The 1000 plus square foot patio/kitchen includes an outside built in grill, with built in refrigerator so you don't have to bother getting ice for a cooler, or travel inside for a refreshment. The patio also has an outside tv that swings to either sitting area or jacuzzi/pool area so you don't miss your favorite game or show. The backyard is huge, which is completely fenced in for your privacy or little ones, and has a paver basketball court for you to brush up on your jump shot or let the teenagers get out some energy.
