Near to the tube to move all around London, temperature maintained, clean and staff is very friendly, and ofcourse free parking

The receptionists are very professional people, the place is quite nice and what I needed. It was warm, I had an en-suite toilet so no sharing, the shower was very good and warm, the room was clean and tidy and the size was convenient for my stay. Price was awesome!

We really liked the hotel because fur such a reasonable price it offers all we need for a family stay on London.

La camera che ci è stata assegnata non corrispondeva a quella prenotata. A inizio soggiorno ci hanno detto che l'avrebbero cambiata ma non è stato così. La camera era minuscola e in due persone ci stavamo strette, inoltre il bagno, minuscolo e senza finestra,è stato senza luce per tutta la durata del soggiorno costringendoci a lavarci con la torcia del telefono accesa. Il personale alla reception quasi inesistente, al nostro arrivo non ci sono stati chiesti nemmeno i documenti e ci ha stata chiesta una caparra per le chiavi di 30£ che poi non ci è stata restituita.

Questa recensione si riferisce solamente alla stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato perché, incontrando altri turisti… mi pare di capire che altre stanze erano abbastanza piccole e senza finestre. Noi siamo sicuramente stati fortunati perché avevamo una quadrupla con letti comodi, spaziosa ed ampia finestra

In bagno c’era un fortissimo odore di fognatura, la pulizia in generale lasciava un po’ a desiderare. Non ho gradito trovare la finestra aperta al nostro arrivo ed il calorifero spento considerato il periodo piuttosto freddo (sempre sotto zero)…

Literally 4 minutes from the tube Golders Green station. Plenty of bus options during the day and night straight bus from the centre. In 15-20 mins you could be in the center with the Northern Line ( black line) Very convenient when arriving or departing from Stansted or Luton airport the National Express stops at Golders Green it's 50 mins journey. I stayed in room 18 and it was all good clean and tidy.

There is a very small gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, we covered it with a towel, in winter time I believe it will affect the temperature of the room ( the room has a heater)

I booked a family room for four people separately for two days, and the price was the same at the time of booking. As it was my first time using Booking, one booking information was filled in for 4 people to stay in a family room, while the other was filled accidentally in as one person staying in a family room. As it was the last room, I did not cancel my reservation and filled in the information again. Instead, I wrote to inquire if the hotel could help me correct it with a note. The hotel first confirmed that there was no problem with the price of a room for four people, while the other one intentionally didn't respond...When we arrived in London, we were only given a single room! When we showed the manager the chat records and he said, 'If I don't reply, I won't agree! We can't give four people family room unless you add another 50 pounds! I should have charged you even 80 pounds'... :( Why didn't you make it clear in the message that you wanted to raise the price? At that time, our friend fell down and broke a bone, and the plane was delayed. It was almost midnight when we checked in, and the manager knew that we had to pay for the family room with any price they asked. The terrifying room situation. Firstly, the area is extremely small! Two people in the hallway cannot cross over at the same time. A 28 inch suitcase cannot be opened inside the room! Secondly, the sound insulation is poor, the facilities are noisy, and the water pump pumps every ten minutes, making it difficult for people to fall asleep. Finally, there is no service available, such as storing luggage for 10 pounds per piece per day. As to the cost, why not stay at a youth hostel, which provides free breakfast with better management.

It's a very friendly, clean accommodation (no bugs, insects etc even though I was terrified reading the reviews) at an excellent convenient location but at small size which is fine for 1-2 night's sleep Ahmed is really helpful, always there so no complaints 🙂

A good welcome. Helpful staff. They realised I am disabled and offered me a ground floor room. I didn't take it because my friend and I needed twin beds. Very sweet they offered.

The configuration of the bathroom made it almost impossible to sit on the toilet. As a consequence the toilet seat is broken. The manager who we met would have no chance of sitting or standing over the toilet bowl. He was tall and long limbed. My knees were against the radiator. Shower fab.

Awful cramped rooms. Not enough space for me, my wife and our luggage. Not spotlessly clean. Mattress we fell into and shabby quilt was not big enough for the bed.

Conveniently located close to a metro station (zone 3) that leads to the center of London. London is expensive and the main attraction for this hotel was the relatively more affordable price versus other more central options.

