Location fantastic. Balcony was great. Pool is very clean and very secure. The apartment needs updating especially the bathroom and the bed.

No bed linen for extra bed. Lot of chipped paint in woodwork and bathroom tiles grout needs cleaning.

Super nice apartment with a big terrace right 1min from the beach. Good food and many surf schools around.

- great location - nice terrace - nice view - pool area - apartment has all basic amenities - good communication and easy check-in and check-out

- had to walk quite a bit for free parking (bit cumbersome with baby) - apartment is general good for a couple but with a baby it gets crowded. When we arrived the cot was in the living room/kitchen area, which makes no sense to us. We moved it to the bed room where then was basically no room no walk anymore. - few things need fixing: closet door in bed room does not close, one spotlight in bath room broken, shower hose leaks water, bar stool squeaks - only one cup for tea (rest was for espresso) - very thin walls: you can hear the neighbour's TV (likes Brazilian news) and the non-stop barking dog from the other side. Add a party on Sunday night and your sleepless night is perfect ;) All in there is nothing really bad but it just lacks a bit of extra attention to detail.

Great little apartment in a very central location. Miguel was lovely!

It would have been handy to have a few cleaning essentials (dustpan and brush etc)
