Nestled in North Forest Beach, this charming house for $1,509 per night is a great option for your next trip. Built in 2020, this new 8 bedroom, 8 full bath, 2 half bath 4th row ocean house is designed for multiple families and large groups to enjoy the easy life at one of the most relaxing beaches in the country. This home is the same structure, size and bedroom configuration as our sister property right next store at 32 north forest beach (VRBO 2020220). We also own the 6 bedroom at 105 Jacana Street in North Forest Beach (VRBO 2600196). The house sleeps 24 people with a configuration that is very flexible: - 5 King suites with King beds and private full bathrooms - 2 rooms with Queen beds connected by a double vanity Jack and Jill bathroom - 3rd floor "Bunk Room" with 3 sets of twin bunk beds plus 1 double bed and 2 full bathrooms - 2nd floor TV/Sitting room with a pull out sofa that can sleep an additional 2 people. The pool faces East so it gets sun all day and beach is a 3 minute walk!!! Our area has no condo or resort buildings so the beach is never overcrowded. Coligny Circle (grocery, restaurants, and shopping) is a 3 minute bike ride or a 5 minute walk. The large outdoor living space has everything you need to enjoy long days by the pool or the beach, both in and out of the sun. Outdoor area includes private pool with spa, huge screened in porch, covered sitting area with smart TV, covered eating area, covered ping pong table and corn hole, gas grill, plenty of beach chairs, and an outdoor shower with hot water!!!. There is a conveniently located half bath, refrigerator, and ice machine at the pool level as well. Load up the wagon, grab the beach chairs, fill your cooler and make the 3 minute walk to one of the best beaches on the east coast all without having to go back inside the house. The main floor is designed for everybody to socialize together in the open floor plan: Large kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and 4 seat island counter; large living room with 10 person sectional couch and huge smart TV; 14+ person dining table; and fireplace are all connected in a large open Great Room that opens up to a huge screened in porch. Everybody can eat, relax, and recline together. There is a half bathroom on the main floor. The kitchen comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker as well. The third floor bunk room is specifically designed for kids. There are 7 total beds and 2 full bathrooms. All of the showers are now fully enclosed with glass doors and the carpeting upstairs has been replaced by luxury flooring Packing for your stay at 34 North Forest Beach is a breeze. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a summer BBQ or Thanksgiving feast for your entire family. There are 12 full size pool/beach towels for all your outdoor needs. We have a collapsable wagon, a cooler, and 12 folding beach chairs so you are all set for days at the beach. The house even has 2 sets of washers/dryers. For our guests with young kids we have a high chair and a pack and play so no need to lug those either. Getting around this house is easy. The elevator runs from the ground level to the second floor of the house to make it hassle-free to transport luggage and navigate this large home. Perfect for grandparents and those with mobility issues. There are washers/dryers on both the main and second floor so no dragging laundry baskets up and down the stairs. There is plenty for the kids to do when they aren't at the pool or the beach. The upstairs TV room has a pull out couch and two chairs, a flat screen TV, and plenty of space for the kids to lounge around. Downstairs by the pool we have ping pong, corn hole, and connect 4, all perfect for rain delays or when everybody needs some time out of the sun. There are 11 smart TVs including 2 on the pool deck so streaming is always available. The WiFi signal is strong as it is boosted by the Google home points system. There is space for 6 vehicles, 2 of which can park in the garage. Hilton Head does enforce the limits on # of cars. No more than 4 cars can be parked in the driveway and cars cannot be parked on the grass or areas around the driveway. Parking off the driveway could result in your car getting towed. Hilton Head does enforce the 10pm-7am "quiet period” noise ordinance. If you are going to be in the pool, hot tub, or screened in porch after 10pm, just make sure to keep music down and noise to a minimum. For those with limited mobility, Hilton Head provides complimentary beach wheelchairs. To reserve a beach wheelchair, visit hiltonheadislandsc.gov/beach/accessibility For our guests we have a discount for your bike/golf cart needs. We also have discounts at Shipyard, Port Royal, and Oyster Reef golf courses. Details will be provided in advance of your stay so you can have bikes/golf carts waiting for you when you arrive and tee times booked. Although pets are not permitted, there are several well-rated pet resorts nearby, including Southpaw Pet Resort, Evergreen Pet Lodge, Dog Dynasty, and All About Pets. A good location walkable to the beach, a lot of bedrooms, great screened porch, pool and hot tub. Owners are very responsive. There are minor changes that could be done to make the house more functional (a door on the bunk room to limit noise and give privacy, more kitchen towels, end tables & lamps for each side of the bed, etc) but we loved our stay and would rent again!

