Nothing, absolutely nothing was good about this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE This property is in absolute disarray, from stains on the bedding to paint peeling on the wall, to stains on the floor and broken window shades. The bathroom reeked of smoke for a "non smoking" facility. Save your money and stay anywhere but here. Didn't end up staying the night as we saw it and immediately turned around.

The staff were so lovely, and the values of the business shone through. Supporting local businesses in their catering and toiletries choices, and being a friendly representation of the community in the area. We loved the vibe.

Good location. Interaction with staff was minimal but they were nice.

The room looked like it was still under construction. Marks on the walls, no picture hanging where there were frame holders etc. I did expect it to be a little better quality for a Deluxe room.

All amenities, welcome sweets, big towels, easy and clear instructions for check in

Room size less than 6 sq.m. - a this is double :) In general if you come there just to sleep, then not crucial.

Weird breakfast options, non helpful staff, tiny hotel rooms without proper pictures of them. Be alarmed, they are not what they seem like.

The AC didn’t work and the fan that was placed in the room wasn’t adequate.

not much! it was clean but all of it was very average

There was no attention to detail or consideration of what people might need in a room - like glasses to drink with, a shelf in the bathroom, four pillows in a double bed for two people, a shower scraper for the wet room floor. There were peeling, scratched, dented walls that show very little attention is given between changeovers. The photos were deceptive and this was no way worth the money. It was also noisy with paper thin walls and the bed was a small double. I didn’t like the sofa cushions on the bed in lieu of pillows - there’s no hygiene in using these to sleep on. I don’t want a sofa style cushion under my head, by my face that others have slept with. The point of pillows is that you have clean pillow cases for each guest. I wouldn’t expect a guest in my house to have a sofa cushion as a pillow.

Small rooms. Quite far from the centre.

It would be good to have a simple glass/coup for teeth brushing.

Have stayed here before. Staff always friendly, great location.

Bed was a metal frame and made noise with every movement. Main road was noisy all night, last time I wasnt right by main road.

Room was clean, great shower, a good fan to cool us down. Prior our arrival I have asked about ironing facilities via message. I was positively surprised that the iron and ironing board was already waiting for me in the room.

Hi reception or staff. 3pm until 9am no sign. Appears to be serve yourself Room had no external windows. Internal: to the breakfast room! From 4am I may as well have moved the mattress to the reception and breakfast of the local travel lodge. There is a reason hotels do t have hard floors or laminate: THE NOISE! Every single persons passing: I was awake and heard was awake with them.

The overall experience was good, even though the bed wasn't really comfortable and the desk was extremely small to work on it for more than 1 hour or so. However, the chillout area downstairs was really comfortable with free tea and coffee provided, so this is a great plus if you have to work some more. The neighbourhood is nice, with places to eat and drink and interesting.

The bed mattress should be changed as you can feel the springs

Perfect location on Queens Road. Room secure, clean, warm and an excellent shower. Honesty box for snacks and drinks a nice touch.

Clean room good location if going to Brixton academy, and it's a short walk from Peckham Station. Breakfast was lovely and the little kitchen so could get a cup of tea or drink was excellent especially after coming back late from a long day's travel from an event. Lady at the front desk was friendly too when handed our room key back.

Only issue would be the bathroom was a little cramped especially if sitting on the loo as the toilet faces the wall, a shelf in the shower to put your flannel/ shampoo bar or soap be nice. And a little shelf or holder near the sink to put toothbrushes be handy.

Good location near the Queens Peckham station and many stores.

The room reserved for me was NOT free (still occupied by other people) at my arrival, after a phone call I received a free upgrade for another room which I found locked the day after, 1 hour waiting time to regain access to my room.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly also rooms were very clean.

Very large puddle outside front gate. Wet room screen too small. Mattress a bit uncomfortable. No one at reception after 3 pm.

sending the door phone number before starting the journey and no information to lead me to believe there is a person there when I arrive, no lying on the emergency phone about a non-existent booking when the 'deposit' has already been taken from my bank account as Means of payment I don't want to have to threaten anyone with the police on Christmas Eve and this twice to be let into a hotel I had to pay in advance stickers on all doors to be used by visitors especially on toilets and bathrooms one Map Where to find them or helpful staff would also be good, information on the cost of breakfast, where to expect it on the booking site and in the breakfast room allows breakfast for all guests, especially on Christmas day, the person looking after the kitchen and office shouldn't lie or be better informed about breakfast costs, there should be a chair in every room so that I can sit r don't have to put my Christmas dinner in the bin, I'd also like milk with my free coffee, a hotel management with enough travel experience and understanding of customer requests that doesn't let me do my job here Don't hide the office behind an oversized manger. I don't want to go to Bethlehem to clear up problems with someone.

The property is an apartment, turned into a hotel but it will never meet the level of hotel standard.

There is no parking spaces on the property. The onus remains on a customer to searching for a parking lot at your own risk of either being cramped or ticketed. I did not expect to see such type of an accommodation in the middle of London city.
