The family room opens to the backyard which has a bocce ball court (rules included!) which will keep you entertained. The three bedrooms on the first level look out onto the backyard. The large master bedroom is upstairs. The house is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the PG Links golf course (1 block away) and ocean (3 blocks away). It's a short walk to downtown which has excellent restaurants, movie theater, museum, art galleries and shops. To keep you entertained, in addition to the Bocce Ball court, we have golf clubs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and kitchenware you need to make a gourmet feast. The kitchen features quartz countertops and a hardwood maple bar which will be the hub of your entertaining. The upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs, two bedrooms have a queen bed. The third bedroom has a futon couch which can be set up as a queen bed. The house will comfortably sleep 4 couples. The downstairs bathroom has two sinks and a shower/tub combination. The master bath has two sinks and a shower. Beds are topped with down comforters and extra blankets and pillows are included. The sunny courtyard has a seating area and the backyard has table and chairs for outdoor dining. A gas and a charcoal bar-b-que are available in the backyard. The Bocce Ball court has all the equipment to get your group playing. Rules, balls, scoreboard and shelves for your refreshments are all set up. It's a game everyone can enjoy. BOOKING POLICY: If booked more than 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of total amount is due to secure reservation with balance of total due 60 days prior to arrival date. Full payment is due at time of booking if booked less than 60 days prior to arrival date. CANCEL POLICY: If you cancel 60 days or less before your arrival date, you are eligible for a full refund ONLY if we re-rent the property for the same dates and rental rate.
