Overpriced for the facilities provided.

Room was quiet and bathroom was clean.

The floors felt dirty and carpets throughout the room and hallways were visible stained, smelly, and even crunchy. Walls were dirty and needed repainting. Although the front desk staff were helpful when I arrived, they seemed to have other duties and several times when I went out, there was no one at the desk, no one to give the key to, which, since the keys are kept at the front desk, seemed like a security concern.

the reception staff were lovely, and filled our water bottles uncomplainingly every day quiet location, and we could walk to the Old Town and the lake easily enough

Lovely hotel in a great location 😊

Spotlessly clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and great location. Good breakfast too.

Not enough plug sockets (medical equipment needed to be plugged in next to bed) and no coffee/tea making facilities in room.

Nice little room to sleep in while in Annecy. Staff was great..

Room was nice and was cleaned daily, We stayed for 5 days.. It was a pretty small room though and the fridge was tiny as well. Typical European accommodations though.

I wish they had parking closer, in a better location AND it was included in the cost. Parking is 3 blocks away (about a 5 minute walk) and its in a weird location that you have to open a large gate then drive up a tiny ramp with a curb that sticks way out. And they charge you 7 euro a day for this.

Great location and good value

Great location very close to everything within 5 min. Walk. But secluded enough that it was quiet at all hours. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff willing to help in any way.

Deceiving, doesn`t worth the price

very good location, near the city and near the lake

No value for money. Very small room, lack of plugs near the bed, no hook nor rack in the bathroom, poor wifi (slow and lack of power), no kettle to make a coffee or tea.. It doesn't deserve a 3 stars...

Very good

The place is nice and clean. A few minutes walk to the lake and to the old city. Good breakfast.

Rooms are small. When we came on a holiday all the parking lots were full, but later there was close parking.

The staff specifically David a french guy from Annecy. The most hospitable host I ever met in France.

The AC was a bit low performance but not that of a big issue.

Friendly staff and beautifully designed hotel

The staff were so friendly and helpful. My room was beautiful and exactly like the photos - red accents, very clean and I had a lovely view of the street and mountain in the background. I would come back any time. I chose this hotel on the basis of so many positive reviews and I can attest in the two nights I stayed I’m glad I listened to them. It’s not far away from Lac d’Annecy or old Annecy. Plus I wheeled my suitcase from Gare du Annecy (I believe there is a bus). You won’t regret staying here!

This is a general comment for all hotels really. I’m a big believer in recycling and hate that waste is all in one bin. so I’d love to see recycle bins to seperate waste, whether it be in the room or a central spot on the floors or lobby perhaps. I’d suggest talking to your green-minded staff, especially housekeeping staff who could perhaps formulate solutions that won’t impinge on creating extra work for them. I like that you encourage not to have fresh towels every day but sorting waste for recycling would be even more environmentally friendly (especially if there is organic waste for compost.)

would absolutely stay here again

location was excellent, super close to everything but also not right on top of the town away from huge tourist crowds. very very short walk to the lake and only 7 minutes to the old town

honestly nothing, was perfect for 2 friends and they accommodated us with single beds
