Laundered linens and bath towels are provided, along with laundry facilities, but daily maid service is NOT provided. We have a local maid service should additional housekeeping be desired, at an additional fee • Guests must bring beach towels and beach accessories. Bath towels and linens are NOT to be removed from the house • Weather and nature cannot be controlled, including beach conditions • Driveway parking for two cars, maximum three cars when using the garage • Not suitable for pets • Primary guests must be over 25 years of age • Reservations are NOT transferable. Only registered guests may stay • 100% refund for cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made 60 to 30 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days before check-in • Damage deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the property. We reserve the right to bill guests for damaged or missing items. If extra cleaning—over and above what would be considered normal wear and tear—is required, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
