All round experience. Felt comfortable from beginning till end. Proprietors motto seems to be your happiness is ours too.
They might need a better toaster.

Breakfast was lovely nothing was to much trouble.location of hotel was perfect.tbe view from hotel could not be better.
Paul and Sarah were great hosts.met us on arrival with a cup of tea.i don't think we could have picked a better place to stay nothing was to much trouble.will be going again.

Sarah and Paul were fantastic hosts breakfast was amazing)! Location was fab and views from the room was stunning. My dog loved it and was well looked after. WILL BE RETURNING VERY SOON!!!

My parents both really enjoyed there stay
They are both very happy with how very friendly Paul & Sarah were they made them both feel very welcome to very high standards and went above and beyond for them during there stay

The owners - Sarah and Paul are amazing hosts, extremely polite and helpful and go out of their way to provide any information needed.
The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable and had a beautiful view of the sea front!
Would definitely recommend and stay again :)

We received a friendly welcome from Paul & Sarah.
We felt instantly relaxed and at home with them.
The view from our room was out of this world. Couldn’t have asked for better.

The location is fabulous but what made it are the hosts! Sarah and Paul are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We were made to feel welcome the moment we stepped through the door and they couldn’t have done anymore for us.

loved everything about this beautiful property. Paul and Sarah have done beautiful changes to property since they have bought it. the dining room is gorgeous with stunning decor and the bar they bought and put in is fabulous.

We felt very welcome, Paul and Sarah are amazing hosts, we really enjoyed ourselves. Breakfast was beautiful and there was nothing they couldn't do for us.

Everything from room , breakfast and location were excellent.
Nothing the hotel was a great location the owners were very nice and welcoming to all their guests both adults and children. the breakfast was well prepared and served hot every morning. An excellent choice within the breakfast. Dinning room and bar were superb. The bedrooms well laid out and clean.

Very nice comfortable room kept very clean.we had a very nice breakfast to start our day off. The location was right opposite the harbour with nice sea views and the hosts were excellent and very helpful.
The shower was very small and quite claustrophobic but everything else was fine

Paul and Sarah were outstanding, they was great hosts with superb knowledge and advice of things to do in the area from eating out to going places we never knew about.

Breakfast was great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming always with a smile on their faces.
Paul and Sarah were always willing to help and were very knowledgeable of the local area and what was going on, nothing was too much trouble. Paul's quizzes are a great way to unwind and meet with the other guests, a great stay.
