Easy accesible, quiet location, warm and friendly host, large yard, excellent facilities, great value for the price.

The house was very clean and well organized. Every utility was included, there was nothing missing. The owners were very friendly, both Nikoletta and her father. We definitely recommend it 10/10, the supermarket, bakery, gas station and the beach were very close to the house.

The location was merely excellent for us – only 1,3 km from Vasiliki harbor with plenty of restaurants, cafes and tavernas – great choice of gastro experiences ranging from local traditional food to pizza and crepes. Nearest supermarket Nikos is less than 500 meters. You do need a car in this location, but we travelled by car anyways. While being very conveniently located, the house is in a very quiet (around 300 meters from the nearest road) and ambient location – very few people around, silent at nice – great place to relax in the morning and after all day at sea. There are 2 detached similar houses on the land plot with entrances opposite to each other, with common outside area. We stayed for 6 nights and not a single time experienced any feeing of having neighbors too close to our house. There is plenty of terraces on the ground and 1st floor, spacious barbeque area with summer kitchen and outside shower. The hostess (Nicoletta and her father Spyros) are very friendly, attentive people and professional people, who take their work very seriously. We were very much surprised with how well the house is equipped and well maintained. The house if very specious – 5 of us stayed there (my wife, 2 of our sons 10-13 and our older sone of 23). We definitely recommend this accommodation! Should we visit Lefkada again, we will certainly try to stay in this location again.

The position is very good in a quiet street, 5 min by car from Vasiliki and a 10 min walk. The host is very nice and a lovely girl. The house has everything you may need, perfectly stocked. It is very clean and comfortable. We loved our experience here and truly recommend it if you plan to come to Lefkada. A big thank you to our host!!!

Everything was extraordinary! Nice rooms, terrace, place for BBQ, big yard where kids can play.

A very quiet area and welcoming host. And you have everything you need.

-Sparkling clean -Loads of space -Privacy, quiet, located outside the village and only shares the yard with another house managed by the same owner. -Friendly staff -Good WiFi -living room and kitchen are on a different floor than the bedrooms, works great when putting the kids to bed -Good value for money

The village isn’t really walking distance from the house, it wasn’t a problem for us but a car is necessary, parking is easy at Vasiliki. (can’t do without a car in Lefkada anyway!)
