Located in Marathon, this charming house for $763 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to Coco Plum Paradise, located in Marathon, FL - the Heart of the Florida Keys. This private Key West-style home sits directly on Bonefish Bay with beautiful water views, deep-water dockage, and direct ocean access. A tropical landscaped oasis with mature palms, a private in-ground pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and a sandy dockside “beach” area. This is a private single-family home, so during your stay, these amenities are provided exclusively for you and your guests. Wake up to spectacular sunrises while watching the dolphins and manatees from the large covered balcony. Enjoy fishing right from the dock. Soak up the midday sun while relaxing poolside or enjoy your own peaceful kayak outing in the bay. Challenge your guests to a round of ping-pong in the enclosed downstairs recreation room that has a seating area, a TV, and a full-size refrigerator for entertaining. There's even a large gas grill just next to the pool and rec room so the chef in your group doesn't have to leave the entertainment. Home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and full size refrigerator (water and ice maker). There is also an indoor laundry area with large-capacity HE washer and dryer. • Pedestrian/bike lane directly in front of the house takes you to Coco Plum Beach (1 mile away) • Walking distance to Island Fish Company and Sparky's Landing (.5 mile) • Kayaks, beach chairs, and fishing poles at the house (free for your use) • Private seawall and dock with fresh water and a fish cleaning station • Rent a boat or bring your own and dock right at the house • Bait freezer and pole storage • Direct boating access (no bridges along route) - 10 minutes to the ocean • Public boat launch nearby - Keep your trailer in the driveway • Bait and ice available at the food mart just a block away **Pool heat is available on request ($100/wk additional fee) **Garage is not accessible to guests **Pets are not accepted

The house was even better than the pictures. The location on the water was beautiful. The sunrises were gorgeous. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The heated pool was great for the season and we enjoyed the hot tub too.

This place was very clean. We had all the amenities we needed for cooking and drinks. It’s so tastefully decorated but not overdone. If you wanted to relax with a book there was many to choose from for everyone. Between the pool and hot tub we were very relaxed. Close to shopping and restaurants. The hosts are very accommodating if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property, clean and everything had that maintained feeling. Heated pool in November (the bomb) hot tub and outdoor shower is the aquatic trilogy of pleasure 👍thank you for sharing Greg and Lori. We will be booking again. Owners genuinely care and it’s obvious as it is not always this way at some rentals. Bravo to coco plum paradise.

All was wonderful except be very careful when exiting pool onto lower level because that tile is very smooth and one could slip very easily. Thank you for allowing us a week in your beautiful home.

Record breaking heat, but with that backyard oasis it beat the heat. At times I felt like I was in the tropics with the beautiful palm tree giving me shade. The house was great and had everything we needed. Great location in Marathon and an easy drive to Key West. Not crazy about the people living on the boats a few yards down, but otherwise wonderful! Thanks

This was our first time visiting the Keys, and our family of 5 had the best week at Coco Plum Paradise! We have 3 children (ages 8, 6, and 1), and this property was perfect. Exactly as described in listing…even better actually! The inside is spacious, clean, and the beds are super comfy. The outside is just amazing. We lived outside by the pool. I was up early most mornings with the baby and got to see some amazing sunrises from the porch! In Marathon, we ate at Island Fish Company, Burdines, Sunset Grille, and Sparky’s Landing. All were great! The coffee at Curly’s is really good (and they have a drive thru). Kids had a blast at the Turtle Hospital. We got up early one morning and spent the day in Key West, which I highly recommend! So much fun and not a bad drive at all! Our favorites in KW were the Hemingway House and Butterfly Conservatory. We also did a snorkeling excursion in Islamadora that was amazing. Saw more fish than we did when snorkeling in Jamaica. Even got to swim with nurse sharks! So many memories made. We can’t wait to come back. Coco Plum Paradise is perfection, and Lori and Greg are wonderful to work with!