Property was perfect for large groups. We had 15 people ranging from 7-78 and everyone had plenty of space. Well stocked kitchen with extra pantry space. The owner and property manager were extremely easy to contact if needed. The location of the house was well suited on the island but not a direct path to the beach. We had to walk down the main road (only 2-3 houses down) to get to a road with a beach path. We road bikes mainly and there was easy access to the bike path just across the street. Close to Coligny Plaza for shopping and dining. Overall, I would highly recommend this property!

Great house and floorplan. Home was clean and easily accommodated our large group of friends and family. Great outdoor space with pool and hot tub and Coligny square. with easy access to beach and Coli. Only had some minor issues with use of an older grill and a pool light.

My wife and I took our growing family (4 daughters and their 4 spouses/significant others) plus 4 grandchildren - total of 14, for our first ever week-long family vacation. Every aspect of our time on Hilton Head and at this beautiful house exceeded our expectations. Too many positive highlights to mention them all, but a few stood out:
A. Adam (owner) and Rena (property manager) were great! Helpful and reachable.
B. All adult bedrooms had their own full bath. HUGE plus.
C. We paid to have the pool heated. Another great feature as the little ones really enjoyed the pool.
D. Loved the huge, bar-top height dining table. All 10 of us ate dinner together with room to spare.
E. Morning coffee on the screened in porch really got the day off to a nice start.
F. Short walk to beach AND town for lunch, shopping and ice cream
G. Generous supply of beach and pool toys to use...only recommendation is if there were 2 or 3 beach umbrellas available.
H. The spare frig in garage another nice plus...we kept it full of beverages most of the week!!
I could go on, but it's fair to say we will be talking about our amazing Hilton Head family vacation at this property for many years to come. And I can say with certainty we will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Lighthouse!
We arrived to an immaculately clean HOME—not just a house, which was perfect for our many grandchildren and adults alike. We had a fantastic time at the beach—a short three minute walk away—as well as fun in the well-maintained pool and hot tub, not to mention the large screened in porch.
And the kindness and hospitality we experienced was unprecedented—from Heather’s welcome card and bottle of wine that greeted us (a first in the 25+ years we have been Vrbo-ing!), to the property manager, Rena, dropping by upon arrival to ensure we knew how to operate the many amenities, to Adam checking in with us before, during, and after our stay to be sure all was well—which it most definitely was.
The Lighthouse is a gem, and we were fortunate to find this treasure!

This was our first vacation which included my two sisters, their families, my children and grandchildren! It was everything we were hoping for! Great weather, great location and a beautiful home! My 5 year old grandson said it was the best house ever and cried the night before we left! They all wanted to stay! There was plenty of room and we had 12 adults and 4 children! The beach was a short walk, very easy! There is everything there you would need for the beach! The property owner was in contact and very accommodating! The property manager was outstanding! We would highly recommend staying at this property!

We take regular vacations with our grown children and their children. This was one of our favorites! Our group was nine adults and five children…there was ample room for the adults to have their privacy and plenty of space for the cousins to connect. Pool was a generous size and lots of pool toys. Also enough beach chairs and sand toys for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped with Decent cookware And plenty of dinnerware, flatware, and glassware for indoors and out. We rented bikes and a golf cart which made it easy to get around. The beach access was a quick 3 minute walk. The house manager was very helpful with any issues we had… I feel like I made a new friend In Miss Rena 😊. Don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful vacation home in Hilton Head…we’ll be back for sure!

