I booked this hotel through Booking. Thought the King Suite was a lot bigger and had a roll out sofa. There was no difference between the two rooms I booked which was a Suite and a Standard room. Nonetheless, we did not stay here. I should have done more research on this because our booking was nonrefundable. The lady at the counter could not help with more accomodations.

it was very clean and updated, pool looked very nice but we didn’t get in. the bar and breakfast were very convenient. rooms were large! staff was amazing. aj at the front desk was so helpful. it’s a “no clean unless you ask” property which is made clear and was no issue. we requested more towels after the second day and got them asap. laundry room was accessible and had times listed for washer and dryer timing. 10/10 would stay again. very easily accessible off of 35 and convenient to Texas State which was the purpose of our visit.

Property was not kept tidy. Walls and floors were dirty and scratched or dented. Outlets were very dated and some broken.

Clean & modern. The room was set up to make the most of the space which was amazing! Thanks to everyone that came up with this plan.

Did not know we had to request housekeeping while we were out for the day. Hence, not happy the bed was not made, etc. We left at 6 am & there was no coffee in the lobby. It was ready at 7 am. Most hotels have coffee available at 6 am.

The workers were friendly. The building was kept clean and tidy. There was plenty of parking.

If you are someone with a disability good luck opening the hotel doors. I have multiple disabilities and had to practically body slam the doors to get into the hotel room. The elevators are also extremely slow so again on the disability front add a few minutes just to get down stairs.