We have been staying at Greg and Lori’s Coco Plum Paradise for a few years now with our kids. Our kids are now 19 and 21 and have fond memories of the quality time shared each time we come here. Although empty nesters now, the kids won’t miss an opportunity to come on this vacation!
The house is well equipped and offers a space for everyone. We love playing ping pong downstairs (family tournaments can be a thing) and we enjoy kayaking in the bay area in front of the house. We rent a boat every time from Tropical Boat Rentals. It’s nice to be able to dock the boat at the property. You walk out to the dock, go boating for the day, come back to jump in the pool and grill a nice dinner….it really is paradise!

Love this house and would definitely go back! It was like our own little piece of paradise for the week, quiet and relaxing. The owners have thought of everything down to extra outlets, magnifying mirror, binoculars, floats, fishing poles and lots of other things! We were greeted with a nice welcome basket and card for our anniversary. Loved sitting and looking at the beautiful water and boats. We were surprised to be greeted by roosters but learned that is normal in the Keys! We used a noise machine so they wouldn't wake us up. Haha. Only have good things to say!

The backyard Oasis was amazing We spent every day outside enjoying the pool and did a lot of fishing as well.
I highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.

This house was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to get some sun and make some memories. Between swimming, going in the hot tub, fishing, kayaking, and play games, we didn’t have to leave the house for entertainment. It was wonderful to watch the sunrise and drink our morning coffee. My kids loved fishing and were very successful. We were lucky enough to see a manatee and a few dolphins swim by. The house was very clean and comfortable, and was equipped with everything we needed and more.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was beautiful and well cared for. We really enjoyed having the pool, the hot tub and the backyard to hang out in! We love our time in Marathon and this house was a great home base for our vacation week. The kayaks were another bonus, we had to rent a couple more to have everybody included in our group, but it was nice to be able to do a family paddle through the mangroves and to the Atlantic!
Overall a fantastic property with everything you could need, and wonderfully receptive owners who went out of their way to reach out and make sure everything was perfect.

Great house for spring break. Fishing every day form the dock. I think the boys caught 40 fish over the week. Everything we needed in a house. Pool, hot tub, and hammock were well used! Lori and Greg were great and super responsive. Would high recommend 30 Coco plum.!!! .

This property is exactly as pictured and described . We loved our stay!!! Pool and hot tub was great, close to restaurants and as clean as could be. Key West was about 1 hour away. Close to some beautiful beaches. Would definitely rent this place again. Stayed February 18-25, 2023.

Everything was as described. Excellent vacation house with everything you need. Enjoyed fishing off dock,( saw dolphins, manatees), relaxing by pool. Great restaurant within walking distance. We will be back. Owner was very responsive to all questions and very helpful. Probably best host we’ve had on VRBO.

2nd time at this house and have already secured it again for next year 2023- in NOV. The amount of privacy you get at this house is amazing. Location is in an industrial area of businesses in Marathon but you would never know as the property gives you your own feeling of remoteness. I highly recommend this house for families. It is like your own resort w Private pool-jacuzzi- fishing . easy access for fine dining in marathon and 40 mins from Key West. Love this place.

This property exceeded our expectations! The listing was accurate and the pictures too. It was a comfortable and relaxing experience for us and family that were there for part of our stay. Spent nearly all of our time enjoying the downstairs game room, pool and hot tub all with great views of the bay. It was a little windy for using the kayaks, so we will need to catch them next time around. Wonderful time in a wonderful place. We thank the owners for the use of it and look forward to coming back next year already!

We just had the most wonderful vacation in the Florida Keys!
Coco Plum Paradise was absolutely perfect in every way for our family of 5. The home was extremely clean, very nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked and organized. The view from this property is so beautiful! We had a great time using the kayaks, the pool, the hot tub, and we made great use of the dock with fishing and renting a boat. The owners were also extremely responsive with any questions we had. We have already booked our stay for next summer!

Super great place! Very clean, homey, comfy...all in a little slice of paradise. Location to Marathon eats and drinks is great. Had everything needed for a wonderful stay. Would love to come back but sad to see it so booked up - understand why though!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