This was our first time with any vacation rental property and 34 North Forest Beach and Adam were amazing! I had many questions and Adam was always prompt with a reply and made the whole process so easy and seamless. The property manager, Rena, was also very helpful during the week.
This house was perfect for our family of 18 ranging in age from 2 to 86. The kitchen had everything you needed for making meals for a large group. It even included a large griddle for our pancake breakfast one morning. The main floor open area was perfect for all of us to hang out together. We loved the huge dining room table that accommodated all of us for meals. The screened in area outside the family room was perfect for our morning coffee or to enjoy the fortunately rare outburst of rain. The bedrooms were nice sized and the many bathrooms made it so easy for showers after the beach. The pool was a great size compared to others we saw in Hilton Head. Our pool volleyball games were a blast! The outdoor areas with ping pong and corn hole were also a hit. We didn’t use the hot tub since it was July but know that this would be amazing for cooler weather.
The proximity to the beach made it so easy. Just a couple of minutes to a beautiful beach with the warmest ocean water I’ve ever felt! The beach towels, beach chairs and wagon that were provided made our frequent trips to the beach so easy and so fun!
I would 1000% recommend 34 North Forest Beach and hope to return for another trip!

We enjoyed our 2nd stay at the Lighthouse! It fulfills our needs for 22 family members!! It is close to Coligny and a short walk to the beach!
The kitchen is very well supplied and the pool area is great — nice to have a bathroom by the pool!

We have stayed at several houses in North Forest Beach area and this house is now our favorite! House is huge and plenty of room for our large extended family gathering. Everyone loved the large pool and easy access to beach. Really appreciated the Owner and Property Manager checking in to ensure all was fine. Will definitely look to return.

Great house for large families! We had rain off and on for most of the week. It was nice to have a very spacious screened porch and undercover area with ping pong etc. The layout of the house worked really well for our family of 21, including 11 grandchildren ages 2-8. The kids had a blast, which means we did too!

My three-generation family has vacationed in the North Forest Beach area for many years. This house is the best we’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of common spaces, indoors and outdoors. Owners and property manager were very responsive and communicated regularly. We hope to stay here again soon!!

I cannot imagine a better house for an active family than 34 North Forest Beach. The accommodations were just as presented in the VRBO description. This home is VERY well taken care of and spacious:) Our adult kids and grandchildren voted this our number one choice ever and we all have vowed to return. We paid to heat the pool and in late May it was wonderful. Definitely rent bikes for the whole family because it is so easy and fun to get on the bike path right across the street and ride down to Coligny shopping and eateries or go around the corner and ride on the beach! We feel very blessed to have spent a week here with our family.

This house was perfect for our extended family vacation! Plenty of room, a huge table we could all fit at, and just the right number of en-suite king bedrooms and bathrooms. The bunk room even had two full bathrooms in it. The pool area was great. Lots of places all over the property to hang out and catch up. Several of us worked during the day, and it was no problem finding quiet spaces to do that. The kitchen was well stocked, and the owner even sent me pictures and a video of everything that was in the kitchen cabinets and drawers so we would know if we had to bring anything else. So helpful! Rena the property manager was super helpful and quick to respond whenever we had a question. She even dropped by when we first arrived to show us how things worked. Short walk to the beach (maybe 3 minutes), and a little further walk to shops and restaurants (maybe 10 minutes). 5 minute drive to a Publix. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family LOVED our trip to Hilton Head. We had 11 people, ages 2 through 59, and yet sometimes it felt like no one else was in the house. The house has a great floor plan! People can spread out and have their space and then come together to swim, walk the beach (3 minute walk), or walk to the shops and restaurants on the trail (7 minute walk). We paid for pool heat, which made the water hard to get out of. Many times when we pay for heat, it’s hard to tell it’s on. This pool was like bath water! Comfy beds, clean and great location, what more could you want? Adam and Rena were awesome, very responsive! Look forward to returning to The Lighthouse!

