Welcome to South Seas! The gorgeous north-east side unit on the 5th floor offers both amazing northwest ocean and pool view from an over-sized balcony. A new 40' flat panel HD television and newer appliances makes this one of the best units in the building. Wireless internet is available within the unit. A wonderful home away from home. Located near the north end of Marco Island, you are conveniently close to all the major attractions. We would love to have you as our guest! South Seas #508: This two bedroom two bathroom home away from home is located in the privately owned 55 acre South Seas Club toward the north end of Marco Island and near the famous Tiger Tail beach. Also with-in walking distance (25 minute walk) is the gorgeous new Marco Island Marina (Esplanade) with restaurants, bars, spas and Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream. The most amazing feature of this condo is a wonderful wrap-around deck giving every room large sliding glass doors that can be left open to hear the sounds of the sea while you sleep. We have tried to provide everything you need no matter how long you decide to stay (pool noodles, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand pails for shelling, etc.). South Seas has a fabulous swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard deck and a fitness room. All you have to do is put on a bathing suit, grab one of the beach towels, get a nice cool drink, and head out for some fun in the sun. Please enjoy the updates we made in June 2018 including all new: mattresses and boxsprings on every bed, pillows, patio furniture, beach chairs, dishes and wine glasses, a new Keurig coffee maker (don't worry, the traditional coffee maker is in the cabinet). FEES: Please note, the building management now requires a $100 registration fee paid directly to them upon check-in. This fee is not included in your quote and cannot be paid to owner and transferred to building management. Please note, this fee is subject to change between the booking and arrival time. Guests are responsible for the full registration fee.

This Condo in Tower 3 / 5 th Floor was perfect especially viewing Beautiful Sunsets every evening. This Condo had provided the exact description as listed. Communication with Erin was definitely the Ultimate… thank you Erin for all the Goodness!

The condo is located in a beautiful setting. Although the condo is dated, it accommodates 4 people comfortably. The balcony is ample, essentially for viewing the water and gorgeous sunsets. The condo grounds are kept impeccably. The walk from the condo to the beach takes 10 minutes, but worth it!

We had a great relaxing week on Marco Island. The condo was perfect for the two of us. We spent mornings having coffee on the balcony, picnic lunches on the beautiful sandy beach and dinners on the balcony with a great view of the sunset. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Erin and John were extremely responsive to any of our questions. The walk to the beach was a little long, but the beach cart provided to us helped with lugging chairs, towels and the cooler. This was perfect relaxing getaway! Thank you!

The previous renter had taken the extra set of keys. We contacted the owner who answered the phone, arranged for replacement keys. Very gracious!
You will want to live on this balcony - the sunset was the highlight.

Property as pictured except you can’t see inside the closets, etc. Everything you’ll need is provided: beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels, toys, plenty of bath towels, extra sheets, kitchen is well stocked also. Set up for air travelers.
Sunset view from balcony in January. Very active pickleball community with open play in morning, actually, people to play with all day. Active pool community, too. Walkable to several restaurants with live music and outdoor seating.
Long walk to beach from any of the towers, but your beach wagon will help. Tons of shells on beach.
Perfect? No. You will hear some elevator noise. Could use more hangers. You will have to leave.

The view is beautiful and the access to the beach is wonderful! Unfortunately for us the pool was not working while we were there but it looked lovely. The owners are very nice and were very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

This condo is just as it is in the pictures. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, living room was great size. It was perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teens). It is in a gated community, across the street is pickle ball, tennis courts, and a boardwalk along the water which was a super nice walk we did often. The pool area is very nice and water is very warm. Our favorite part of the condo was the balcony, the patio furniture was nice, it was fun to watch the activity at the pool and the sunsets were amazing. The walk to the beach is long. The condo had great beach chairs, towels, and some water toys. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo
Condo is great- has everything you need for a perfect vacation. King size bed is as comfortable as your bed at home. Owners are very gracious and accommodating.

Restful & enjoyable!
After a summer of serious health issues, this was the perfect, tranquil vacation for hubby and me with our daughter and husband. The view of the sunsets, the pristine beach and the large pool made for perfect days. We weren’t inside much, but it was comfortable and accommodating. A great place to return and we highly recommend it.

Nice and Quiet
This rental is exactly as it is described. A very nice and quiet neighborhood, suitable for families with small children, for couples who wants to escape noisy crowds and for someone who loves gazing at beautiful sunset right from the doors of their balcony. Endless white sand shore gives you a veriety of seashells and wild life at the distance of short walk from your rental.
The rental would benefit from additional supplies of paper towel, toalet paper, soap and newer pots and pans. Other than that it is a desirable place to stay.

Perfect Beach vacation!
This was our second 2 week stay in this condo. The owners are continually making improvements on this lovely condo. The beds are so comfy and they have it furnished to meet their guests needs. As good as it gets. Clean and excellently maintained we wanted for nothing. Fully modernized and with a view to die for. Key collection was simple and the whole complex was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Incredible location with the coziest accommodations and friendliest hosts!
This condo is such a gem! My husband and I and our two young kids stayed here for ten days. The master bedroom was so relaxing with the most comfortable bed and softest linens. The master bedroom’s view of The Gulf of Mexico and beautiful sky was incredible! The master bathroom was huge and such a nice space to get ready. The wrap around porch was the best spot to connect with our family throughout the day. On the porch we enjoyed watching the swimmers in the pool, the beach walkers come and go, the sunset, reading, listening to the waves, and talking about each shell we found. The second bedroom was perfect for our two kids and they even had their own bathroom with a shower/tub! Paradise! This condo had everything we needed from the coziest accommodations, beach chairs, beach toys, family games, a lounge chair for the porch, and every kitchen utensil and appliance ever desired. This was our first time in Marco and the hosts were so helpful in recommending restaurants, and family activities. We are so lucky to have found the perfect location with the most gracious hosts.

Great location on Marco Island
We really enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom condo at South Seas tower 3. The location was great with access to beach and walking distance to restaurants and the esplanade. Condo was roomy and had all the essentials you need for a great stay. Sunsets were awesome as people sit on their balconies and clap as the sun sets. The only negative thing I would mention is that the patio door blinds need to be upgraded as they feel like they will break when operated. We will be back and would recommend this unit to anyone. Cheers !

Really enjoyed this location on the island
Warm clean swimming pool and fun tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and putting area. Great walking to restaurants. And of course the beach walk is nice exercise.

Very nice condo in a perfect location to watch sunsets on the balcony every evening. Clean and comfortable condo with very responsive owners. I would definitely go back! Marco Island is my new favorite Florida vacation spot!

Views of the sunset are breathtaking. The balcony provides plenty of photo opportunities plus chairs to sit outside.
The master bedroom bed is super comfortable-perfect for a good nights’s sleep after a day of playing in sun.
If planning a day on the beach, they have everything you need. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and a cooler!
We loved it so much we have already booked next year! Thanks for a great place to stay.
