Vom Hotel ist man zu Fuß schnell in der schönen Altstadt. Das Hotel hat gepasst; das Zimmer war sauber und groß genug. Das Frühstück zur Selbstbedienung war auch in Ordnung. Die Sauna muss kostenpflichtig gebucht werden. Die Tiefgarage kostet 14 EUR pro Tag und sollte rechtzeitig davor reserviert werden. Ich hatte einen der beiden Stellplätze hinter dem Hotel, die das gleiche kosten. Keine volle Punktzahl, denn Luft nach oben gibt es fast immer.

Die Lage war ganz gut, es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum. Und es ist sehr ruhig.
Als wir um 16.30 Uhr (Check-In wäre ab 15 Uhr) im Hotel ankamen hat uns ein netter Herr eingecheckt und uns unsere Zimmer Karten gegeben. Doch im Zimmer angekommen, war dieses noch garnicht fertig und die Reinigungsfrau war noch am putzen. Also wir zurück an die Rezeption, wo uns eine sehr unfreundliche Dame angeblafft hat, dass es ab 15 Uhr sein könnte, dass das Zimmer fertig ist. Hallo??? Das haben wir alle noch nie gehört. Sie war dann leider auch noch sehr unfreundlich zu uns, anstatt uns einfach nett zu bitten noch kurz zu warten, da sie komplett ausgebucht sind. Wir haben gemeint es wäre das mindeste uns ein Getränk auszugeben, das hat sie dann wiederwillig gemacht.
Das Zimmer war dann ca. 20 min später fertig, leider war es für den Preis nicht den Erwartungen entsprechend, es hat sehr muffig gerochen und war nicht wie auch den Bildern.
Beim auschecken standen dann sogar noch unsere 3 Getränke auf der Rechnung, die sie uns eigentlich ausgeben wollte... Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt.

It’s just a walking distance from the city center. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The parking is so much safe and secured. Our room was spacious and has a fridge on it.
Our room was warm that we felt uncomfortable. I’ve complained about it twice but maybe it’s just how it is. We just had to open our windows at night. Still would love to go back considering it’s price and location.

Tt d’abord le grand sourire des hôtesse à l’accueil et le personnel en général, la propreté la déco cocooning et moderne mêlant l’esprit alsacien, l’emplacement top pour aller se balader dans Colmar tout proche et pour la cerise sur le gâteau un parking sous l’hôtel

The location was great! The people was super nice too, everyone super friendly.
The room was very small for two people. I think for one person is great but for too it gets too tight. They didn’t refilled our shower gel or hand soap. So we had very little soap and no shower gel whatsoever in the 2 nights we stayed.

Great location just on the edge of the old town, less than a 5 minute walk. It has a secure parking garage (booking required). Friendly and helpful staff, and a bar service. There was a small and comfortable outside seating area in an inner courtyard.
No restaurant, but this didn't matter as there are many choices nearby.

Everything from the room, staff, facilities to breakfast. Lovely place to stay and a short walk to the centre. Car parking was very secure underneath the hotel.

It was my third stay at Hôtel Turenne and everything was great. I came by train from Basel and in 15-20 min from Colmar Train Station I arrived at the hotel. The small double room was great for 2. I appreciated the kettle and the tea in the room.
In 10 minutes you are in the historical center of Colmar, in 5 minutes you are at the Marché Couvert Colmar, near the hotel are some Boulangeries so the hotel is located close to everything you want. The staff was kind and helped us store our luggage for some hours after the check-out.

The hotel is amazing .The staff ,especially Pascaline on reception ,were so friendly and helpful.The breakfast was fantastic with so much choice.The most comfortable bed really cant fault a single thing.
