Friendly staff, can help you with Sim cards. Very clean and well equiped rooms. They offer very good breakfast for 50.000Dong (Vietnamese Coffee + pho) or 40.000Dong (Vietnamese Coffee + sticky rice). Hotel is situated in quiet alley.

Unfriendly staff. Instead of helping with the busses, they started arguing. Also seen it happening to other guests. In addition, the room was really humid. It felt like sleeping in a wet bed.

The owner was very helpful and ensured we could check in at 3am, exchange money to get Kip and book us seats on the bus to Laos. Rooms were decent size and clean.

The mattress still had a plastic cover making the bed a bit uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn't work but thankfully we didn't need it.

We only been there for 1 night. Initially we booked 2 nights but we changed our plans, so we went with night bus to hanoi and not with the day bus to sa pa. It wasn't a big deal to reduce one night, what we really appreciated. The lady who runs this accommodation is kind and booked us a bus to hanoi, sure it's a bit more expensive than if your booking on your own, but for us it was ok. She also has a small restaurant next to the accommodation. We have eaten there, but it looked good.

Nice position, low price

Probably I got one of the bad rooms, so check at least a couple of different rooms if you don't like the first. Booked a superior but I got a room with no windows, dust everywhere, hot water not working, killed insects on the walls and a thin, very thin mattress

This Guesthouse is everything you need for a short trip to Dien Bien Phu, the family running the place is amazing, open to discussion, the wife talk good english :). The childrens are so nice and the Father is great. The rooms were super clean, don't expect palace it's a guesthouse. But a 5 stars gueshouse. If you need a scooter, they rent some at really fair price, you need a beer just get one in the fridge in the lobby, you need some food: they run the restaurant of the hotel, you need a bus ride, they know everyone in the city. I higly recomment this family run guesthouse if you need to reach Laos from the Dien Bien Phu border. (remember to have you Laos et Vietnam visa beforehand because they don't do visa at this border.

Well some other guest were a bit noisy at 5-6am one morning, but not the fault of the host.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant next door for breakfast and they also did our laundry overnight. The location is good with the town centre about 10 minutes walk. We were on the fourth floor and it was quite quiet.

The room was a bit tired and could have done with a thorough clean.

It is a very nice hotel, everything works good, hot shower, they have even an elevator.