The room had no window to the outside. Only a small opening to an inner corridor. I was definitely not expecting that. Is it possible to rent a room with no outside window? Sound isolation was not adequate. You can hear the person in the next room snoring. And you can hear anybody walking through that corridor outside your room. Breakfast was served in that corridor. Which means you will wake up whenever the first person in the hotel decides to go for breakfast. Clinging of plates, people talking, you can hear everything. Unfortunately, the room was touched up with paint while I was staying in it. I left in the morning and came back in the afternoon to a room that had fresh paint. After an hour of fresh paint smell you get a headache. I had to wear an FFP2 mask through the night to be able to sleep. It would have been preferable to paint the room while nobody was occupying it and let the paint dry and the smell dissipate for a couple of days before renting the room again.

The hotel was really mucky there was no staff at all. The hotel smells of cannabis. We was suppose to stop for two nights we could only do one and that was because we couldn't get anywhere else to stay we had our one year old boy with us and I didn't want to put him bed .do not go to this so called hotel

Not a lot. We got a parking space. It was close to the station.

We were offered a larger room when we arrived, which we were initially really pleased about. However, when walking in the room, it was a small double. I can't imagine how much of a squeeze it would have been in our original room. There was a lot of black mould in the bathroom, which could easily be cleaned with the wipe of a cloth. The tiles in the shower were coming away from the wall. We were supplied with half a toilet roll, so we had to request more. Our room window looked onto the alley, which a lot of people kept walking past, which made us feel uncomfortable. The photos on the listing are nothing like the actual place, at all!! We decided to drive 5 hours home instead of staying. Disappointing.

- The location is good as it is close to a metro station - The rooms were clean when we checked in - They have a free and safe parking

- Cleaning service is not good at all, they cleaned the room once but it didn't look so different after cleaning. - There is a huge room for miscommunicating with the hotel reception, we sent them messages for some additional requests and they approved it via messages but when we went there they said they don't really read the messages and they just send automatic responses. - Rooms are super small so they are not family friendly.

The proximity to the tube station.

The bathroom appeared to have been built by a child. When anyone in the property flushed their toilet it made a horrendous noise. The shower did not clear the water, and anything more than a minute long shower would have flooded the room. Tea/coffee making facilities were present, but only a kettle and cup. They didn't mention you'd need to bring your own teabags or milk. No storage space for a bag, meaning it had to block the extremely narrow floor space creating an assault course when moving anywhere. TV is provided but select any channel and it gave a "no signal" message.

Bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Close to station.

First of all, the property is labelled as a hotel, however, I do not think that this is an accurate description. Part of it is run out the back of a house, where I was staying. Secondly, when we were brought to the room we discovered that the door was difficult to open, it got stuck part way open and required force to move it. Later on in the evening we discovered a snail crawling up our wall. We were shocked by this. We accepted that it was just a one time thing and maybe we had let it in when we had opened the door earlier and we’re fine with it, that is until about an hour later when we discovered another snail crawling around the floor. This is unacceptable in any property. We were very dissatisfied with this and struggled to sleep all night with anxiety that we would wake up with a group of snails in our room. Thankfully, this was not the case when we woke up, instead, we woke up with ants crowded around our bin and in another corner of the room. We were happy that it wasn’t snails again, but if anyone found ants in their room they would rightly be disappointed. Another thing we found was that it was noisy, especially in the mornings when people were moving around the place. When we first arrived we were able to excuse a couple of the disappointing aspects due to the low price, however, after everything, we determined that it was not worth it, even for the singular night we stayed.

Top location near the underground, there is also a shop near and caffes. The owners very friendly, the room is small, but clean, it has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the neighbourhood IS quiet. We also felt very safe, because the hotel has An automatic lock. Very good place to explore London from, especially with a child.

The manager/greeter was helpful and friendly, the location was great, very close to the station to get in to central London, free parking.

The hotel is just very run down, we had 3 rooms, outside the main building, all to the same below standard finish. In my room specifically, the TV did not work, the radiator did not work, the bed was 2 different sized single beds pushed together, it was not clean, very dirty in places. My friends room was similar, even finding a slug in her bathroom, her room had a window looking out to the communal hall, where a light remained on all night, shining through. As a "bolt hole" to get a quick change of clothes and leave, it was "ok" for the one night we were there but i would not want to stay any length of time in the room, or more than one night. When booking, it stated breakfast could be purchased on arrival, but they do no such thing, so we had to hunt Golders green for somewhere to eat the following morning also.
