Upscale resort, secluded from the main town loved the private beach, bicyles to get around.

the property was beautiful , the restaurant made wonderful cocktails and the food was delicious. The private beach for the resort was easily accessible to the one swimming pool. There is a second swimming pool that is by the tennis courts. Very beautiful grounds and staff

The Room described in the Booking.com was not accurate, so we were disappointed that we did not have a garden to sit and walk to the beach. The room was a third floor unit with no elevator and did have a balcony and not as close to the beach.

Have been in love with the place for many years and enjoyed a lot previous stays.

First night stayed at a room on a third floor that I didn't expect for the price and didn't even have hot water! Had to ask to be moved to another room.

Beautiful resort with nice amenities, near a great beach town

The resort is beautiful with very friendly and helpful staff. Our villa was very spacious and comfortable with just a 2 minute walk to the beach, pools, and restaurant. The restaurant was amazing with delicious food and a beautiful open-air space with a view of the beach. We loved taking advantage of the beach cabanas and complementary snorkeling equipment. We rented a car for the trip which allowed us to explore Isabela with it's great beachfront bars & restaurants that are no more than 10 minutes away.

Walls are pretty thin in the villas so you are definitely going to hear anyone around you.

Stay and location was wonderful fully worth what your paying just have shampoo and soap

Great stay very quiet location, restaurant eclipse could do better food quality for what your paying, but deserts are amazing. 8/10

Breakfast was okay but to many flies on the area, dinner time could use alittle bit better detail to how they cook the food had lamb and taco both were not as desired

It was alright.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Beautiful facility. Nice pools. Eclipse restaurant was delicious.

They use leaf blowers non stop. If you enjoy quiet this is not the place to go. Hours of leaf blowing right outside your door. Neighbors played their own music loud too. Housekeeping took a long time to come on the day we requested. Gave my husband a childrens size scuba mask instead of an adult size.

I was very dissatisfied-:( This was our second time ( first time was for a wedding) at this resort,and we ended up paying a lot of money to stay in this place after both of my parents have died. we wanted Peace) The gym is disgusted very old-fashioned the restaurant can use a lot of worki.the pool was not working closed our entire stay here for eight (8) days ..and the room is nothing of what we expected.the villa ..and was also not what we had hoped for.Had to move to get a villa ,ocean view,and it was less spacious,and a lot more expensive.The staff,was amazing.Worked very had to accommodate every guest. i would definitely not come back to this resort.

Beautiful location and wonderful staff!

Private Beach, location to Jobos for restaurants and activities. Room stayed wonderfully cool the whole stay.

The walk to the beach from the room as longer than expected. The bed was noisy and uncomfortable along with low quality pillows. No ice maker near the rooms or complimentary bottle waters provided for guests. On-site restaurant is delicious but expensive.

TLDR; The images on social media and Booking websites do not represent the facilities

The staff was friendly - let us check in 3 hours early and check out 1 hour later. They also kept our luggage for us after we checked out. Restaurant - solid food quality and choices. We ate there five times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Shower - good water pressure.

The pool - this hotel only has ONE pool. Booking.com continues to market it as a property with two pools, and it is not. We changed our booking (tried to cancel but were told we could not) specifically because we were concerned about the pool, and the reviews from early spring are correct, there is only one small pool. We were told several times that the pool would be open by the time of our booking, up until the day we checked in. The room - the rooms are basic. There is a huge disconnect between what is on Instagram and Booking.com. The double rooms are basic and dated. There are insects, too. Trash cans - Very difficult to find on the property, and there’s only one small one in the bathroom. You also have to request housekeeping, so it’s tough to keep having to go to communal trash can far from the property to keep the space clean. Staff is not present - the communal facilities are not monitored by staff. The pool rules said no music systems or babies with diapers, and there were both. We weren’t able to flag down a member of staff to notify them, and the WhatsApp hotline seemed to be automated.

Gorgeous way to visit the west part of Puerto Rico

The beach was absolutely beautiful. Good for surfing, if you're into that. Waves were strong. Snorkeling possible off the beach too. Beds on the beach were open for use, didn't need to be reserved. The Eclipse restaurant was delicious. All the meals were amazing. Most amazing part was the staff in the restaurant. Every single person was friendly, smiled, helpful, and they work so very hard. I watched them work for 8+ hrs daily, and consistently pleasant and helpful. Snorkel equipment and bikes available too.

Not really the place to come and hang at the pool, if thats what you want. also, its more beach accessible, than beach front. Only a few of the units truly have beach views from your place. Also, its more like a community of people who own condos/apartments, then put them in the rental pool, so the units are very different.

do not stay here

$350 a night for a room that provides absolutely no water to their guests. my flight arrived at 2:20 in the morning I got to the hotel at 3 am. There was no water available and nothing was available in the room. I had to wait the next morning which at that point they wouldn’t even deliver it they insisted I go to the restaurant to get it. the room did not smell good and all when I arrived. landscaping of course started very early and so I got woken up by the sound of lawn mowers and what sounded like a weed wacker and leaf blower, loud machines right outside for about 2 hours. very unpleasant. the rooms are very basic, old and outdated. they look less like a Villa and more like a condominium vibe. very different from the pictures listed on the site. i will never stay again.
