Brilliant stay in an excellent location with exceptional staff!

Location was brilliant Excellent communication with Joanna before, during and after our trip Clean Good facilities

Loud music on the Friday and Saturday night (from the club next door) New toilet brush required Some marks on carpet and sofa

Wonderful we will definitely return to Krakow and would stay at the Ermine Suites

Everything we needed for our short break for four ladies,very clean, spacious and easy to find, such a great location with restaurants and bars on your doorstep yet not too noisy, only downside was the building work next door which started quite early but it didn’t spoil our stay as we are early risers

Noisy and disappointing

The building and apartment were like the photos.

The noise is insufferable. There were building works until early evening and the apartment (1st floor) overlooked a lively bar which was ridiculously noisy until 4am. No sleep for us and as a family with young children I absolutely would not recommend.

Number 1 place in Krakow. Parking is about a 5-minute walk. costs 90 zloty for 24 hours

LOCATION is the best!!! Very nice and clean apartment. The host was very helpful and nice too.

Superb

The location was great. Just a few minutes walk from the main street. Recommended Breakfast restaurants were near by. supermarket was so close. It was clean and well organized. We communicated only in writing- fast and helpful response.

We informed that we will arrive at 01:30 at night, and yet the sofa bed was not ready, and we had to set it for our child to sleep. Arriving at this hour, I would expect everything to be ready. There hand soap bottle was empty and I needed to request a new one.

Great location with high quality apartment

The location was great, apartment looked great and was occupied with everything we needed

Our bathroom was not at the same standard as the room, water flow was poor, there was no shower head and overall it was less comfortable. My sister had different room with great bathroom so my comment refer only to my specific room.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ermine Suites apartment in Krakow. Situated in the heart of Krakow, we were within walking distance of some of the city's most iconic attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals when we chose to dine in. We were grateful for the owner genuine effort to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible.

For sure one of the best apartments you could ever stay in for Krakow. The facilities, cleanness, location just steps from all old town attractions. Highly recommended for families with little kids.

Nice rooms with comfortable beds, an elevator to take you there as well as a very central location.

Quite noisy, both in terms of hearing people in the apartment above as well as from the construction going on in the neighbouring building at the moment.

Comfort, excellent location

Spacious, excellent location 2 minutes to main Old Town square. Fantastic base for exploring Krakow. Joanna very helpful with organising taxi.

Great location, great host !

Joanne was lovely, I cannot fault her communication. She went over and beyond for us. There was a big group staying here for a family wedding and the place is in a great location and has a court yard that can be used. All the staff were extremely friendly too.

Fantastic, would highly recommend.

My stay at Ermine Suites was absolutely amazing. It’s just off the square, literally a one minute walk and you are in the centre of everything. From the moment we walked in you could see how clean and immaculately kept it was. We arrived quite early in the day and received a message the night before saying we could check in at 9. This was great as check in was usually later and it meant we didn’t have to walk around with our cases. We had room number 7 which was on the 4th floor so it was lovely and quiet and had an elevator too so was no hassle at all. The room again was immaculate and had everything we needed for our weekend. Lovely and spacious, plenty of towels, bath robes, slippers and everything you could possibly need. The kitchen even though we never used it was well equipped and there was some lovely touches such as tea bags, bottled water, dishwasher and washing tabs if you wanted to use the washing machine (which I did and the tabs smelt lovely). I didn’t know my husband had also messaged the suites privately as it was our anniversary and when I arrived they lay out a bottle of Prosecco, chocolates, a balloon and a happy anniversary sign for us. I could honestly go on and on about how lovely a place it is. Bed was comfy, shower was great and toiletries were also supplied ie shower gel, hand soap/lotion. We had a late flight home and because the apartment wasn’t booked out they allowed us to keep the room until our taxi came. The service we have received has been second to none and I would not hesitate on staying her again if I return to Poland.

Honestly I have no complaints.

Sleepless in Krakow

Location, facilities, staff. I would have given the accommodation a much higher review except for the other guests who spoiled our trip.

Trip spoiled by rowdy guests in another apartment who had no respect for other guests. Party central for the weekend.

Good stay. Great location. Make sure inform host if apartment not serviced.

Location great. Apartment nice. Host very nice and helpful. Water and coffee pods replaced after 3rd day. We stayed for 5 nights.

No window in bedroom or sitting room so if you are bit claustrophobic ask for room with window. Bathroom and hallway had windows and skylight to kitchen so some natural light. Apartment charter states after 3 nights, apartment will be serviced to include bedding and towel change and general clean. However, after our 3rd night stay. No service of apartment other than water and coffee being replaced. Bedding and towels had not been changed. No toilet roll replaced we had to ask (cleaner did bring up to us). Noticed after cleaner left, bin was also full and needed emptying. We only had 2 more night so let it go but on hindsight, should have informed host.
