PLEASE NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood. Parties of any type are not allowed in this home. If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering that could exceed the maximum occupancy, or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. If you are looking to play music outside at anytime or do anything that could disturb a neighbor, this is not the right home for you. Our home is located in one of the most sought after, family friendly neighborhoods just outside the Disney Resort. From our front door it's an easy 20 - 25 minute walk to the “Happiest Place on Earth” . Enjoy quiet, hassle free access to the wonderful world of Disney and all the nearby shops and entertainment, right within walking distance of our home. Outdoor Security Camera(s): Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. One faces the backyard and the other faces the driveway. Cameras are not actively monitored but do send electronic notifications to Funtierland personnel for potential follow up with Guest if the cameras detect activity between approximately 10pm – 9am in alignment with Anaheim's city mandated Quiet Time Hours / Ordinance. Cameras may also monitor parking compliance including but not limited to confirming that no vehicles encroach upon or park over the sidewalk in any way, or illegally park on the street without a Funtierland provided parking permit. Please note the use of the property and all amenities are at your own risk whether or not security cameras are present. This place has some of the best customer service I have experienced! They are very accommodating and respond very quickly. The house was perfect, the pool was the biggest hit for the kids and a lifesaver for the adults. When we come back to Disney we will definitely be using them again!

We had a blast staying at the home. I paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was. The kids had a blast swimming. The bedrooms were nice. The upstairs master bedroom is huge. The walk in closet was used as the babies room. It was the perfect place to sleep a baby.
It was close to Disneyland. There is a Costco, Target, and Walmart with in 10 miles from the house.
The only small complaint I have is the lack of big bowls. We cooked dinner most nights and needed some big bowls. A crockpot would have been nice on the days we went to Disneyland.
They are very strict about the 10:00 pm quiet time. The rental is in a neighborhood so there is a noise ordinance for Anaheim.
We had a fun stay and enjoy our time!

As soon as I have time I’ll go back through the agreement to post all the additional fees I was made to pay. One was $79.00, I believe, it was a fee added in case I needed to reach management during my stay. I have never seen that before. They wanted $100.00 for an early check in, when they didn’t have a guest staying the night before.
I’ve never been taxed so hard at a rental home, ever, in 15 years... It was ridiculous. I would have tried to cancel if it weren’t for my mom not wanting the hassle of finding another place last minute. I found plenty of other places maybe 5-10 miles further that would be much better and less expensive without all the strict regulations. The location is close but not close enough to not have to Uber there, so save yourself a lot of money and Uber a few more miles.
They also spammed my texts with “opportunities” from their company, which would, of course, cost me more money. I got so many unwanted texts trying to sell me more nights on the property and sell me on things to do in Anaheim, that would have accrued them even more profit. I’m not exactly a frugal person, yet they still really managed to irritate me.
Oh ya, and they texted me to ask how my stay was going, so I responded that all the bed linens smelled of mildew and then I never heard back.

Andy’s house is the perfect place for families visiting Disneyland. The location can’t be beat. The home is just as expertly decorated as in the photos. Each room has great detail and themes. The heated pool and spa after a long day at the parks is a must. Great communication and easy-to-follow instructions. Highly recommend.

Family holiday with 10 people ages 6-66 The house we stayed in accommodatied all of us very comfortable The pool , water slide and hot tub was a bonus.The beds were confortable. The walk to disney was longer than expected but we managed to walk to and from park twice a day and Lyft car in the evening $10 one way. The house itself needs a little loving but all in all it was great. We would highly recommend this house Every request sent to the host was answered immediately

We give Andy's house a 5. Plenty of room for the whole family. Kids were so excited for their rooms, house was exceptionally clean, and beds were comfy, the pool brought plenty of smiles. Hope this house is available for our next vacation.

This rental has plenty of space for a large group. Our whole clan liked using the water slide and hot tub on our non-Disney days** The themes of each room are cute and the proximity to Disney is very walkable! Strollers provided were helpful at Disney for our little ones, our kids loved the house and pool!!
Now TBH the house and furnishings show a bit of wear and tear that doesn’t show in listing. A few bathroom spaces seem to have been updated but the kitchen lacks cooking supplies if you plan to cook in the home. There are an abundance of signs with “rules” throughout the house including warnings about fees we’d be charged if rules aren’t followed. Our groups biggest complaint was about da detail in the fine print of the listing we hadn’t payed close enough attention to; **There are multiple cameras placed on the back of the home all pointing at the pool, hot tub and surrounding backyard area. Put simply, we felt watched. Seemed like a violation of privacy even if the signs in the house claimed they don’t monitor the cameras. Yet, the manager messaged us to “remind us” before 10pm to come inside only on days when we were outside even though we never broke the 10pm curfew. This checking in on us even though we never broke curfew rules made us feel we had ZERO privacy and were potentially being watched both day and evening in a “private” pool in bathing suits. Future renters be aware to treat pool and surrounding spaces like a public pool anytime while in the backyard.

