The hotel is amazing, so clean the rooms are small but more than adequate and just the perfect location.

The staff are very warm and friendly and go above and beyond to make everyone welcome.

The hotel is in a quiet location but only about 5 minutes walk from the town and lakefront. Very welcoming and helpful staff, spacious clean room. Having a kettle in the room was a bonus. Lovely fresh food at breakfast. Would stay here again.

Some slight road noise at the back of the hotel but nothing significant.

Room slightly dated and not too big Bed was ok but a bit scuffed on the surrounds. Bathroom very clean but quite small

Breakfast was excellent, great choice of cereal, fruit, pastries, cheese, meats hot and cold items. Coffees, teas juice and water. Staff super friendly couldn’t do enough for us as a family. Very polite and helpful.

Evening meals a little hit and miss. Some excellent, some ok. Usually something to suit on the menu though. Bar service of a night time excellent, special shout out to Mary and Helena who looked after us and couldn’t do enough for us long after everyone had gone to bed.

It was perfect and the staff were so lovely and I was very clean , in a great location.

Price/value ratio was excellent. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious, air conditioning worked perfectly, the public areas very well maintained. Pool area was cozy and also well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and a special thanks to the waiter/manager who made our stay extra special. He is the golden standard of customer service! Try to order "americano booster" during breakfast!

Check out quite early at 10 am but they let us stay in the pool area as long as we wanted and to use the shower. The bed mattresses were quite hard for my liking but it was nice to have two pillows!
