir noch etwas benötigen.
Einen Keller für Bikes zum Abstellen gab es auch. Hier ist ratsam noch ein Fahrradschloss mitzunehmen.

Tout est fait pour que votre sejour soit le plus parfait possible ! . Facilité de parking. Zone résidentielle calme néanmoins à 10 min du centre ville animé et très sympa .
Une grande vrai douche dans une salle de bain très fonctionnelle.
Une cuisine agréable et avec des ustensiles de qualité. Aucun bruit de réfrigérateur ou de chaudière énervant
Une literie top . Un jolie balcon . Des ventilateurs à disposition et des rideaux bien occultants pour dormir les fenêtres ouverte .
On se sent comme à la maison .
Vraiment agreable. La dolce vita à Aoste.
Le seul bemol : trouver aussi bien après ;) .

Appartamento inserito in un contesto residenziale veramente molto vicino al centro di Aosta (15 minuti a piedi).
Zona strategica anche per le visite fuori città.
Pulizia impeccabile e disponibilità da parte della gestrice più che ottima.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la magnifique vallée d'Aoste, point central pour de nombreuses visites ou randonnées.
L'appartement est très agréable et tout proche du centre-ville animé d'Aoste.

Soggiorno ad Aosta
L'alloggio è confortevole, pulitissimo, arioso, dotato di tutte le comodità e molto vicino al sorprendente Arco di Augusto. Non molto distante, 6-7 minuti a piedi, si trova un supermercato Carrefour rifornito di tutto.
I proprietari sono molto gentili, disponibili e professionali. In pochi minuti a piedi dall'appartamento ci si trova in pieno centro: è vivace, animato, con tanti locali e tavolini all'aperto. Molte le vestigia del passato sia romano che medievale. Una città da non mancare, da cui si dipartono tante strade che permettono di visitare le valli bellissime delle regione. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!!

Un séjour parfait
L'appartement était tout à fait conforme à nos attentes, situé près du centre ville, propre, confortable et bien équipé. Edda et Massimo sont très accueillants, disponibles, ils donnent de précieux conseils pour visiter le Val d'Aoste et découvrir la gastronomie locale. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à une autre saison.

Comodo al centro storico, completo di ogni servizio in casa
Prima volta ad Aosta ed esperienza assolutamente positiva, soprattutto grazie all'ospitalità offerta da questo appartamento dotato di ogni accessorio che in una vacanza in appartamento si può volere. Estremamente pulito, è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare Aosta e la regione intera.
La mancanza dell'ascensore è stata superata grazie ai proprietari che ci hanno aiutato sia all'arrivo che al checkout a portare le valigie lungo le scale.
L'appartamento inoltre è molto vivibile, sia per una coppia che con eventualmente 2 bambini grazie alla stanza supplementare adiacente alla camera matrimoniale, ricavata in modo molto furbo e originale.
I proprietari sono molto disponibili e si sono assicurati di darci ogni genere di informazione al nostro arrivo, e in aggiunta la casa è fornita di numerose guide locali, cartine oltre a libri, carte da gioco e molto altro.
In un eventuale ritorno ad Aosta è sicuramente un punto di riferimento di cui terremo conto.

Passaggio a nord-ovest
Bella esperienza. L'appartamento ha risposto alle nostre esigenze e mante-nute tutte le promesse. Il livello si è rivelato abbastanza buono: posizione rispetto al centro, pulizia, funzionalità degli arredi e completezza degli accessori, anche se si sentiva, soprattutto nelle ore più calde, la mancanza di un climatizzatore o di un tendone esterno ( era, comunque, presente un grosso ventilatore ) .
Auspicabile una maggiore tranquillità condominiale (ma qui occorre il contributo di tutti...).

Bel appartement cosy avec un accueil irréprochable
Appartement cosy, très bien équipé pour 4. Les randonnées sont nombreuses tout le long de la vallée et le centre ville à proximité est vivant. Edda est réactive et très accueillante. Elle prend soin de ses vacanciers du début jusqu'à la fin du séjour ! Merci encore de nous avoir permis cette belle escapade italienne.

Super séjour !
Nous avons passé un super (court) séjour dans le logement de Edda. L'appartement est très bien situé, à deux pas du centre ville, et il est très moderne et extrêmement bien équipé, tout le confort même plus ! Edda est vraiment disponible, elle répond vite aux demandes et à le soucis que ses hôtes se sentent bien et ne manquent de rien ! Vraiment un très bon séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir :) et nous conseillons vraiment ce logement !