We had a spectacular time at the house! It is very clean, very well maintained, many wonderful amenities, location is exceptional and much more. The owner and property manager are truly excellent!! They communicated extremely well, Property Manager walked us through the house explaining everything and also sharing insights on local activities. The location is terrific within a very short distance of the beach, shopping, food, etc. We have stayed at many Vrbo vacation homes over many years and this was the best experience we've had!! Very, very highly recommend it!!

This was our third stay at the Lighthouse property, and another incredible experience. Plenty of room for six families, all with young children. Great location, very short walk to the beach and easy walk or bike ride to groceries, food, shopping, ice cream. Communication with Rena and Adam was outstanding as always, we will be back!

I consider myself an expert at finding vacation houses on VRBO. Over the years I’ve been renting off this site I know what to look for and what to avoid. I mention that as this house was much better than expected.
For one the house is a shorter walk to the beach as described. Best though it’s only a 5-7 minute walk to lots of shopping and dining. We would walk the pedestrian path to Coligny Plaza and after walk back to the house on the beach - a perfect lap if you will.
We had 16 people and the space was perfect for all ranges of kids, quiet adults who read and those that like hanging on the porch.
Too many great things to list so just know it’s a must rent in my book. The owner and his property manager were beyond excellent.
Can’t say enough good stuff about our spring break trip to this house!

We just returned from staying at the lighthouse for a week with my college tennis teams! The house and location were perfect for our stay in Hilton Head. The layout of the house was great, with plenty of room for 20 people find there own space and it was equipped with all the things you’ll need for a week long stay. The owner and property manager were great to work with and were always available if needed, and checked in during our stay. If you’re looking for a large house in Hilton Head Island for a large family to stay in that’s close to the beach and Coligny, no need to look any further than the lighthouse!

Our large extended family rang in the New Year at the North Forest Beach home. It was the perfect backdrop to our Hilton Head Island stay. Our family included 4 grandparents, two teens (16 & 19), 2 young children (6 & 2), and adults. We all loved the house. The house was clean and well appointed. I've stayed in numerous rentals and by far this was the best stocked kitchen in regards to the quality and quantity of cookware, plates, drinkware, utensils, and appliances. However make sure you shopping list includes basics like salt, pepper, oil, sugar, and cleaning supplies as none of these items are in the home. We opted to pay for the pool to be heated and so glad we did! The teens also enjoyed the ping pong table. The house is in a great location: close to the beach, a walking/biking path, and an easy walk to Coligny Circle (restaurants, shops, grocery). Plenty of room to spread out in the house which is beautiful. We only had 2 very small issues which were corrected within 24 hours. Both Rena and Adam were so responsive, helpful, and welcoming. We were also greeted by a lovely welcome gift. We had such a good time that we are hoping to return soon for another stay at the North Forest Beach home.

Our family of 14 adults and five children occupied this VRBO home and it was a perfect match for such a large family gathering. All correspondence or request to Rena, the property manager, or Adam Ross was immediately responded to. We collectively give this VRBO a 10 out of 10. They left a beautiful bottle of wine & a welcoming note upon our arrival & each bathroom had a small sachel with soap & shampoo. Despite a recent hurricane, the home & grounds were clean & ready for our arrival on time (even a bit early). A few things that would have made things easier as guests and new arrivals to the area would have been a basket containing "mini" basic essentials such as laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, coffee filters, cream rinse & salt/pepper. Most basic essentials are typically found in a hotel suite so we expected a VRBO with a week long stay to offer the same as well as starting supplies for major appliances. Before we could settle in we had to immediately go on a big shop for essential items & even a simple sponge ffor the kitchen.. We did request some cleaning supplies (since there were none) and additional hangers and that was promptly provided upon request. We feel that the VRBO listing showing bikes in the garage is misleading and we also felt that there should be a dresser in the two bedrooms that have the adjoining bathroom just so clothes can be put away and you're not living out of a suitcase. With 14 adults and five children the above items are the only things we had concerns about. Other than that the home was well stocked with kitchenware, there were plenty of towels, a great ice maker on the lower level and the furnishings were perfect and beautifully done. Having each room with its own bathroom and television was again, perfect for the needs of our family. With the exception of the bikes, everything about this home and the layout was more than we expected and very much like the pictures on the VRBO site. We would absolutely without a doubt use this VRBO again. It's hard to satisfy 14 adults but they managed to do it exceptionally well.

