Watercrest Condominiums just completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and the entire complex is fresh and new including the beautiful entrance with amazing water feature to the pool deck where all the outdoor furnishings are new. You will find it well maintained and very clean. Please come and experience this beautiful stretch of sugar white sand beaches, abundant entertainment, and friendly southern hospitality. Of course the beach is the main attraction but the pool complex is a cut above also with the new lounge chairs for your enjoyment. We loved everything about our stay. Place was perfectly cleaned and maintained, check in was great, and communication was perfect. We loved the the new kitchen that was fully stocked with everything we needed. The balcony was HUGE! We could have had a dinner party on the balcony if we wanted. lol This condo will be saved for future trips to the beach, it exceeded our expectations to say the least. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect stay with a perfect view of one of the most beautiful oceans in the world. Also just loved the property in general. Security had no problem at all with people enjoying themselves but they didnt let anything get out of hand and made sure everyone was respectful of others. Just another reason this was a perfect choice for a family friendly vacation.

The lack of maintenance on this property is clear. Although a cleaning person was sent, she couldn't have even scratched the surface of the cleaning and repair needs.
Here were our issues, starting with the worst - backed up master bath sink was so bad, we had to unclog it ourselves in order to use it. Also, the garbage disposal was broken upon arrival, causing the kitchen sink to back up.
Other issues -
"Starter kit" does not include napkins or tissues, dirty, wet dishes in cabinet upon arrival, trash left on floor, old appliances despite claims of renovation, noisy ceiling fan, dead bugs in shade of ceiling fan, laundry room light not working, wicker furniture on patio dirty, old and dirty pans (made cooking in the condo difficult), chipped paint throughout, cracked floor tile, stained living room furniture, flimsy bedding and mattresses.
There are no photos of the master bath on this listing, which I should have caught and I consider this misrepresentation because:
Dark and dingy, very old toilet, ceiling tiles stained and outdated, dirty vents, very loud vent, cheap over the door mirror dangling on back of bathroom door by masking tape.
A partial refund was offered if we left almost immediately. I would not have been able to leave this review had I taken it, not to mention it would have left my family without a place to stay mid-vacation. I requested a refund of my cleaning fee and was refused.
Agent was rude, unapologetic and unappreciative of our business.

The condo was clean and look identical to the photos! Very roomy. Beds were comfortable. Location was great to not be in the busiest part of the city but a very short drive to any places. Host communicated great when needed! Would recommend and stay again!

Came to PCB for a week stay for just me and the husband. W have stayed at Watercrest for years and the complex didn’t disappoint. The condo itself was nicely decorated. There are a few things that need to be fixed such as cabinet doors not closing properly, but they are functional. It’s true there is only one kitchen towel and no pitcher for making drinks but there are plenty of plates and bowls. The appliances all work well. The temperature in all the rooms was comfortable. When we checked in the parking pass and wristbands weren’t there and the kitchen counter wasn’t clean. I contacted the property manager and she can right over and took care of it. I didn’t care for the balcony being set back for the view, but it was more private and made for a great place to take an afternoon nap.

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation. We had the perfect amount of space and it was very easy to get to and from the beach. We loved that beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. The unit was clean and spacious, but the finishes/appliances were a bit outdated. There were some cracks in the ceiling and some of the drawers didn't work. The condo building was nice, but the snack bar wasn't our favorite. Also, the location of the building was farther away from all of the restaurants. We would have preferred to be able to walk to most places. Overall, the condo served it's purpose and we had a great family vacation!

Excellent location away from traffic in PCB. Condo was very clean. Had a few repairs that needed to be taken care of while on our stay, but property manager was great. Pool is nice, wish Tiki bar had more options. Beautiful beach!

We really enjoyed this condo on the 9th floor, middle. Beautiful views of the ocean and beach. The outdoor area was perfect, we spent a lot of time out there. It is deep enough that even through the quick beach rain storms, we could sit outside and enjoy. Our grandson like sitting in his seat on the table with a perfect view of "his" ocean. His first visit, can't wait for many more and will definately choose this property again. Private, no noise, walls were thick, well stocked kitchen, all we needed.
We also enjoyed the Watercrest complex. The Tiki bar was nice and we enjoyed availability of adult beverages on site we could take to the beach. Pool area was nice and beach access was easy, the included chairs and umbrella was appreciated. The elevators were split with the top floors being served by a separate set, made rides up to upper floors a breeze, hardly any wait time. We'll be back! Thanks!

We loved the condo. The location was perfect. The beach was a super quick and easy to access walk. Getting to the room from the parking lot didn’t take any time at all. We loved the view from the big windows and the porch area was perfect.
A couple of things needed fixed. One of the kitchen drawer fronts were not attached and felt off when touched and a couple of the drawers were having a hard time opening and closing so we just took the stuff out of the drawers and sat on the counter so we didn’t cause further damage. The garbage disposal didn’t work but those were very minor things that needed attention.
Pack your own can opener, bottle opener and wine opener from home but other than that I think they had everything we could possibly need in the condo. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Also, the toilet/shower area in the master could use a brighter light. Once in the shower it’s pretty dark in there. Not sure if it was the weather (it stormed quite a bit on our stay), but the WiFi was spotty. The only other thing is if you are going to be doing laundry the washer is quite loud. We did enjoy our stay though and would stay here again! Hopefully just with less rain next time!!

The property was in a good location & has a balcony with a beach view which was nice. We chose the property based on the pictures posted online & reviews. However, we had issues with the bathtub which were clogged and kitchen exhaust fan not working at all. We also saw a cockroach crawling at the kitchen area which Chase (the property manager) likes to call it a “palmetto bug”…a benign term for a cockroach which can carry a wide range of disease causing pathogens and can easily contaminate counters, clean dishes and food.
We checked in on a Friday & sent the property manager a message regarding the issues on the property that night. Somebody came around 3 pm on Saturday to try to fix the bathtub drain who was the property manager’s wife that didn’t even know how to use the snake to try to unclog the drain..so the drain was still not fixed maybe because the unit was kinda old. Chase didn’t even say anything about fixing the kitchen exhaust fan. I asked him if he’s going to have it fixed that day (Saturday)..his response “ That will need an appliance repairman and they are not available on the weekends.” Really? You have the property rented from Friday to Monday & nobody can fix it on weekends? We were disappointed with how Chase (the property manager) addressed the issues..he did a terrible job.
Overall, our experience did not meet our expectations.

The only things that needed attention were the slow draining shower and the walls in our bedroom could have used a cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. There were no issues that would make us not want to stay here again . We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this condo!!

The place was nice and well equipped, absolutely no one paid any attention to COVID guidelines; no masks, no distancing, packed into elevators, etc.Toilet paper was the industrial cheepo thin stuff, bring your own. The location was great and having two chairs devoted to you on beach was definitely worth extra, otherwise looking at $50 a day for chairs and an umbrella.
