This very roomy two bedroom, well-appointed home is situated in the heart of the South Florida Gold Coast just 20 minutes from the beach and Hard Rock Casino, close to several major malls, golf courses and a limitless choice of great restaurants. Relax in the Tiki Hut bar with your favorite beverage after you have worked on your tan on one of the sun lounges and taken a dip in the sparkling pool. Throw some shrimp skewers on the gas grill and then dine poolside on the patio South Florida style. The home has been remodeled with all the latest comforts including central air conditioning and new leather furniture. The large open kitchen features indirect lighting and new appliances and is open to the dining area that seats six. The family room opens to the pool deck and the sparkling, full size heated pool (heating optional at $20/day) and expansive deck area which is the ideal setting for family fun in the Florida sun. The Florida room is equipped with Big Screen HDTV and convertible, full-size sleeper/sofa as well as a work station for your laptop. The master bedroom has a queen bed with plush memory foam mattress, HDTV, vanity and ensuite full bath while the second bedroom suite is also queen size with memory foam. A roll-away twin bed as well as a pack 'n play and high chair are also available upon request at time of booking. Also secure free WIFI is included for the all important internet connection. The home is SUPER SANITIZED according to CDC standards before every arrival. Our stay was easy and fun. Having access to the private pool proved invaluable for our non-swimming children. Heating in the cooler months is a must! Communication with the owners was easy, quick and pleasant at all times. The welcome basket upon arrival was a special treat.

This property was an absolute dream to stay at. The location was perfect and we used the grill multiple times and stayed in the pool all day. The owners of this property are super sweet and respond promptly! 10/10 would stay here again.

This property was AMAZING. The house was very well equipped from beach towels & beach chairs to pots pans & dishes, comfortable beds & new appliances. Very well kept. The pool area is AWESOME. Heated pool, tiki bar area, floats & beautiful scenery. The owners are very easy to communicate with. Will definitely go back.

This was our first time renting a private home, & this home really exceeded our expectations! I almost booked a hotel, & I’m so glad that I didn’t! We can’t wait to go back! Communication was awesome, we really didn’t need to communicate while we were there, it literally felt like our own home! Aldi & Walmart are very close by. Every time we left the property, we were so anxious to get back & enjoy the awesome pool! My son taught himself how to swim with confidence & we will forever remember that! We were very pleased and have to say there is a lot more space than may appear in the photos. Very simple check in and check out. Clean, comfortable space. Quiet neighborhood. Prompt refund of the security deposit. The pool cleaning team was there when we arrived so we enjoyed it immensely. The entire backyard is essentially completely private visually from the neighbors so it's a perfect place to take a break and relax in the sun. This was our first trip since the end of 2019 as many others in their guest journal mentioned and we agree that this place was just what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
