Not the Ritz but then again nether was the room cost.

The location facing the beach is excellent. We were put in a very small room initially. Nothing like the pics on your site but after asking if there was a bigger room, they swapped us with no bother.

Although the location is excellent, the rooms and the balcony are getting a little tired. They could do with a good make over. For example, the balcony furniture has a lot of green algae. Just a little tired

Das Personal war äusserst unfreundlich und ganz und gar nicht hilfsbereit. Die Tischreservierung im Restaurant klappte auch nicht.

Lovely romantic spot for a weekend away.

View was fantastic. Room was good. Being able to lay in bed and see the sea was wonderful.Location was great for the beach . Great having a restaurant bar attached. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Shower temperature and pressure was wonderful.

Fridge did not keep food cold. Shower needs a lower holder as water just sprays to wall. We ordered a double bed and unfortunately we're given twin beds pushed together. They come apart at night. Parking is tricky when weather nice as people visiting the beach use the parking.

Beautiful room with an awesome view right on the beach. Most of the staff friendly.

Some of the staff I found a little unfriendly, maybe she had a bad day. Getting the bill took a little too long.

The location on the beach. A large room (tripple) with comfortable bathroom.

No hallway - entering room through hotel terrace. Light on terrace near room not working. Bed collapsed while sleeping. The hotel is rated 4 stars but appears to be 3-.

Relaxing and really enjoyable.

Stunning location , right on the beach. big comfortable room. very friendly staff. Food exceptional.

Bizarrely the toilet roll holder is locked and very difficult to get at. Bring your own.

we have stayed at this property 4 times, nice location, but rooms on 2nd floor have not a private balcony, Also shower in Bath not ideal for over 70's Rooms could be upgraded a bit as they are very comfortable but need decoration.

Exceptional

The location was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was easy to access town center and the rest of Brittany.

We wish there was at least one operable window. The bath/shower setup was challenging.

Loved this ocean front hotel.

The setting was magnificent, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant, bar and terraces stunning. We stayed in 3 different rooms: on our arrival date we were in room 1, a deluxe room, which was much too small. The next day, we were moved for 5 nights to the Glenan suite, a large apartment one floor up with a large living area, a nice bedroom with a king-size bed, a decent main bath, and a small second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a small bath. The suite had an enormous private terrace. Except for the tub and shower floors, which were very slick, the suite is one of the best hotel rooms I’ve experienced in Europe. We spent our last 2 nights in room 3, a junior suite on the ground floor. It was smaller than I like, but acceptable for a couple of nights. The footing in all three tubs, and the shower in the Glenan suite, were treacherously slick. The hotel really needs to correct that condition before a guest slips and is seriously injured.

Bathtub and shower floors were dangerously slippery.

The staff as always were excellent and of course the location is superb

The bathroom, absolute disaster!!! The bedroom wooden cooking was coming up, very dangerous

potentially a lovely hotel , but it seemed unloved and uncared for

wonderful position and gorgeous private balcony

the entrance and bar area were scruffy and not not up to standard. the lift stank of fish and cheese. I complained but nothing was done. the hotel parking was a long way from hotel up a steep hill.

Great views just outside town.

The view was great, straight out over the beach. The room was modern and clean.

There was only on street parking and the room was on the small side.

Superb

Ocean view was amazing, good restaurant.

The balcony is shared with the floor, they should have put barriers. Also the shower head was terrible.

the view and access to the beach the restaurant quality, we ate there almost everyday the buffet breakfast quality, excellent! the service was very effective, plenty of staff and friendly

no private parking close to the hotel, not easy to park quite far from the city, you should rent a bike the air con was not working very well, it is a bit old the bed comfort is average the seafood smell in the elevator and stairway coming from the restaurant kitchen

So glad we stayed there again.

2nd time at hotel for us- this time for our anniversary. Everything was perfect, our rooms and our dinner. Staff was nice too.

An enjoyable 2 night stay

Great location, lovely restaurant. Friendly & helpful staff.

We were allocated room 106 - very small - ok for a day or so but small for a holiday. Breakfast quite expensive for what was provided.