We LOVED this house! I will say it is a lot longer walk to the parks than we expected, though. Other reviews say 15 minutes, and maybe that's true for fast walkers without strollers. For our group it was a solid 30 minutes from the house to the park entrance because it's about 1.3 miles. About 15 minutes to Downtown Disney, but you have to walk through Downtown Disney to get to the park. It was worth the trade-off to have our own pool, kitchen, space for everyone to stay together, etc. A few days we shuttled part of the group to the drop-off area on Harbor Blvd, which was handy for those who wanted to save walking energy.
We had a group of 11, including little kids, and had plenty of space. The mattresses aren't hotel quality, but after a long day in the park they feel great!
There aren't a ton of dishes, so if you have a full group I recommend getting paper/plastic so you don't have to wash dishes right after each use.
The pool and hot tub were amazing, nice to have a TV for mid-day breaks, rooms are ADORABLE (the little girls loved the princess room). We would love to stay here again for a future trip and highly recommend as long as you're ok with a long walk to/from the park!

We loved staying at this property in Anaheim. It is an easy walk to Disneyland and a fun theme. There were a few issues with the house but they were quickly taken care of. House isn't "perfect" but very comfortable and we will stay again!

This was an incredible place to stay! The communication was incredible with easy check in and when I had questions they were readily available and happy to help. It smelled freshly cleaned as we walked in and everything was in great condition. It looks great on the website and even better than expected once we arrived! I would definitely stay here again.

Our only complaint was the mattresses which were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Great communication, easy transition, and these folks have thought of everything! They have so many extra items to make your stay seem like you are in your own home. The children loved Andy’s house and were never bored when we stayed home, even in the evenings. We were able to schedule 3 much needed rest days during our 9 day trip. During these days the children played just as hard and had at least as much fun as being at the park. The walk to the park is about 15-20 minutes of you are choosing to walk. Andy’s home supplies strollers if you didn’t bring one. The kitchen has most anything you need if you decide to purchase and prepare your food. This enables you to pack snacks and lunches for the park, if you choose, which saves you soooo much money! We scheduled a couple meals in the parks on our trip but honestly we did not find great food and the time and expense is very great to make these stops. Of all the food we found one that is note worthy, Cocina cucamonga Mexican grill located in the warf in California adventure park. Try the Birria… you won’t be sorry.

Although the rate may seem high, however if you calculate hotel rooms and eating out, this home actually saves you so much money on your trip …. Plus you will have such a great time here!!! The kids will probably remember their time here as fondly as their time at the park!

The house was so cute, our family loved the different themes in the bedrooms. The kids (ages 2, 3, & 5) ran from room to room excitedly to discover all the themes and stuffed animals. It would have been nice if we had a way to block the ladders to the bunkbeds as they were too tempting to our little kids and we didn't want them up there. The kitchen and livingroom were generous with ample room for our family to congregate. The house looked well maintained and there was a washer and dryer we could use in the garage. The pool was older and not the cleanest, but using the pool was not our focus while we were there. The thermostat is managed remotely, but management was accessible by text message and turned the A/C on fir us immediately (we are a hot blooded family). Overall, it was a great experience and we would rent here again if/when we decide to go to Disneyland again.

This is a great house located super close to Disneyland. We had 7 adults and 3 kids fit comfortably in the house. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and the pool. The house is also really close to grocery stores so we were able to make full use of the kitchen. The house had pool floaties and toys for the kids, strollers for use at Disneyland, and some toiletries making our trip super fun and hassle free. I highly recommend the house and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time with this VRBO. The kids loved the themed rooms and there was plenty of space for 7 adults and 3 kids. The house was clean with a lot of great amenities and super close to Disneyland.

We had a great time! The house was great to fit our whole family! It was close to Disneyland and other amenities! We all enjoyed the pool and it was great to have the life jackets and floaties for the smaller children. Also having the beach chairs and toys were great to have as well!

Issues with backyard times
When you rent out a house for over $2500.00 you expect to be able to sit on your patio whenever you want . Didn’t appreciate the rude call from management ( the way it was approached is the issue ) telling us we had to go inside at 10.10 on a Friday . We were not being loud at all , and don’t get me started on the cameras watching you everywhere .
