Situated in a good location, clean and wonderful staff
No ordinary Complimentary water drinks in the fridge and no biscuit and tea in the room.

Tudo limpo, cama muito confortável, quarto e casa de banho muito espaçosos! Parque de estacionamento e elevador.
Tudo muito cheiroso, desde da entrada do hotel, aos quartos.
A falta de simpatia dos funcionários.

Room smelt of stale cigarettes
Receptionist just stood and offered no help to a man with a broken leg trying to use the rotating door that wasn’t working.
Also cigarette burns on the spare blanket that also smelt of stale smoke.

El desayuno está bien, bastante completo.
Reserve una hab con cama de matrimonio por booking.com y me dieron una Twin. Esperaron a avisarme de esto cuando ya se había pasado el periodo de cancelación gratuito. Obviamente cuando sugerí cancelar me dijeron que tendría que pagar todo si no iba.
Una vez allí me ofrecieron como alternativa una hab para minusválidos la cuando no me quedé así que tuve que ir a la Twin. La hab tenía un ruido constante proveniente del techo así que no pudimos dormir bien.

Excelente lugar para descansar. Instalaciones impecables, personal muy amable y sitio que respeta mucho el tema del ruido. Nos encantó.

La ubicación , y que tenia parking para clientes
Para ser un hotel de 4* , estaba bastante anticuado en decoración y las instalaciones del baño bastante descuidadas . La calidad de el colchón no era la adecuada para su categoría, en comparación con los hoteles de la misma categoría en los que me he alojado.

There was no bar open in the day due to renovation which is ok but they should inform as we arrived but couldn’t get any drinks

We liked the comfort of the room, the bed, the attention to details, the fact that the hotel was in a quiet area and it was very good for relaxing. Everything was very clean and well maintained, the staff was joyful and the free parking was a huge plus.

Room was clean and a reasonable size. Bathroom clean and modern. Breakfast had a variety of items to choose from.
The bar located in the hotel reception area did not open or serve drinks until 8.00pm which was disappointing. We were hoping for a pre dinner drink and had to wait 45 minutes until the bar was open with limited choice. Also the table we sat on near the window in the bar area was very dusty and had not been cleaned.

Bed was rather comfortable. There is a free parking near the hotel.
Hotel really need renovation… On the photos it looks much better, but in reality it is worse (( And it is noisy if you want to sleep with open window.

Everything was great: parking, comfortable room and bed, big windows overlooking trees and NO TRAFFIC NOICE. Staff was very helpful and nice. A short walk to Getafe Centro and the trains, only 20 minutes to central Madrid. Quiet neighbourhood.
