موقعه مناسب وقريب من المسجد النبوي وقريب من مدخل مصليات النساء.

كان حجزي بدون إفطار.

اتمنى اعادة تصميم الشقة لانها كبيرة جدا ولا يوجد بها الا غرفتين نوم،الأثاث قديم يجتاج الى تجديد.

Very satisfactory stay

Everything was good. Very tasty food ,super helpful and amazingly professional staff. Head of Concierge and Muhammed Ali(Concierge)were so helpful.

Nothing in particular but better furnishings/decor of the living room and the kitchenette arrangement may give a better feeling.

Rooms need to renovate. Stayed in Room 326 for 2 days , got smell in bathroom. For next 3 days, Moved to Room 426 and fine.

Overall, it wasn't that bad, since the objective was to visit Al Madina.

Very good breakfast, Nice and helpful staff, got a 3-bedroom apartment, clean, suitable for big families.

Old Hotel and furniture, i was disappointed with the room condition, i am sure it use to be the best hotel in town but now it's too old, old carpet which is not healthy especially for people with allergies or asthma.

Very helpful staff and very good location.

Location is excellent at the very heart of Medina. Staff especially door staff were extremely helpful. One of them excelled in assisting me. Reception staff are also helpful. During my stay I also received a telephone call or two from hotel staff to see whether I needed anything; which is a very good example of personal attention.

Hotel does not have gymn facilities.

A nice place with a close proximity to haram

Nice place with close proximity to Alharam.

Car parking was not provided even though it was mentioned in the booking request. The corridor to the rooms needs some attention,

Walking distance from Haram, good food and careless receptionists.

Location is 8 minutes walking from Haram, house keeping staff are very cooperative and helpful. Staff at the restaurant are very decent and showing hospitality. Also quality of food and variety are excellent.

The front office/ reception Staff are careless and helpless. Seems they are not getting the same training like staff at the restaurant. Only two elevators are serving the lower floors, creating long waiting specially during prayer times. Restaurant area is very small and gets crowded during Ramadan.

the Location was great!

Clearly not a 5 star hotel! they ask you for feedbacks and then when you give them they ask you not to put the real feedbacks on booking and to give them at least a 8 otherwise they will have problems

لا يوجد فرن في المطبخ و هو شيء اساسي ليكون المطبخ مكتمل. الموظفين بلغونا انه ممنوع من الدفاع المدني.

the hotel is significantly overpriced for the old facilities offred

I have chosen Dar Al Higra for the near location to Haram, BUT is is overpriced for the facilities offered. On checked in after midnight in I asked for non-smoking room and was told that they don't have. At the same time, another customer arrived and asked for smoking room and was told that they don't have either. When entered the room: it was very strong smelly smoking room! limited space with three beds squeezed in twin bedded room. I checked with reception and told that there are no other room available! The room facility was old with hardly any maintenance for many years and broken equipment (i have a photo of the broken iron). I would not recommend Dr Al Higra for other customer at this price!

الافطار خارج اجرة الغرفه ومع ذلك مضطر للافطار قبل الخروج لكنه لا يتناسب مع الشرقيين يصلح للجاليه الهنديه والباكستانيه

حسب العرض المتفق عليه موقف السيارات محمل وعند الوصول تم دفع رسوم لادخال السيارة بالمواقف

الموقع مناسب وغير بعيد جهة أبواب النساء ضيافة القهوة بشكل مستمر النظافة ممتازة وخاصة أننا في الدور الأول غرفة 123 كان التنظيف ممتاز

حصل بعض التأخير البسيط حتى تم تسليمنا الغرفة ومواقف السيارات كانت بمبلغ لكن مش كبير 50 ريال باليوم

Great location but dated property for a big name chain

The building is in an excellent position, a few mins walk from one the main gates to Masjid Nabawi - also - at the start of the main fast food joints so after doing the religious things - you can get some great street food right on your door step.

The property is dated… the hotel acknowledges it and has pictures up of what it will look like after an eventual refurb.

Amazing location, service and rooms decor could be improved.

The location and breakfast

Room was very dark. Dark interior and not much daylight. Windows had grill so you could not open them more than an inch or two. We also paid for 3 days including breakfast but as we were leaving midnight, we were going to miss the breakfast which we had already paid for. I spoke to the manager and asked him if we could have a dinner in the hotel and the give us some discount for the price of breakfast. The manager refused and said that they would only provide us with a food box before we leave. Food box didn't arrive until very late, almost 5 minutes before our taxi was coming. Inside the food box was couple of buns, few cheese slices, two small croissants and two bottles of water. It wasn't very nice trying to shove it down your throat in a hurry.

Overall a pleasant stay. But a bit short on expectation considering it's a IHG property.

The staff especially at the reception were very nice. The breakfast was as expected backed by good service. The location was excellent, quite close to haram. They had both a kettle and a coffee machine in the room.

We were upgraded to a suite. The suite was spacious but the furniture had seen better days. Not what is expected from IHG. I believe they have plans for renovation but it should have been done long back.

Great place to stay near the masjid of the Prophet (peace be upon him)

It was an amazing experience, the rooms were spacious and breakfast was delicious with so many choices everyday! The location is good (which I was worried before coming), it took 2-3 minutes (with a baby and a toddler) by walking to enter the masjid gate, never felt like an issue. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff, they were very helpful throughout our stay. After having a super long flight to Madina, it felt great to relax and unwind and enjoy the stay and praying at the haram. Would happily recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay in Madina.

It was quite rewarding and marvellous, the courtesy of the staff is wonderful.

The Hotel exceptionally exceeds my expectation, the staff are courteous and always willing to assist. Everywhere is clean and smells good, the breakfast is full of varieties and delicious. The distance to the Masjid is marvellous while food court is just beside the Hotel. I will recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation.

Highly recommended and Intercontinental always has big rooms at Haram and an excellent location

Our stay was delightful. The spacious suites and living rooms comfortably accommodated us. The hotel's proximity to Haram, around 500 meters, was convenient. The area was pleasant, and the staff were exceptionally nice and friendly. The breakfast offered a variety of food, meeting everyone's expectations.

The only drawback was the slightly outdated decor; however, a new renovation would be promising.

Sehr sauber, personal sehr professionell und freundlich. Die Lage ist super gut. Das Hotel zum empfehlen

Das Essen war im Vergleich zu sonstigen Lokalen im Gebiet überdurchschnittlich okay, aber nicht für 5 Sterne Hotel. Croissant und Brötchen nicht frisch. Das Hotel hat uns das Taxi bestellt, es wurde uns gesagt dass das Auto neu ist aber leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht. War die Reise unangenehm. Wir haben 450 Riyal bezahlt.

Overall,it was a good stay

Amazing location, reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast spread was quite nice too.

The air-conditioning in the room we stayed was a bit dysfunctional, cooled more than required.