I cannot say enough good things about this location. Property is beautiful, large, very well maintained and has a ton of amenities. The elevator was great for moving larger materials and elderly guests up and down. The location is also great. It's far enough from the main beach area so its not very crowded over here. Adam, heather and rena made the stay excellent. will stay here again for sure.

The house was perfect for our group. The beach was an easy shorty walk and we enjoyed the close proximity to Coligny. The house offered plenty of space to spread out but also offered ample room to hang out together in the large kitchen/family room, as well as, the outdoor space. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this property. The pool and outside space were perfect!! The inside space was perfect for our large group. Rena was very responsive. My only suggestion now that COVID is manageable is that the house keep basic supplies such as salt, pepper, spices and basic supplies on hand. Would definitely love to return in the future!

We absolutely love staying at “The Lighthouse”! This was our second year (in a row) staying here. Love how the house is decorated and functions. The bunk bed room is always a big hit with the kids. Adam and Rena are always very welcoming and very responsive. We can’t wait to stay here again!!

We had family from Florida, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania and Western New York gather for our first family vacation in years. The house was set up perfectly for our family of adults and toddlers (ages 2, 3 and 4). It took us 3 minutes to walk to the beach and when we didn't want to do that, the pool was there to enjoy. The number of bedrooms/bathrooms fit our family perfectly. The kitchen was very well supplied - we only ate out at a restaurant one night. There were shops and a very nice grocery store walking distance from the house. Everyone said they would gladly rent this house again for another family vacation.

Family Vacation
House was perfect! All adults had king suites and the kids had their own space for sleeping and playing. Kitchen was well equipped and dining toon accommodated our group of 18. Outside area was the best we have experienced in HH…has sun or shade, whichever you prefer with lots of chairs and lounges plus tv’s ! Every element of this property was very nice and very comfortable.

We have been going to HHI for many years. Every other year our family, ( 5 children, spouses and grandchildren) gather for a week together. We have stayed in many nice properties but we all agreed that this was our favorite. The outdoor space was very enjoyable.

Great multiple family vacation
We had 19 adults and 4 kids under 10 on this trip to Hilton Head. This property is a GREAT option for a multiple family vacation. There is plenty within walking distance from this property. The parents with really young kids were able to walk their stroller (kids) to Coligny area for ice cream or for other family activity. The beach is a short and easy walk. The pictures are exactly how this property looks. It is a great house with everything you need for a great vacation. The house itself, is clean and spacious. The pool is a very good size to accommodate the number of people that could stay here. Rena the property manager was available and helpful. I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting the perfect balance of relaxing “house” vacation with the ability to have “things to do” so close. This is a great house!

This property offers ample en-suites for each traveler and a fun 3rd floor bunk room for the older teens to hangout. Owner provides beach towels, wagon and beach chairs and cornhole board which was convenient for a large gathering. Within close walking proximity to the shops at Coligny via a pedestrian/bike path, and a short walk to beach. Enjoyed our stay!

A wonderful house for a big family
We just stayed at the Lighthouse and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was lots of room for the kids, teens, young adults and older adults.(18 people) It was well stocked with pool and beach toys, equipment, and anything you could want in the kitchen. A quick walk to the beach made it perfect. We hope to be back again.
