Beaches not clean Lack of English & German language evident by the staff. Very Laud music at the Water Pool Area, disturbing for kids. Even though in my booking one Ombrella with 2 deck chairs were included, they didn't recognize that and made me pay. This I call Italian Mafia Style. Food & Servives @ Restaurants in the vilage not at the desire level. Not diverse entertainment events. Outside the Vilage nothing to do. Zero Night Life.

appreciated: - very friendly and supportive staff - spacious room - open-space and nice pool area - our room had a nice view to the pool - hotel is part of a very big resort camping site that it in walking distance and where the facilities can be used as well (very big pool area, tennis, soccer, mini golf, animation, theatre ...) - nice beach area adhered to the resort (gate-controlled access) - mini-market, cafe etc. in walking distance

improveable: - still some mosquitos around as the area is in between the Venezia lagoon and the Po-river delta, but well controlled - curtains around the shower would avoid the bath-room to turn into a "wet-pool area" during taking a shower

The pool and beach access are very nice and well kept. The restaurants food was very good

It is marketed on the website that the staff speaks English, which is absolutely not true. The language barrier made the communication nearly impossible and the staff did not try to help or accommodate us what so ever. The photos of the rooms and property are very misleading. The rooms seem a lot older and not well kept. It says on the website that linens are included and we arrived after driving 8 hours to no bathroom towels or bed linens. We had to switch rooms upon arrival due to the size of the room being too small for our family. They staff was very unorganized about this process. They told us we could move into a bigger room the next day at 10 am and we had to wait around for the cleaning staff who was very unfriendly for hours. When we switched we asked for the bill and to pay it then for the difference and the woman we had been working with said it would just be added to the total due at the end of our stay (you pay 100€ cash deposit on arrival). When we went to check out and pay the difference of the rooms and get the deposit back, the staff had no record that we had even switched rooms, made us basically do a move out inspection to get our deposit back (where an extremely rude member of the staff made my husband clean multiple parts of the apartment that were already tidy and break down the crib and put it away they lent to us). After this they tried to deny us our deposit due to the fact the wanted a paper receipt for the transaction (that we never received) and also deducted the 10€\day cost for extremely poor air conditioning. This property is marketed as affordable but you get completely nickel and dimed at the end.

- situated directly near the beach. supermarkets are 5 min away - apartment has an extra small room. that was a pleasant surprise - on the territory and nearby there are restaurants and coffee houses - evening children's animation in the next camp - underground parking with plenty of parking slots

- children's playground is pretty small and uninteresting for kids - evening disco in the nearby camp was till 11 - 12 p.m. unbelievable loud - the rooms are pretty used and should be refreshed
